We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

perfect service (at the beach bar, restaurant, and other places where drinks were served). I liked that the staff always helped immediately with a smile on their faces. Contra: There are some things that don't work

Pro: The location of the resort is wonderful! The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff was very professional

for example, the fountain, the restaurant that isn't operational, and some areas that could be better maintained

I spent 7 nights with my wife and son and this was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. The views are spectacular, the food is great, the staff is very friendly

The pools are great and the beach is clean and very good. Not much to see for sea life and the diving club is fairly costly. Recommend to take the bus to the city and get some supplies for good price

Because on the one hand, civilization around zero, and to reach it is expensive, a taxi to Heraklion costs more than 30 oyro, and the bus runs is not clear when and where. The only adequate solution quality

We had a room in the annex - nice Seaview and the room was dated but clean. Reception area looked after well and nicely decorated, and the grounds round here are well kept

Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Pool towels are not included - these should be included at 4 star level

The walk to the sea is alright but walking back is unbearable in the heat. There is a little van that takes you and picks you up but at set times. The views looking out to sea are amazing

The staff are all friendly and very helpful! The food was the best I have had at an All Inclusive hotel - loads of choice at every meal and really good quality! We very rarely return to the same hotel for another holiday as usually prefer to try somewhere new but I think we will make an exception with this one

Me and my partner stayed here around a week ago. We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage

The floor area is dirty and unkept, and any snacks or drinks had to be shared with the resident cats

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

The open bar was a nice touch, and the daily buffet offered hearty, delicious food. I especially appreciated the espresso machine, which never failed to deliver my much-needed caffeine fix each morning

If it’s just a honeymoon or a small trip, the hatchback is perfect, as taxi prices can be steep. There’s no real need to exchange USD for Euros either, as 98% of places accept Mastercard or Visa

Great food, room is basic but super clean. Pools are very clean and entire place is well looked after. At the time of writing they are still building and improving areas. Staff are friendly and helpful

We spent 10 days at the Peninsula Hotel in early October 2024 as a family with our two sons, aged 10 and 13. The hotel on the cliff offers a breathtaking view of the stunning nearby bays

Breakfast featured a generous buffet with delicious, fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a variety of smoothies with yogurt and seasonal fruits

Both lunch and dinner offered a good selection of hearty dishes from Greek, home-style cuisine, along with a generous salad and fruit buffet. Unfortunately, the drinks in the all-inclusive package were less impressive

While not everything was perfect, our requests and concerns were always addressed. The staff was always attentive and worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay. The culinary offerings were fresh and tasty

The rooms are spacious, and my balcony faced the ocean, offering a beautiful sunrise view every morning. Considering the price I paid, this resort is excellent value for money

Lovely hotel! They serve very delicious food. Big variety of seafood like octopus, calamari, mussels, all sorts of tasty fish. We got an amazing room with a seaview. The hotel has 4 big outdoor pools and a baby pool

Soula, the Manager was very helpful and understanding when we came across with another difficult situation with our joined family members. The bar and the buffet staff were friendly, smile, helpful

Beach is a walking distance but you can also be taken there on a bus (3 times daily I think as we had a rental car)

The holiday agent offered us Panorama Hotel Village and we were very happy and satisfied with this offer and the rest of the holiday. Our room was clean and tidy, the AC was working perfectly

Rooms are air conditioned and clean, you get daily room cleaning and towel replacements. Not the most ideal if you struggle with stairs but not a problem for our group

Dinner and tea times offered plenty of choice with different things each night, basics like chips and pasta were available everyday but there were always different fish, meats and vegetables every day

The food was very good there is always healthy options like salad and fruit and the fresh bread in a morning was perfect. The hotel is only a two minute walk to the beach so is in a great location

On the street at the reception end is a bus stop that has busses to Heraklion every few hours if you are planning an excursion it was only €4 each

We all loved it! It's not one of those large ugly monsterous hotels that looks like some malplaced city office building. The place actually has its own unique charm

Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

Clean, modern apartments, some of which have a separate bedroom + well equipped kitchen. Location is also excellent, 75 meters from the Agia Pelagia beach. 50 meters from main shopping area, including small supermarket

You feel so welcome and the pool is never so busy you can’t find a lounger. Only criticism is the lower pool was better when it was kid free

c , one bedroom, one drawing cum dining room with kitchen and balcony, it is sufficient to sleep 4 person, property is very neat and clean, kitchen is having coffee maker, tea maker and having some basic utensils to cook at induction hob but i think complete food cooking will be difficult

Great big balcony and sea view. Very nice girls at the reception and those who clean the hotel. Every day we were offered to change the bed, they took away the garbage

I began my holiday very stressed due to issues with luggage and I was helped by Maria who was amazing at helping me and taking me thorough what I could do to retrieve - the empathy and willingness to assist was above and beyond she really helped me to have a happy holiday - the location is fantastic , everything we needed was assisted by Maria and Isabella, Crete was beautiful and so was everyone...

Excellent location of the hotel. Very close to the beach about 100 meters. The whole area of ​​the hotel is very clean and beautiful. Swimming pool, garden, sun loungers. Air conditioning works well in the room

Castello Infinity Suites occupies the Southern corner of Agia Pelagia bay. Its architecture respects and complements beautifully the picturesque scenery

Breakfast and dinner were served in the restaurant which overlooks the bay offering breath-taking views. An excellent addition to Agia Pelagia!

The waitress are very nice and helpful from the hotel there ar steps leading down to the beach. Me and my girlfriend spent a week here we don't have a single complaint everything was perfect and we had an a amazing time

Very good value for money! Staff is very nice and attentive. They adopted several measures to keep guests safe during the pandemic. Facilities are simple but decent. The pool and deck area is just amazing

The restaurant is buffet formula, with a lot of variety and quality thank to the chef Dimitri! It is perfectly located to discover the beautiful island of Crete, close to the bus station and close to different offices for renting a car

The only tip I would give is the several hotels we stayed at in the $40-$60 in Greece all had very firm mattresses and I'm guessing it's either because these are the true Greek hotels not geared towards western tourists (maybe Greeks prefer firm beds as they do some places in Asia?, think futons on the floor), or they're just cheaper to maintain and don't need to be replaced as often

What to say about the hotel staff? They're simply amazing! They're ready to help you for no matter what, an issue that you faced, a suggestion that you need regarding what to visit, a restaurant to try, really everything! We've felt like home

This was the first hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 day vacation in Greece and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay close to the beach and the many restaurants down by the water

We've spent 15days in this amazing hotel! It is located close to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia (1 minute walk), the rooms have been just renewed, they're cosy and comfortable. All the spaces are clean and orderly

We've been there for 16 days, we felt like we wanted to stay longer! Is perfect location, like in the middle of Crete, from were you can visit everything. Our host Peghy and Manolis were the best!!

Stone suites are very good; jacuzzi on balcony with nice sea view. Rated 4 of 5 because the bathroom is too small and the shower too bad

The resort is located in the earth of the hill which fell down to the beautiful Agia Pelagia beach. It is a tipical Cretan wildlife, a quite place where you can stay in a total relax, today a rare place to find

The restaurant was very good too including the breakfast. Bicycles are free or charge which is a nice add on. Because the hotel is between three nice beaches. I really loved it and probably come back

Super friendly stuff, beautiful rooms and view over the town, tasty breakfast till 12am for people who can't get out of bed early like me, and they helped us find the cheapest car in the area

Ps: if you don't really know what you can do on Crete, ask them, they told us about some interesting attractions we haven't seen on the internet so far. Will definitely book here again
