The rooms are spread on the hillside, so you walk a while from the main building to the room

Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. The food was okay, but I think more fish and Greek cuisine in general should be offered

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good

We were even gifted massage and sauna sessions at the spa, coupons for signature cocktails and a lovely dinner at the à la carte restaurant - which was very kind of the staff! We now leave feeling relaxed, well-fed and already planning our next visit

We had an amazing experience at this resort from start to finish (11 days in October 2025, all-inclusive). The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation

Everything was spotless, and it is clear that great care is taken to keep the place immaculate. A special mention must go to the restaurant and its exceptional staff, which truly exceeded our expectations

The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every palate. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared, fresh and flavourful

Do upgrade to a sea view balcony! Everything is modern and clean, the English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 main pool areas (one for adults only) and a small private beach with bar at the bottom of the hill

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

The food is excellent with a huge choice and enough changes from day to day. This is not a place to go B&B as you’d need a hire car or taxi to escape, although a regular bus goes directly from the hotel to Heraklion

This was made harder by the fact that, although there are plenty of sun beds, only the ones around the children’s pool have parasols. There are plenty of both down at the pretty little beach

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing

The staff talked us through all the essentials when we arrived and helped us to our room via golf cart. We stayed in a sea view room which also overlooked the lower pool and the room was split over two floors

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!

The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort

Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better

The food, there's lots of beef and pork dishes, occasionally chicken, plenty of vegetarian dishes, great salad variety, but the hot food is so salty! It's a shame because there was so much to choose from but the flavours were overwhelmed by salt

It doesn't replenish your bottled water each day in your room and there's no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We kept buying water but the fridge didn't work so we couldn't keep anything cool

There was also no little extra toiletries in the bathroom. There was a soap dispenser in the shower but no shampoo/conditioner, flannels, etc

Great Hotel with incredibly cozy rooms and exquisite cusine. Plunge pool was a perfect solution for the weather in mid-summer in Greece. Would recommend to anybody who wants to get some rest from normal life!

A small, but modern and exceptional hotel. From wine and sweets upon arrival to honey and local spices upon departure. Excellent breakfast (exquisite menu). Sauna and dry jacuzzi (thanks, Nikos)

Plunge pool was heated and a joy once again, The resort itself small and friendly. Obviously busier in June than September - the sunbeds on the beach do get taken relatively early

We booked the Aquamarine Suite Mountain View with Plunge Pool, and it was gorgeous—peaceful, modern, and super comfortable. We did half board, and honestly, the food was outstanding

Very friendly staff and facility located in a scenic area overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia. Family room with kitchenette very cosy but with some details that could be improved. Fabulous outdoor area and pool

Great hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, it is very quiet, it's intimate because of the small number of rooms, the view is Splendid, and the swimming pool is so pleasant

The pool and surrounding area is a good size, with a bar adjacent

We occupied the 1-bed suite, which is slightly separate from the rest of the rooms, offering a greater degree of privacy and a large terrace overlooking the bays. We found the room rates in October very reasonable

The staff all seem happy and dedicated. A couple of minor issues were swiftly resolved. Children were using both pools which wasn't best when you want to relax, but they were respectful kids and didn't make lots of noise

There were plenty of sun beds and seating options. The room service and poolside service is very reasonable and food and drinks were great. The pools are rather cold, but make for great breaks from the heat of the sun

I was surprised to find that the jacuzzi and small sauna aren't included in the price - €20 euros for 20 minutes to use them is rather steep, I think this is rather a wasted benefit to customers, it would be much better to incorporate a booking system and allow free access for these facilities

From the cleaners to the reception staff to the restaurant and bar staff, they were all lovely, professional and hard working. We received a lively welcome and everyone was only too happy to help

I can understand paying for massage treatments, but it would make sense to other small spa facilities in with the hotel price. Breakfast was nice with a decent enough variety

The Irida hotel is clean and very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, they are what give the hotel a great vibe

the pool is beautiful and we were there for 10 days with temperatures hitting over 33 everyday and virtually had the pool to ourselves, the sun beds are luxurious and very comfortable, every member of staff from reception to the chefs and including the cleaners are amazing and helpful, the whole operation isn’t run like your a guest but like your an old friend returning, I found the food very good...

Simply amazing, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, our cases were taken to our room, number 34 which has the best views to the ocean and also the pool

There are comfortable new sunbeds by the pool and everywhere was freshly painted and clean

I still hear people talk about the uphill walk from the beach but taxis are easy to obtain, also the steps within the hotel itself so when booking a holiday be sure to research such issues if they are a concern

Very tasty nonetheless!! The evening mezzes and complete meals on the daily changing menu are really good! The cook knows his way around the kitchen and your taste buds are in for a treat with whatever you choose

Made it so we saw some cool parts of Crete which we otherwise would have missed. There's an unlimited breakfast each morning, though always the same menu which gets a bit boring after a few days

In the room the towels are good, there is a daily service that cleans up the rubbish and makes the bed, there is a new A+ fridge with fresh cold water, however during the night does a light noise

Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. The traditional Greek food was amazing, and the small town of Agia Pelagia was beautiful

The hotel is situated in the hill next to Agia Palagia, just a 10 minute walk to get there. Staff is very friendly and helpful with some tips of what to see/do and also what to avoid

cannot say enough good things about this property, we stay in villas whenever we go abroad, so we have vast experience of the good and the not so good. this is a class above what we have had in the past

The villa is spotlessly clean, huge space and a lot of privacy. George the host is superb and we will look to return in the future. this villa should not be missed

If you want to walk to the beach it takes 25 min fortunately they have shuttle bus with very kind bus driver)) Municipal beach is okay there are places with rocks as well as with sand This hotel is very good for place for all inclusive vacation

Everything was perfectly clean, with towel changes every two days, which we really appreciated. All amenities were well-maintained. A truly family-friendly place—highly recommended!

Chrissy's Paradise was a wonderful experience. Everyone working there was incredibly nice, especially Giorgi, the housekeeper. Mila, who took care of our room, always greeted us with a smile, and we wish her all the best

I was in the Aquarius Hotel 10 days. This time was the most wonderfull. The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. They have also transfer from and to the airport

I was with my family in Aquarius Hotel in 2019 in Juni. Its no more apartaments! Its real Hotel!. I recommend this hotel for everybody: family, couples, singles, etc

The location of this property was great. It was super close to dining, shops and beach access. The front desk was attentive and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

I certainly would not call it "luxury" as its name says. Having to constantly pay for drinks around the pool and bar is a hassle and a faff. a luxury hotel would give you a tab. room was clean, staff friendly

They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

Stayed at Panorama Village Hotel for a week in July - and wow it was great! We originally booked a garden view room - which wasn’t to our standards - completely our fault so no judgement held against the hotel

Well worth the extra cost as we absolutely loved the room and in fact it made the holiday as we were on the top floor with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and nearby towns

After 1 night in the garden view room we asked if we could move to a Sea View room, which the kind staff and manager managed to sort out for us at a very reasonable cost

Location - given the amazing sea views comes with a downside. It’s around a 10 minute walk to the beach downhill and 20 back up- however this isn’t a huge deal as the hotel offers a shuttle throughout the day

Moreover, there is a beach just 5-minute stroll away, or alternatively, you can swim at the hotel's outdoor swimming pool (I preferred the beach :) )

If you want to spend some pleasant family time while meeting and learning about the local culture, come to the Belvedere. Top staff, small typical hotel, come and chat with the people, each more pleasant than the last

Agia Pelagia is a super little resort. Plenty of amazing food and drink, lovely beach, enough activities. Belvedere Village is perfect - lovely room, lovely staff, great location, great pool, felt safe

we came for 4 days to an amazing and very hospitable place! The breakfast is rich and filling! Hot chocolate, fresh fruits, crepes and delicious chocolate cake!! The dinner was delicious too, a lot of choices to taste and the most perfect thing was fresh ice cream! the rooms are very clean and the cleaning was done daily

It was all easy going and happy and that made us have a lovely lovely holiday (parents to Sia who just turned 4!) thank you so much and we hope to come again!

It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the main beach and tavernas. The apartments are a generous size, fully equipped and comfortable-met our needs completely. Rooms were clean, towels and sheets changed often enough

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away

c , one bedroom, one drawing cum dining room with kitchen and balcony, it is sufficient to sleep 4 person, property is very neat and clean, kitchen is having coffee maker, tea maker and having some basic utensils to cook at induction hob but i think complete food cooking will be difficult

One can stay here after considering their Movability limitations. Availability of public transport from Heraklion to Agia Pelagia is limited. One should take care before visiting this place

Great place to chill and relax! My apartment (studio) was very comfortable, great bed and very clean with air con, fridge, couple of electric hobs, toaster and kettle - all you need to for your stay

Good size patio / balcony outside the room with chairs and tables, and even a drying rack for your clothes! They also have a pool (child friendly!) and a bar serving snacks, drinks and good cocktails! Mary and the team were really friendly and helpful & went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

The studio has all the features you need for your stay and towels and sheets are changing regularly. The owners are very kind and helpful. I regret that we have not stay longer
