Scala Hotel-Apartments

Very good location, very quiet and clean around. Only 3 min walking to the beach and restaurants. Isabelle and Maria very friendly and helpful. Agia Pelagia one of the best our favourite places. I hope we are coming back soon.😀.

Great VFM, great service . 2 minutes walk from the beach. Nice view from the balcony. If you looking for a humble room with air conditioning and great location . Stuff is so kind.

I began my holiday very stressed due to issues with luggage and I was helped by Maria who was amazing at helping me and taking me thorough what I could do to retrieve - the empathy and willingness to assist was above and beyond she really helped me to have a happy holiday - the location is fantastic , everything we needed was assisted by Maria and Isabella, Crete was beautiful and so was everyone we met, fabulous memories

Excellent location of the hotel. Very close to the beach about 100 meters. The whole area of ​​the hotel is very clean and beautiful. Swimming pool, garden, sun loungers. Air conditioning works well in the room. Our room had a kitchen. Great big balcony and sea view. Very nice girls at the reception and those who clean the hotel. Every day we were offered to change the bed, they took away the garbage. The hotel has a team of professionals who love their guests and their work.

My experience is not very good due to some movability issue due to old age. Scala apartment is very near to beach but it is situated very higher level than beach so it may be difficult for some people with limited movability.
We have three nights stay at Scala apartment, fully air-conditioned with two split a.c , one bedroom, one drawing cum dining room with kitchen and balcony, it is sufficient to sleep 4 person, property is very neat and clean, kitchen is having coffee maker, tea maker and having some basic utensils to cook at induction hob but i think complete food cooking will be difficult.
Small elevator is there to fullfill partial requirements.
Wi-Fi speed is very poor, induction cooking plate is heating very slow, there is no wiper in bathroom to dry floor,
If someone have own vehicle then it will be good place to stay.
One can stay here after considering their Movability limitations.
Availability of public transport from Heraklion to Agia Pelagia is limited. One should take care before visiting this place.
Hotel manager is always very helpful during and after our stay.
