Great Hotel with incredibly cozy rooms and exquisite cusine. Plunge pool was a perfect solution for the weather in mid-summer in Greece. Would recommend to anybody who wants to get some rest from normal life!

Castello Infinity Suites occupies the Southern corner of Agia Pelagia bay. Its architecture respects and complements beautifully the picturesque scenery

Breakfast and dinner were served in the restaurant which overlooks the bay offering breath-taking views. An excellent addition to Agia Pelagia!

Unfortunately for us we got there on the day that the hotel opened for the season so for the 4 days we were there (1st weekend in May) I’d say probably 80% of the facilities were unavailable to us as they was not yet open

I’m sure if we had gone in the main season where everything was open we would have had a totally different experience. One last thing I would hire a car if you are staying here and you want to get out and about

The hotel itself is huge, with an unwind fabulous private beach. Rooms are spacious, luxury and well decorated. All inclusive drinks, are been servicing from the original brands and not from local distilleries

The pools are great and the beach is clean and very good. Not much to see for sea life and the diving club is fairly costly. Recommend to take the bus to the city and get some supplies for good price

Recently stayed here for 7 nights as a couple and we were extremely happy with the resort. It is a VERY large resort with multiple restaurants, gym, yoga studio, spa, two main pools with bars, a shop and main bar

The staff is always there to assist you on any request you may have. The location of the restaurant is next to the pool, with an amazing view to the Cretan sea. The Cave suites capture the blissful solitude and romance

Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

c , one bedroom, one drawing cum dining room with kitchen and balcony, it is sufficient to sleep 4 person, property is very neat and clean, kitchen is having coffee maker, tea maker and having some basic utensils to cook at induction hob but i think complete food cooking will be difficult

One can stay here after considering their Movability limitations. Availability of public transport from Heraklion to Agia Pelagia is limited. One should take care before visiting this place

The restaurant is buffet formula, with a lot of variety and quality thank to the chef Dimitri! It is perfectly located to discover the beautiful island of Crete, close to the bus station and close to different offices for renting a car

The only tip I would give is the several hotels we stayed at in the $40-$60 in Greece all had very firm mattresses and I'm guessing it's either because these are the true Greek hotels not geared towards western tourists (maybe Greeks prefer firm beds as they do some places in Asia?, think futons on the floor), or they're just cheaper to maintain and don't need to be replaced as often

What to say about the hotel staff? They're simply amazing! They're ready to help you for no matter what, an issue that you faced, a suggestion that you need regarding what to visit, a restaurant to try, really everything! We've felt like home

We've spent 15days in this amazing hotel! It is located close to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia (1 minute walk), the rooms have been just renewed, they're cosy and comfortable. All the spaces are clean and orderly

We've been there for 16 days, we felt like we wanted to stay longer! Is perfect location, like in the middle of Crete, from were you can visit everything. Our host Peghy and Manolis were the best!!

The food was always very fresh, delicious, the swimming pools (for adults and children) were perfect, the children's playground, the diversified entertainment program every wonderful evening, the transportation included daily to the beach, all of the above helped us to have a perfect holiday and without the slightest stress

Because the hotel is located on a hill, you have to climb a bit from your room to the restaurant or beach. Had a great time in this beautiful place, I highly recommend it. I look forward to my next visit to this hotel

We visited Crete ( Greece ) for the first time and stayed for a week in Blue Bay resorts at Agia Pelagia. We are impressed, service and all the staff are superb, very polite, always smiling and helpful

Was a great find, could not fault it. The rooms were very clean, the food was amazing and never met such friendly staff. Its not in the middle of a tourist resort, its built into a hillside so the views were stunning

I was pretty upset about this because we both got horrible sleep and had a very busy day the next day. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. When we took showers we realized what the mop was for

When we used the bathroom we noticed there was a mop and bucket left in the bathroom that was giving off an odor. No big deal, maybe the staff forgot it

I thought to call the office to ask for a blanket but realized that the reception hours were over so my husband and I woke up several times throughout the night either freezing or sweating and adjusted the air conditioner temperature each time

The shower was very small and nearly impossible to wash your body in while staying inside of the confines of the shower curtain

We were able to get room service for dinner that was probably the best club sandwich I had eaten outside of my home country

I looked around the room for a blanket and couldn’t find one but I did find a drawer that had a dirty mask and wipe in it

Bar all day till night is free (beer, wine, raki, soft drinks, ice cream and snacks - pizza and cake), for ordinary Russians - enough for the eyes and the ears! Fancy the Russians have nothing to do here, because the sea up to 5 minutes walking and the cosy rooms

I give for everything 5 star except the room. If I would have knew that I get this one , I would never chose this hotel. The first few photos of rooms on Google map doesn't represent every room

The owner is well done, you feel like a welcome guest here. They help to solve any situation without problems. Very tasty and varied food every day! Cleaning every day, clean towels and bed linen

In General, fans of the sport remains only to swim in the sea and run through the beautiful mountain landscape that in summer is possible only at sunrise, otherwise sarissa

The waitress are very nice and helpful from the hotel there ar steps leading down to the beach. Me and my girlfriend spent a week here we don't have a single complaint everything was perfect and we had an a amazing time

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und dem Ambiente entsprechend eingerichtet. Der Pool war wirklich das Highlight. Dieser wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt

Die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt unter der Unterkunft und war immer da, wenn man sie brauchte. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie auf den Bildern

Ein Auto wird sehr empfohlen! Man sollte allerdings kein Fahranfänger sein ;)
