The rooms are spread on the hillside, so you walk a while from the main building to the room

Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. The food was okay, but I think more fish and Greek cuisine in general should be offered

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

Our room was very spacious (with a big balcony) and overlooked the beautiful turquoise waters of the Mononaftis beach

I began my holiday very stressed due to issues with luggage and I was helped by Maria who was amazing at helping me and taking me thorough what I could do to retrieve - the empathy and willingness to assist was above and beyond she really helped me to have a happy holiday - the location is fantastic , everything we needed was assisted by Maria and Isabella, Crete was beautiful and so was everyone...

Great big balcony and sea view. Very nice girls at the reception and those who clean the hotel. Every day we were offered to change the bed, they took away the garbage

GYM A good variety of equipment Now for the not so good although this is a must see hotel resort I would suggest avoiding peek season as it is over run with Germans and as us brits know from years gone by they love to get up at 5am and grab all the poolside sunbeds so be prepared to set your alarm and get up extra early as I did on one occasion only to find that when I went to the beds I'd placed...

BEACH Clean sandy beach with ample free sunbeds a must is the sunrise from the beach. POOLS Main pool very clean excellent sunbeds and life guards on duty from 10am till 17

The best thing was the animation programs where there were darts, football and other sports. There was also a mini-board for children and the animation team was nice

SNACK BAR Chrisi at the snack bar is warm and welcoming and very polite and friendly also has a great memory for drinks and we did miss her on her days off but on her return the drinks went up another level

Just visited Apollona Beach Spa Hotel and experienced amazing spa services in Aegeo Spa. First day I did spa procedure with peeling, body mask and Cretan massage. It was increadibly amazing experience

Mr Christos is an amazing manager and he'll take care of your every need. The location is amazing and the beach is a paradise. The location is great and very safe

The main restaurant is indoors adjacent to the hotel, whilst the popular section is outdoors across a narrow access road, directly on the beachfront

I ate lunch here and from the extensive menu, which contained options of salad / fish / meat / vegetarian dishes, I chose the mixed seafood salad, together with a small beer

Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, beds are not very comfy, but hey, you won't be inside for most of the time. The beach is clean and equiped with free beach chairs for guests, beach bar is just a few steps away

To make credit to other reviewers, the all inclusive options are a bit limited, but for our experience it was more of an advantage as we do not drink and (as a family with small kid) we do not really find joyfull the company of drunken partypeople

Food was good - we had excellent meals, also some average meals that did not match our tastebuds, but that happens everywhere. Coconut cake is to die for, on the other hand breakfasts were a bit boring

A nice maintained beach with umbrellas, sun loungers, showers is part of the hotel area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful

At the end of the holiday, after the rooms were vacated, we were given a free room in the early evening after a whole day on the beach before leaving for the airport to shower and pack our luggage

The advantage of the hotel is that the accommodation is not in one central building but in many small houses located in a garden full of trees. Everyone has privacy and a pleasant environment on their terraces

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Our room was a sea view room view which overlooked both the beach and the pool. Hotel staff were all amazing, really helpful and friendly

About the pool and beach area: The pool and beach area are very clean and there is plenty of space and sun loungers. The sea is incredibly beautiful and clean. The pool is not special but is sufficient

Food was pretty good for the most part and when you fancy a change, there are several good taverns about. Drinks were alright, what you expect from an all inclusive. Entertainment looked ok if you’re into that

Me and my partner aren’t so just sat on our balcony with drinks. Wasn’t too noisy, finishes at around 11 each night Bus services are fairly regular to and from Heraklion

Be warned they don’t always run to time and the last bus back is much earlier than advertised (last number 6 is about 11pm)

We always had to leave the air conditioning on the lowest setting at night, otherwise we couldn't sleep. What you need to know; the hotel has no elevators! This must be clear for people with walking difficulties

The pool was very clean and perfect to cool down in, as well as having plenty of room to swim in despite its proximity to the sea. There were always sunbeds available around the pool with no need to reserve with towels

The location is perfect – right by the beach, with beautiful sunsets and crystal-clear water just steps away. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Good location, metres from the beach, restaurants, bars, mini mart. Breakfast is great and the lady who runs it is very helpfully. George the Manager Is very accomodating and very helpful

What really made the difference, though, was the hospitality. The staff were always kind and helpful – and I want to give special thanks to Ana. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

My room was clean and had everything I needed including a fridge (room 116 ground floor which meant leaving patio doors open was not an option as access could be gained externally by anyone passing by, and of course privacy was thus heavily compromised) Breakfast which was included was quite comprehensive and consisted of cooked breakfast, cold meats/cheeses, fruits, cereals and hot and cold drinks

There was plenty of parasols and sun beds around the pool all sat on a lovely patio style surround to the fairly large pool which had a lovely deep end, fairly warm with no cold water shock when diving in

Do upgrade to a sea view balcony! Everything is modern and clean, the English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 main pool areas (one for adults only) and a small private beach with bar at the bottom of the hill

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

The location is fantastic, perched on a hill overlooking the sea with rooms in small blocks cascading down the slope on 3 sides giving the place a village feel

The food is excellent with a huge choice and enough changes from day to day. This is not a place to go B&B as you’d need a hire car or taxi to escape, although a regular bus goes directly from the hotel to Heraklion

This was made harder by the fact that, although there are plenty of sun beds, only the ones around the children’s pool have parasols. There are plenty of both down at the pretty little beach

The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I had a sea view room and the morning sunrise was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing

The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!

The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort

Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better

We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues

Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Pool towels are not included - these should be included at 4 star level

This is a lovely hotel but I wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. It is in a beautiful location, stunning views and a quaint little beach in a bay with lots of water activities

The views around the hotel are beautiful, and there’s a stunning beach nearby that made our days even more special

This was our second visit to the Blue Bay Resort, and it felt like coming home. From the moment we arrived, the kindness and genuine warmth of the staff and management surrounded us like sunshine

Good location - 50m to the sea. There is a safe and a kettle, which is very convenient in the morning. There is practically no beach: a narrow shore and immediately the sea

The rooms must have been recently refurbished because they look so new and cosy. Very very clean, nothing was out of place. I don’t have any single complaint, I am happy, it’s perfect

Wonderful apartments with magnificent sea views and only a ten minute walk from the beach. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel anywhere, but the apartments are so comfortable, you might not want to leave.

Hotels in direct sight but still ok. Sometimes you can hear the music or when guests are being brought to the hotel bunker by bus or a quad tour is starting. Cleaning lady very nice, we didn't see anyone else

Amazing stay!! Amazing stay at Seascapes, they were very accommodating to our requests and the staff was very tentative. The massage was 10/10! We would definitely recommend Seascapes!

They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight

Had a wonderful and relaxed time. The Apartments are well equipped and spacious. The small village has everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Moreover, there is a beach just 5-minute stroll away, or alternatively, you can swim at the hotel's outdoor swimming pool (I preferred the beach :) )

If you want to spend some pleasant family time while meeting and learning about the local culture, come to the Belvedere. Top staff, small typical hotel, come and chat with the people, each more pleasant than the last

Agia Pelagia is a super little resort. Plenty of amazing food and drink, lovely beach, enough activities. Belvedere Village is perfect - lovely room, lovely staff, great location, great pool, felt safe

The food is typical local dishes like the best tavern - a great cook. In addition, the beach 5 minutes away crystal clear water the proximity of all the attractions of Crete

The hotel is very well located, just a minute walk to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants on the beachwalk

We were there in May and there didn't seem to be a lot of other guests around but the few we met at the bar were very laid back and friendly. Overall a very chill place in a very chill beach town

It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the main beach and tavernas. The apartments are a generous size, fully equipped and comfortable-met our needs completely. Rooms were clean, towels and sheets changed often enough

Everything nearby and only a few minutes walk to the center or the beach. They could use an upgrade, but it's really just fine. Slept well and a very clean room. Towels and room cleaned regularly

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away

The room was clean and equipped with a fridge, kettle, and a very basic kitchenette and cooking utensils. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh sheets and towels vere provided every 3 days

The beach is right around the corner - beautiful beach - Mediterranean blue water. There is great Scuba diving, snorkeling and a lot of water sports on the beach. You can rent sunchairs 2€ and umbrellas 3€ per day

Have to mention very nice back yard where you can use chairs and sunbeds. Budget acommodation but worts every cent. Lots of mosquitoes!!! In the room and in the back yard

The nice Agia Pelagia beach is less than 100 meters from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants where you can have a wonderful meal for a fair price

The beach boardwalk offers many great restaurants and bars with local foods. It was 32 degrees the day we arrived so it was very nice to have A/C

Good size patio / balcony outside the room with chairs and tables, and even a drying rack for your clothes! This hotel is so cute, really, there's nothing nothing to complain about. The location is superb, half a minute from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants

The rooms are great: specious, clean, and had everything we needs as we made our own meals almost every night. Pool was great for the kids, and there's a big lawn for the kids to run around

We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview. You can relax in the pool with a coctail in your free time

Hotel close to the beach Hotel at the edge of the village, closest to the beach. Without an elevator, we got a room without a sea view and mosquito nets. There is a restaurant near the hotel
