The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location is very beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was super attentive, friendly and it felt like a family to us. Hôtel is in splendid condition, well designed with different spaces and 2 beautiful swimming pool plus one small for babies . Restaurant is great with different menus for day and evening ( local did as well as more international options ) cocktails from Stephanos are fantastic . I love this hotel. It's our 2nd time here and we love it so much we are hoping to make this an annual trip. Dyonisis and Irene can't do enough for you. They are exceptional hosts. Perfect in every way. Super friendly stuff, beautiful rooms and view over the town, tasty breakfast till 12am for people who can't get out of bed early like me, and they helped us find the cheapest car in the area. Ps: if you don't really know what you can do on Crete, ask them, they told us about some interesting attractions we haven't seen on the internet so far. Will definitely book here again

My wife and myself stayed here for 2 weeks at the start of July we had a great time and found everything to our liking. excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. we sat in the bar on many nights and met many people from all over Europe . We were well looked after by Felix and his wife Maria. We are both looking forward to returning next summer.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

Lovely resort, we are here in winter and they are busy building and making it prettier! The garden is gorgeous and the free to use oven looks great. The room is as described and neat but nothing fancy. The breakfast has a noice choice and each day the eggs are prepared different which is a nice touch. The beach is really really close! We liked basically everything. The location is very good: it is near to restaurants and shops, to the beach and to the bus. The facilities: the kitchenette, the small playground for children, the pool which was clean and nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We were dropped off by the taxi at the wrong hotel and when we arrived at the hotel Eleni Palace we had a great reception from staff. Coming away with two grown up sons we were placed in a family room and then the manager toldusweneededa bigger room and up graded us to a huge suite with an open balcony which has amazing views. This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here. Good value for money, stuff was nice and the restaurant had very nice food. Our room could have a better view, and the fact that the sink was outside of the restroom was a bit uncomfortable.
