It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided. Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!

We had a great few days here with family. Such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views. All inclusive food was great, a good variety that changed daily. This hotel has been ideal. It is relatively well located with a couple of beach areas within a 10/15 minute walk. Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight. It allowed me to take full advantage of the last day. I loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home.

The standard of the hotel definitely exceeds expectations. The rooms are practically new and spacious. The service was helpful and not overbearing. Good food, beautiful green areas and a well-kept beach. I also recommend massages in the SPA zone. As for the location, a city bus leaves from right in front of the hotel, which takes you to the center of Heraklion. I recommend.

Very nice hotel with water park and close to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good quality food on the all inclusive. The snack bar was absolutely the best restaurant. Traditional Greek food. Greek salad, Tzatziki, pita, gyros, French fries. Very good and easy to access. Over all a very nice hotel with lots of facilities to enjoy your stay at.

We are Just finishing our weekly stay here and we are super satisfied with this hotel. IT is not a big one but very comfortable one, super clean (!!!) And Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and always very position. Food Varies From Day to Day and everything is fresh. Hotel has private beach Just straight behind the hotel. If you are not looking for complex hotel with many attractions for Kids etc...
