A good hotel, actually. Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. The food was okay, but I think more fish and Greek cuisine in general should be offered. The hotel guests, once again, are world-class, slapping their hands on their food, so EU travel is as usual. A rather European cliché. A huge resort, unfortunately,...
If it had a rating of 1000 I would give it to the staff. Cretan hospitality at its best!
It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.
We had our honeymoon from 20-27.09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants.
We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free.
It was the best decision for a holiday at this hotel.
We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good. The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pro: The location of the resort is wonderful! The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff was very professional... perfect service (at the beach bar, restaurant, and other places where drinks were served). I liked that the staff always helped immediately with a smile on their faces. The whole place is amazing.
Contra: There are some things...

An extraordinary experience. The staff at the restaurant is a 10. The service is impeccable. We thank them for everything.
The location is fantastic, perched on a hill overlooking the sea with rooms in small blocks cascading down the slope on 3 sides giving the place a village feel. Do upgrade to a sea view balcony! Everything is modern and clean, the English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 main pool areas (one for adults only) and a small private beach with bar at the bottom of the hill. The food...
The hotel is amazing , has great views great staff everyone is super friendly. I Stayed for a week and it was amazing, really happy with the bartenders giannis Emanuela and Chris. Also the dj at the club was great too , played the songs I requested.
The holiday was succesful! The lobby is really atmospheric. Mr Giannis is amanzing if you have any questions he will help you for sure even if your english isnt the best. Ms Emmanela is really kind and helpful. Disco parties is something that everybody should try. My friends and I would recommend this place 100%!!!! I hope we’ll come here again bc everything is exactly as it should be.
The resort is very nice. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the food all the staff was very friendly especially our evenings are the lobby bar were very pleasant the all inclusive cocktails were very sweet but if you pay for a cocktail it’s gonna be very good thank you Giannis and Emmanuela for recommending me the cucumber royal, although there was only one server he was very friendly thank you Chris...
Beautiful hotel, nice view and pools, profesional stuff, great food (it would want more sea food).

is so beautiful with such lovely views over the sea, from every angle
Amazing property. Staff and front desk were super nice and courteous. One thing I didn’t realize is you’d have to stay there for a minimum 3 nights to dine at one of their fine restaurants. Other than that, the buffet food was amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back if we chose to!
The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I had a sea view room and the morning sunrise was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!
The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!
Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better. We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues. The contents of our fridge from the first room...
Great place. Amazing food. Housekeeping room service twice a day. Amazing views from all parts of the resort.

Wonderful experience.
A small, but modern and exceptional hotel.
From wine and sweets upon arrival to honey and local spices upon departure.
Rooms with private pool. Beautiful views of the bay.
Excellent breakfast (exquisite menu).
Sauna and dry jacuzzi (thanks, Nikos).
All our questions and requests were answered perfectly (thank you, Eri).
The best hotel in the best location in Crete.
We will definitely...
This hotel is truly beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable and always spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Sea view is breathtaking too. What really makes the stay unforgettable, is the amazing team, every single person working here is kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, always going out of their way to make guests feel at home. The...
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September. It turned out our room had no sea view: our view was some rather close buildings, which is not shown anywhere while booking. The room was OK, although nothing special other than the small pool in the balcony (didn't use, was kind of awkward for us). When I asked for the gym, first they said it was closed, and then they took me downstairs to a very...
Beautiful private room and pool with a stunning sea view! The design of the hotel is absolutely amazing and we were very positively impressed by the quality of…everything. The beach is just by the entrance and also there is a lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this place and will add it to my travel favorites ♥️
We stayed at Castello Infinity Suites in October (off-season) and absolutely loved it. The cooler temps and fewer crowds made it the perfect time to visit. We booked the Aquamarine Suite Mountain View with Plunge Pool, and it was gorgeous—peaceful, modern, and super comfortable.
We did half board, and honestly, the food was outstanding. Every meal felt like a treat, both in quality and presentation...
Our second stay at Castello Infinity. We both thought everything about the hotel was exceptional on our first stay and one always wonders whether a second visit would match the first. We needn't have worried. Our stay was just as amazing and relaxing as our first visit. I won't repeat what I said in the review posted after the first visit - all that still stands. That said worth repeating that...

The whole experience at this villa was exceptional, from the communication before we arrived, when we landed and then on arrival. cannot say enough good things about this property, we stay in villas whenever we go abroad, so we have vast experience of the good and the not so good. this is a class above what we have had in the past. The villa is spotlessly clean, huge space and a lot of privacy. George...

Everything was perfect! Dreamy place, dream team 😍
The location and the view are outstanding. We loved the fact that our suite was built like a cave. Nice and friendly staff. Dinner was delicious. Great location for couples, very romantic. Highly recommend it
The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and restaurant is one of the best I have visited. Staff, it’s simply the best! Friendly, helpful and very attentive. So happy with our romantic getaway and can’t wait to be back!
When luxury finds nature.. Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent. The staff is always there to assist you on any request you may have. The location of the restaurant is next to the pool, with an amazing view to the Cretan sea. The Cave suites capture the...
10/5**..unique rooms with the most beautiful view ever and really good design and super clean. Really good services at all facilities with very kind and really helpful stuff at front office. Spa is a dream that comes to life. The food is so amazing. One of the best meals i had ever. I recomment without hesitation.
Wonderful , elegant place with absolute privacy and stunning view. Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers. It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable.
Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided. Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!
We had an amazing experience at this resort from start to finish (11 days in October 2025, all-inclusive). The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Everything was spotless, and it is clear that great care is taken to keep the place immaculate.
A special mention must go to the restaurant and its exceptional staff, which truly exceeded...
We stayed here for 4 nights with my friend.
Positives:
• The food was always fresh, tasty, and varied every day.
• The staff are very friendly and helpful.
• The beach bar makes really good cocktails, and we even received a coupon for 4 free cocktails.
• The location is beautiful, with lovely views.
• The hotel has two swimming pools for adults and 2–3 direct accesses to the beach, which is very convenient...
We had a great few days here with family. Such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views. All inclusive food was great, a good variety that changed daily. The included "cocktails" were not good, really rough so we just stuck to the beer and wine which were good.
Staff were great, very helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable.
Overall a great value resort.
Fantastic stay. Stunning location. Loved cocktails in the lobby bar. All inclusive food and wine very good, included cocktails disappointing but Spritz’s in the lobby bar were terrific. Lovely views from all aspects.
We booked this hotel through the flight centre for myself, husband, daughter & father in law. We chose the bungalow and had asked to have it arranged so my father in law was in one room to himself and my daughter in with me & my husband. The hotel confirmed that this was ok and could be arranged for our stay.
However on arrival this wasn't done and the staff member at reception was very passive aggressive...

This is a lovely hotel but I wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. It is in a beautiful location, stunning views and a quaint little beach in a bay with lots of water activities. The staff at the hotel are fabulous, friendly and happy to help. The outside area is small but well kept and lovely to sit around. There's a bus to and from Heraklion. The entertainment was fun and different each night. It...
We had an amazing holiday in September at this hotel and would highly recommend it for families looking to relax and create unforgettable memories.

I had an amazing stay at the Blue Bay Resort! The hotel is absolutely beautiful – everything is perfect, from the elegant design to the friendly and professional staff. This was our second visit to the Blue Bay Resort, and it felt like coming home. From the moment we arrived, the kindness and genuine warmth of the staff and management surrounded us like sunshine.

We stayed for one week at the Blue Bay Hotel and had a relaxing time. The facilities were nice but not particularly special - on the third day we found a quieter pool by the hotel's second building up the road, which was less crowded and more relaxing. I'd recommend for those looking to relax.
We stayed all inclusive and the food was nice, if a little repetitive at times. There weren't many meat options...
Such a lovely stay! The staff were always professional and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room on the top floor, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room, the restaurant, the whole resort - everything was spotlessly clean! The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The location is quiet, and even with a pool-view room, we heard no noise at all.

Every staff from the hotel is friendly and nice to you! They make this place a better place to be on your vacation:) They add one star on this review🥳
Great breakfast- thank you Maria for cooking the tasty food!
Nice swimming pool for such hot days!
Rooms would need a little update.
Very friendly staff and facility located in a scenic area overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia.
Family room with kitchenette very cosy but with some details that could be improved.
Fabulous outdoor area and pool. Wonderful sweet/savoury breakfast buffet, from a superior hotel.
Private parking on the premises.
Simply....to choose!
Great hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, it is very quiet, it's intimate because of the small number of rooms, the view is Splendid, and the swimming pool is so pleasant.
There is a huge parking and there are plenty if excellent tavernas nearby. I would come back without any hesitation.
We enjoyed 10 days of delightful hospitality at Pela Mare, a small boutique hotel in Agia Palagia. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is stunningly located overlooking two small bays with beaches and local fish restaurants, to which there is a 20-minute walk. The pool and surrounding area is a good size, with a bar adjacent. Wi-Fi was excellent. We occupied the 1-bed suite, which is...
We stayed at Pela Mare for 10 nights, and it truly felt like home—we didn’t want to leave. The hotel is beautifully situated on a hill, offering a stunning view of the coast in Agia Pelagia. This hotel has been ideal.
It is relatively well located with a couple of beach areas within a 10/15 minute walk. The local main beach is very narrow and I think it's a charge of €10 per couple of sun beds. But, it's a nice atmosphere, plenty of eateries and shops. The sea was clear and even in October fine for swimming and snorkeling. You can walk along the top of the rocks to a viewpoint at the end...
This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The service there is always amazing. Been 2 years in a row now and already planning our next visit! Peaceful place.
We had one of the nicer Hilltop places with it's own plunge pool and it was gorgeous with a fantastic seaview. Having said that, all the rooms looked nice.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
There is a nice restaurant on site which is well worth a visit.
If I visited this area again I would revisit this hotel.
A truly beautiful hotel, with great attention to detail. Food excellent, staff from the guys in maintenance to the reception staff all helpful and friendly . Beautiful pools, a great setting and perfect attention to detail nothing was to much trouble, from car hire to Yoga they have it all sorted.
Lovely hotel with very well thought out design. The pool areas are excellent in particular the relaxing lower pool with sea views. Outdoor gym featuring Calisthenics frames is excellent also.
Service from all staff members was excellent and very warm and hospitable.
Will be back !
Thank you Jake & Jane - London, UK
Got back today from a week at Irida hotel as a family with kids and grandparents. We took 3 rooms, 2 were large and right by the pool so that was great for the kids. Amazing staff and beautiful place
A charming place to stay with the staff and facilities ecellent. The accommodation beautiful and a little oasis in the heart of Agia Pelagia. Will definitely book again when i come to Crete.
Not luxury.
Its a nice hotel.. Nothing special.. I certainly would not call it "luxury" as its name says.
Having to constantly pay for drinks around the pool and bar is a hassle and a faff.. a luxury hotel would give you a tab.. room was clean, staff friendly
Had a wonderful and relaxed time. The Apartments are well equipped and spacious. The small village has everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
Came away for a short break and loved it.
Short transfer from the airport
Great service
Lovely rooms
Feels super peaceful
Everything in great condition
Within a stones throw of the beach
Recommended without any reservations!
Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight. It allowed me to take full advantage of the last day. I loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home.

We’re currently staying here and really enjoying it. The beach is close by, the food and drinks have a nice variety, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff are all friendly and helpful — especially Irene, who’s been amazing! A lovely place to unwind and enjoy Crete.
Stayed at Panorama Village Hotel for a week in July - and wow it was great!
We originally booked a garden view room - which wasn’t to our standards - completely our fault so no judgement held against the hotel. After 1 night in the garden view room we asked if we could move to a Sea View room, which the kind staff and manager managed to sort out for us at a very reasonable cost.
Well worth the extra...
I was at the hotel for over a week and I don't understand the completely negative reviews. I feel like someone was at a different hotel. From start to finish I was very satisfied with my stay. Room service worked on a daily basis. The food was tasty and there was a varied selection. The alcohol was good - better than last year in Rhodes in a 5 star hotel. For me, the only imperfection was: coffee ...
Lovely hotel with stunning sea views and a spacious, comfortable room. The staff were very polite and helpful—we had an issue with our mattress and it was replaced the next day without any trouble.
The buffet could use improvement: food options were limited, not always replenished, and dinner ended early at 21:30. We’d love to see more traditional Greek dishes instead of burgers and pasta. Breakfast...
Lovely hotel! They serve very delicious food. Big variety of seafood like octopus, calamari, mussels, all sorts of tasty fish. We got an amazing room with a seaview. The hotel has 4 big outdoor pools and a baby pool. Beach is a walking distance but you can also be taken there on a bus (3 times daily I think as we had a rental car). Such a lovely view from the hotel, you see the sea from the restaurant...
Had a great stay here! Food, view, and rooms were all excellent, and staff provided a great service, with a great attitude.
