We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview . I was with my family in Aquarius Hotel in 2019 in Juni. Now is everything different. This year we were in July. Its no more apartaments! Its real Hotel! . For me is more than 3 stars. I was in the Aquarius Hotel 10 days. It was my 3 th. stay in Kreta. This time was the most wonderfull. The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). The pool was also nice, not many people there and suprisingly I couldn't hear the traffic from the street that much.

If your flight gets cancelled and you're reading this review, the hotel isn't all that bad. The staff were nice and so was the food. Be sure to take a trip to the supermarket opposite as they had some amazing cheap food. Check the fruit aisle! Mot much else around worth exploring.

Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight. It allowed me to take full advantage of the last day. I loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home.

The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location is very beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was super attentive, friendly and it felt like a family to us. We have been greeted by champagne and some sweets. Also we found some nice presents during our stay. We will recommend it to our friends.
