We arrived quite late, but received such wonderful hospitality. Our room was clean and well maintained, the staff were endlessly helpful and kind to us. The town of Agia Pelagia is very nice, beautiful beach, good selection of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the hotel. It is also a good place to use as a base to explore around Crete by car.

Wow, I can’t rate this hotel high enough! I don’t know if 10 stars could justify how could this place was. Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. The traditional Greek food was amazing, and the small town of Agia Pelagia was beautiful. I will definitely be back to visit in the future.

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away. The balcony was far too narrow, and there was only one folding chair that fit across the room, so it was impossible to chill on the balcony in the evening for two. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). The pool was also nice, not many people there and suprisingly I couldn't hear the traffic from the street that much.

If your flight gets cancelled and you're reading this review, the hotel isn't all that bad. The staff were nice and so was the food. Be sure to take a trip to the supermarket opposite as they had some amazing cheap food. Check the fruit aisle! Mot much else around worth exploring.
