We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good

The hotel staff was very kind. We received immediate assistance for any inquiry or request. Large, clean dining room, with a large balcony facing the lovely view of the sea. Blessings for young and old, clean, well-kept

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

Unfortunately for us we got there on the day that the hotel opened for the season so for the 4 days we were there (1st weekend in May) I’d say probably 80% of the facilities were unavailable to us as they was not yet open

Do upgrade to a sea view balcony! Everything is modern and clean, the English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 main pool areas (one for adults only) and a small private beach with bar at the bottom of the hill

The best feature was the beach bar which is part of the all-inclusive package - nothing not to like there! I think the main disappointment was the dining experience - I like to be all-inclusive & know the food can be a bit ‘hit & miss’ but I think that there could’ve been more variety & even just more if a description of what there was available - I like to know what fish I’m eating!! Lovely fresh...

The location is fantastic, perched on a hill overlooking the sea with rooms in small blocks cascading down the slope on 3 sides giving the place a village feel

The food is excellent with a huge choice and enough changes from day to day. This is not a place to go B&B as you’d need a hire car or taxi to escape, although a regular bus goes directly from the hotel to Heraklion

We enjoyed the food all the staff was very friendly especially our evenings are the lobby bar were very pleasant the all inclusive cocktails were very sweet but if you pay for a cocktail it’s gonna be very good thank you Giannis and Emmanuela for recommending me the cucumber royal, although there was only one server he was very friendly thank you Chris and all the lobby bar staff for making us smile

Fantastic stay. Stunning location. Loved cocktails in the lobby bar. All inclusive food and wine very good, included cocktails disappointing but Spritz’s in the lobby bar were terrific. Lovely views from all aspects.

The private beach is amazing, pure relax. A perfect resort where spend holidays in love!!! We were there in August and we had a special time in Crete. Also the restaurant is really good

The included "cocktails" were not good, really rough so we just stuck to the beer and wine which were good. Staff were great, very helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable

The food choice and quality at the all inclusive was excellent, the vegetarian choice was good but we found many foods not labelled (apart from allergens) so sometimes it was hard to determine if it contained meat or not

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

All inclusive food was good and had a nice mixture which changed each evening. Easy communication with staff as they had a WhatsApp feature available

Everyday there was a large range of food from starters, sides, salads, meats, pastas, vegan options, desserts and more! It was an incredible selection that varied everyday

From the moment we booked the service was amazing, the staff were able to arrange our taxi transfer from the airport making our arrival easy

The staff talked us through all the essentials when we arrived and helped us to our room via golf cart. We stayed in a sea view room which also overlooked the lower pool and the room was split over two floors

My stay at the Seaside Resort in Crete was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to the morning chef, Μάνος, and the servers, Ελεύθερα and Eleni

The food is a real highlight! The meals were delicious and varied, and the drinks included in the all-inclusive were great too. We really appreciated that we could use the resort’s facilities even after check-out

Plenty of space at this hotel to find a quiet spot entertainment was brilliant. Nice walk down to the beautiful beach but catch the mini bus back as it's up hill. In all a wonderful hotel with great staff

Such a lovely stay! The staff were always professional and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room on the top floor, which made our stay even more comfortable

The room, the restaurant, the whole resort - everything was spotlessly clean! The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The location is quiet, and even with a pool-view room, we heard no noise at all

A smart TV and a better hairdryer would have been a nice touch, but not a big deal. Also the beach is nearby, but it’s down a steep hill, so getting back up might not be ideal for everyone

Lovely hotel! They serve very delicious food. Big variety of seafood like octopus, calamari, mussels, all sorts of tasty fish. We got an amazing room with a seaview. The hotel has 4 big outdoor pools and a baby pool

Soula, the Manager was very helpful and understanding when we came across with another difficult situation with our joined family members. The bar and the buffet staff were friendly, smile, helpful

Beach is a walking distance but you can also be taken there on a bus (3 times daily I think as we had a rental car)

The holiday agent offered us Panorama Hotel Village and we were very happy and satisfied with this offer and the rest of the holiday. Our room was clean and tidy, the AC was working perfectly

Our holiday story: we booked a hotel nearby, where they cancelled our booking 3 days before our departure. 4 of our family has been separated into 2 different hotels

Upon arrival in the evening we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. The hotel manager Maura showed us around the available apartments. After which we - despite it being after 10pm - were still able to join the dinner

In this suite you have a fantastic view of the bay and the open sea from the front terrace

In the meantime our suitcases were simply delivered to our chosen room. The luxurious hotel is located on the shore of the bay. The young staff are hospitable and very friendly to customers, nothing is too much for them

We had a very nice stay at this establishment. The room with the private pool is really very beautiful, The food is excellent, A real enchanted bracket!! We recommend without hesitation.

If we have to report a minus, it is certainly not the cleaning team, because our room looks immaculate and is spotless every day. But for us, the beach in the bay could use a facelift

Both breakfast and dinner are served a la carte and in our opinion are definitely worth 5 stars! There is an extensive wine list and good cocktails. We were lucky to be in room #1203

The only tip I would give is the several hotels we stayed at in the $40-$60 in Greece all had very firm mattresses and I'm guessing it's either because these are the true Greek hotels not geared towards western tourists (maybe Greeks prefer firm beds as they do some places in Asia?, think futons on the floor), or they're just cheaper to maintain and don't need to be replaced as often

The restaurant is buffet formula, with a lot of variety and quality thank to the chef Dimitri! It is perfectly located to discover the beautiful island of Crete, close to the bus station and close to different offices for renting a car

What to say about the hotel staff? They're simply amazing! They're ready to help you for no matter what, an issue that you faced, a suggestion that you need regarding what to visit, a restaurant to try, really everything! We've felt like home

This was the first hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 day vacation in Greece and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay close to the beach and the many restaurants down by the water

We've spent 15days in this amazing hotel! It is located close to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia (1 minute walk), the rooms have been just renewed, they're cosy and comfortable. All the spaces are clean and orderly

We've been there for 16 days, we felt like we wanted to stay longer! Is perfect location, like in the middle of Crete, from were you can visit everything. Our host Peghy and Manolis were the best!!

I still hear people talk about the uphill walk from the beach but taxis are easy to obtain, also the steps within the hotel itself so when booking a holiday be sure to research such issues if they are a concern

the pool is beautiful and we were there for 10 days with temperatures hitting over 33 everyday and virtually had the pool to ourselves, the sun beds are luxurious and very comfortable, every member of staff from reception to the chefs and including the cleaners are amazing and helpful, the whole operation isn’t run like your a guest but like your an old friend returning, I found the food very good...

I continue to enjoy the quiet location of this hotel, on the hillside with sweeping views over the fields to the crystal clear sea (you can see fish without a snorkel) with beautiful sunrise and sunsets

Similarly with meal provision, being in the hotel you have very adequate half board options but if you budget to eat out a few times you can enjoy trying the local restaurants and bars too

The hotel offers a small and friendly experience where guests socialise and the bar area has a nice atmosphere. Yannis serves up amazing cocktails and the bar prices are very reasonable

One thing to keep in mind here is that there are a lot of stairs and steps everywhere. We actually like that, but we're not escalator-lazy so we might be a bit biased. The food was great, every meal a treat

Rooms are air conditioned and clean, you get daily room cleaning and towel replacements. Not the most ideal if you struggle with stairs but not a problem for our group

The staff were very polite and helpful even with language barriers, the barmen panos and Ali were extra friendly

Dinner and tea times offered plenty of choice with different things each night, basics like chips and pasta were available everyday but there were always different fish, meats and vegetables every day

The location is close to the beach, but up on the hill, so coming back from the sea meant climbing a bunch of stairs. The food ranged from "okay" to "terrible"

Overall we loved our stay at Alexander house it was perfect for our first family holiday and we would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a quiet getaway with a lovely beach and amazing food

Great place to stay in middle of Crete. Staff is always smiling and answering any question you have. Despite visiting the place at the end of season we 100% enjoyed it

The accomodation is fantastic, rooms are immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, kettle, hob, full size oven, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and full size fridge

Clean, modern apartments, some of which have a separate bedroom + well equipped kitchen. Location is also excellent, 75 meters from the Agia Pelagia beach. 50 meters from main shopping area, including small supermarket

Just had an aromatherapy massage with Eleni. It was genuinely the most relaxing experience. Eleni was firm but gentle so much so that I nearly fell asleep. I could do it all over again

The accomodation does not miss anything. The dedication and kindness the staff puts into practice is of the highest standard. The cuisine is excellent and the general atmosphere very cosy

Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

Great panoramic views from the sea from there, many relaxing sunbeds and a nice bar only for guests. Very nice breakfast with fresh goods, they also have a great restaurant right in front of the hotel

The waitress are very nice and helpful from the hotel there ar steps leading down to the beach. Me and my girlfriend spent a week here we don't have a single complaint everything was perfect and we had an a amazing time

Very good value for money! Staff is very nice and attentive. They adopted several measures to keep guests safe during the pandemic. Facilities are simple but decent. The pool and deck area is just amazing

We picked this hotel for our holiday in Crete, first if all the location is the best: in front of the sea, a few meters away from dinner locations and supermarket

There is a boat rental, but not cheap from 50 euros, a lot of cafes, also not cheap from 10 euros. Side sea view, if you look from the balcony forward, then there is an incomprehensible building

Good location - 50m to the sea. There is a safe and a kettle, which is very convenient in the morning. There is practically no beach: a narrow shore and immediately the sea

Great place - zero line, from the room directly to the beach! Hospitable host. A place to stay was chosen in advance and were not mistaken with the choice. Nearby are many shops and cafes. Heraklion is 30 minutes by car

Stone suites are very good; jacuzzi on balcony with nice sea view. Rated 4 of 5 because the bathroom is too small and the shower too bad

The entire staff was really amazing. I felt very welcome and everybody was super nice. The facilities are well kept and are beautiful. I stayed there two days/ one night. The suite was very nice I had a whirlpool

The resort is located in the earth of the hill which fell down to the beautiful Agia Pelagia beach. It is a tipical Cretan wildlife, a quite place where you can stay in a total relax, today a rare place to find

The restaurant was very good too including the breakfast. Bicycles are free or charge which is a nice add on. Because the hotel is between three nice beaches. I really loved it and probably come back

c , one bedroom, one drawing cum dining room with kitchen and balcony, it is sufficient to sleep 4 person, property is very neat and clean, kitchen is having coffee maker, tea maker and having some basic utensils to cook at induction hob but i think complete food cooking will be difficult

I began my holiday very stressed due to issues with luggage and I was helped by Maria who was amazing at helping me and taking me thorough what I could do to retrieve - the empathy and willingness to assist was above and beyond she really helped me to have a happy holiday - the location is fantastic , everything we needed was assisted by Maria and Isabella, Crete was beautiful and so was everyone...

We arrived at diana appt in agia pelagia, and then Heleni received us as if we were old friends. The studios give an incredible view at 30m from the sea with a feeling of being alone in the world

Diana Apartments offer clean and comfortable apartments for families and couples. Ideally with a car you can visit other beaches and parts of Creta, but also on foot you can enjoy the nearby Agia Pelagia in a 5 mins walk

My other home. Fine rooms with fantastic view. A calm place away from the busy beach, yet still in walking distance to the beach and shops.The owners do all they can to take care of your needs and make you feel welcome.

Then the studios, functional but with all the necessary and very clean. But the cherry on top of the cake is that Heleni and her son Georgios and his partner, invite you for a BBQ unexpectedly

There are many books/novels around the entrance (English and Greek) and the loungers outside the apartments are ideal to relax late afternoons with a book

The apartments are spotless clean, with a simple but functional kitchen, with fridge. The bed & bedding are very comfortable

I was in the Aquarius Hotel 10 days. This time was the most wonderfull. The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. They have also transfer from and to the airport

I was with my family in Aquarius Hotel in 2019 in Juni. Its no more apartaments! Its real Hotel!. I recommend this hotel for everybody: family, couples, singles, etc
