One of the best hotels on this island. Its huge, have all types of rooms from budget to luxury. All amenities that a family can need during a stay. Kitchen is really very good and the service of their maestro is amazing

I spent 7 nights with my wife and son and this was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. The views are spectacular, the food is great, the staff is very friendly

In arriving the location and hotel was even more than expected. 30 am friendly welcome told there was coffee and buffet available in restaurant. Golf buggy lift to room with informative driver

Pools were great, and not too busy either, so plenty of opportunities to secure a sunbed. The scenery is amazing and only a short couple of minutes walk down to the beach itself

Generally the place is amazing way beyond expectation. Only thing missing is a little extra communication but a minor detail. All I’ll say when you book you will not be disappointed

Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

Excellent location of the hotel. Very close to the beach about 100 meters. The whole area of ​​the hotel is very clean and beautiful. Swimming pool, garden, sun loungers. Air conditioning works well in the room

My experience is not very good due to some movability issue due to old age

I began my holiday very stressed due to issues with luggage and I was helped by Maria who was amazing at helping me and taking me thorough what I could do to retrieve - the empathy and willingness to assist was above and beyond she really helped me to have a happy holiday - the location is fantastic , everything we needed was assisted by Maria and Isabella, Crete was beautiful and so was everyone...

There is a small shop for convenience and a free shuttle bus to the beach if you don't want to walk down the steep hill. Overall really enjoyed my stay and had a good time

The Pool was always quite busy and the smell of the water reminded me of a sewage treatment plant, which was not very pleasant, especially as the swimwear also smelled like this afterwards

Service: The Service overall was good, although some people could certainly have been nicer

Ambiance and Cleanliness: The Atmosphere was alright, and the Hotel seemed relatively new, although the quality of the overall materials could certainly have been better

Really great stylish and modern apartments. Good price for first rate quality accommodation. There's no restaurant as such but a nice pool bar that serves breakfast and snacks which are available as room service

We were able to get room service for dinner that was probably the best club sandwich I had eaten outside of my home country

I thought to call the office to ask for a blanket but realized that the reception hours were over so my husband and I woke up several times throughout the night either freezing or sweating and adjusted the air conditioner temperature each time

I was pretty upset about this because we both got horrible sleep and had a very busy day the next day. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. When we took showers we realized what the mop was for

When we used the bathroom we noticed there was a mop and bucket left in the bathroom that was giving off an odor. No big deal, maybe the staff forgot it

The shower was very small and nearly impossible to wash your body in while staying inside of the confines of the shower curtain

I looked around the room for a blanket and couldn’t find one but I did find a drawer that had a dirty mask and wipe in it

I do not agree with the low rating of food: every day the chef prepares a new main dishes, and other hot and cold dishes so that you can combine something new every day. There is a great assortment of healthy food

I give for everything 5 star except the room. If I would have knew that I get this one , I would never chose this hotel. The first few photos of rooms on Google map doesn't represent every room

Good value for money, stuff was nice and the restaurant had very nice food. Our room could have a better view, and the fact that the sink was outside of the restroom was a bit uncomfortable
