Sunbeds were reserved by the pool, just like on the beach. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, which completely made the trip. I wouldn't visit this hotel again. The price/performance ratio was okay

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good

It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.

If it had a rating of 1000 I would give it to the staff. Cretan hospitality at its best!

Do upgrade to a sea view balcony! Everything is modern and clean, the English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 main pool areas (one for adults only) and a small private beach with bar at the bottom of the hill

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice view and pools, profesional stuff, great food (it would want more sea food).

The location is fantastic, perched on a hill overlooking the sea with rooms in small blocks cascading down the slope on 3 sides giving the place a village feel

The hill will be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. There is a shuttle down to the lower levels and the beach but there are still lots of steps around the place

So we ended up spendng most of our time at the nearby psaromoura beach which is very pebbly but not packed but had to pay 25 euros for a brolly and 2 sunbeds

It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided

Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!

Fantastic stay. Stunning location. Loved cocktails in the lobby bar. All inclusive food and wine very good, included cocktails disappointing but Spritz’s in the lobby bar were terrific. Lovely views from all aspects.

Everything was spotless, and it is clear that great care is taken to keep the place immaculate. A special mention must go to the restaurant and its exceptional staff, which truly exceeded our expectations

The restaurant was always clean and the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable

Pools were great, and not too busy either, so plenty of opportunities to secure a sunbed. The scenery is amazing and only a short couple of minutes walk down to the beach itself

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing

The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!

Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Pool towels are not included - these should be included at 4 star level

This is a lovely hotel but I wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. It is in a beautiful location, stunning views and a quaint little beach in a bay with lots of water activities

The views around the hotel are beautiful, and there’s a stunning beach nearby that made our days even more special

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September. It turned out our room had no sea view: our view was some rather close buildings, which is not shown anywhere while booking

We had dinner once, and that was really a good experience - the view is nice, and the food was quite good. The hotel has no beach of its own, although it's close to it

The room was OK, although nothing special other than the small pool in the balcony (didn't use, was kind of awkward for us)

Good location - 50m to the sea. There is a safe and a kettle, which is very convenient in the morning. There is practically no beach: a narrow shore and immediately the sea

Great place - zero line, from the room directly to the beach! Hospitable host. A place to stay was chosen in advance and were not mistaken with the choice. Nearby are many shops and cafes. Heraklion is 30 minutes by car

There is a boat rental, but not cheap from 50 euros, a lot of cafes, also not cheap from 10 euros. Side sea view, if you look from the balcony forward, then there is an incomprehensible building

Wonderful apartments with magnificent sea views and only a ten minute walk from the beach. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel anywhere, but the apartments are so comfortable, you might not want to leave.

Hotels in direct sight but still ok. Sometimes you can hear the music or when guests are being brought to the hotel bunker by bus or a quad tour is starting. Cleaning lady very nice, we didn't see anyone else

The location of this property was great. It was super close to dining, shops and beach access. The front desk was attentive and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

Amazing stay!! Amazing stay at Seascapes, they were very accommodating to our requests and the staff was very tentative. The massage was 10/10! We would definitely recommend Seascapes!

They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight

If you want to spend some pleasant family time while meeting and learning about the local culture, come to the Belvedere. Top staff, small typical hotel, come and chat with the people, each more pleasant than the last

Agia Pelagia is a super little resort. Plenty of amazing food and drink, lovely beach, enough activities. Belvedere Village is perfect - lovely room, lovely staff, great location, great pool, felt safe

The food is typical local dishes like the best tavern - a great cook. In addition, the beach 5 minutes away crystal clear water the proximity of all the attractions of Crete

The hotel is very well located, just a minute walk to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants on the beachwalk

We were there in May and there didn't seem to be a lot of other guests around but the few we met at the bar were very laid back and friendly. Overall a very chill place in a very chill beach town

It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the main beach and tavernas. The apartments are a generous size, fully equipped and comfortable-met our needs completely. Rooms were clean, towels and sheets changed often enough

Everything nearby and only a few minutes walk to the center or the beach. They could use an upgrade, but it's really just fine. Slept well and a very clean room. Towels and room cleaned regularly

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away

Comfortable renovated apartment ideal for a long stay. Joyfull staff and polite! Very good location. Relaxation by the pool and beautiful see! Great value for money

The nice Agia Pelagia beach is less than 100 meters from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants where you can have a wonderful meal for a fair price

The beach is right around the corner - beautiful beach - Mediterranean blue water. There is great Scuba diving, snorkeling and a lot of water sports on the beach. You can rent sunchairs 2€ and umbrellas 3€ per day

Have to mention very nice back yard where you can use chairs and sunbeds. Budget acommodation but worts every cent. Lots of mosquitoes!!! In the room and in the back yard

The beach boardwalk offers many great restaurants and bars with local foods. It was 32 degrees the day we arrived so it was very nice to have A/C

Joanna the host is very accommodating and very kind. The hotel is clean and you have all the basic equipment to cook at home. There is is a nice community garden with tables and chairs to enjoy dinner outside

Good size patio / balcony outside the room with chairs and tables, and even a drying rack for your clothes! They also have a pool (child friendly!) and a bar serving snacks, drinks and good cocktails! Mary and the team were really friendly and helpful & went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Very clean and comfortable hotel at the beach, have been here 7 times and always very pleased. Can recommend this hotel to couples and families with children

The rooms are great: specious, clean, and had everything we needs as we made our own meals almost every night. Pool was great for the kids, and there's a big lawn for the kids to run around

This hotel is so cute, really, there's nothing nothing to complain about. The location is superb, half a minute from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants

We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview. You can relax in the pool with a coctail in your free time

Fruit, yoghurts, pastries, breads, cereal, omelettes, fried eggs etc. we headed to the pool for our first day. Small but perfect for a quick dip, we practically had it to ourselves most days anyway

The views over the ocean were spectacular. The bar staff by the pool and all the staff were friendly and full of information should you need anything

It’s 200 metres down to the beach which is smooth pebbles and the water was lovely. Nice stroll in the evenings to the main beach which was about 20 minutes to all the bars and restaurants

Hotel close to the beach Hotel at the edge of the village, closest to the beach. Without an elevator, we got a room without a sea view and mosquito nets. There is a restaurant near the hotel

Nicely located only a 10mins walk from Agia Pelagia Breakfast is good, nice continental plenty of choice and the breakfast staff are very welcoming. Pool is small but with the beach so close its not really an issue tbh

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms, very clean and a good view on the beach. Also the waiters/owners are super kind. It's a family business so the whole family walks around here which is awesome

It's not that big so you really have this cozy feeling during the day or evenings. There's plenty of room to chill at the pool or the restaurant. Shadow places available enough

The nice small hotel on a hill with beautiful view on Agia Pelagia Bay. Room was cosy, well-equipped, with small kitchen and balcony with seaview. It was cleaned every 1-2 days. There is a swimming pool and restaurant

Although not staying in the apartments, I can only imagine they’re to the same incredible level as the bar service! Seriously considering staying for our family visit to Crete next year, and cannot stress enough how wonderful the service was! Would 100% revisit as many times as possible

The view from the terrace is beautiful, the lunches and dinners based on fresh fish are delicious. And then there was the swimming pool

it has a splendid view of the pool and sea which gives an incredible sense of peace! Very kind and super helpful owners!! I recommend creating a laundry area available to customers 😊 We will definitely be back!

The room is spacious, very clean, large bed. A small kitchen with everything you need, air conditioning (free) - it just saved us from the terrible heat, a balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea
