You'll have to walk a couple of stairs to get to the elevator.
It is situated near Moulin Rouge and Place Blanche and it also has a lot of restaurants in the close area.
If you prepare a couple of days in Paris, this is the optimal location for visiting the City of love!
As other reviews have stated it is pretty noisy until 2 or 3am before it quietens down for a bit before the the street cleaning teams come in. If you're a light sleeper I would recommend bringing ear plugs. If you're on one of lower floors I would highly recommend doing so.
I didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.
Receptionists didn't seem to interested - weren't very helpful.
Rooms were clean and tidy, towels and shower gel/shampoo sachets were provided but there was no soap.
Overall, I'd probably stay here again, simply because due to price and location. I'd rate 3.5 stars.
