I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning seaside hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations

They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from offering great recommendations on local activities to ensuring every detail of my experience was perfect

The location is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea from nearly every vantage point

Whether it was the breakfast buffet with its array of options or the evening seafood delicacies, everything was simply top-notch. Equally impressive was the service

Great beach, sea and pool. The rooms are very nice. The food is alright but for the vegeterians and vegans people there is not so much.

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

Many activities like outdoor chess, watersports, ping pong table, pool table and many more. Has Spa with extra charge, mini market, fish spa to name a few

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

Low quality room facing and plumbing in the room. Lots of sun-beds are booked with towels but no people lying on it. Staff is quite friendly and helping, generally very good experience with local people

Nice location, room is OK, you should not expect five star hotel, but it is friendly. Be aware, the hotel locate on a mountain, you should expect a lot of climbing. It has a nice beach and nice swimming pools

The pools are great and the beach is clean and very good. Not much to see for sea life and the diving club is fairly costly. Recommend to take the bus to the city and get some supplies for good price

Great hotel, liked everything, but when you buy a ticket it is better to take seaview TC standards are very different, and from the disadvantages of a small beach the rental can be rented at the reception at Babes)I liked the rest, so 5stars!

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

Pools were great, and not too busy either, so plenty of opportunities to secure a sunbed. The scenery is amazing and only a short couple of minutes walk down to the beach itself

In arriving the location and hotel was even more than expected. 30 am friendly welcome told there was coffee and buffet available in restaurant. Golf buggy lift to room with informative driver

Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Pool towels are not included - these should be included at 4 star level

There are 2 lots of music playing at the same time at the pool, and the staff are disinterested. There is minimal snacks, some of the pizza slices were sat around for 5 hours

Nothing around for young couples You can not come here with a wheel chair. The amount of steps you have to climb back upto our room from the pool is madness

We took the bus to heraklion three times in our stay. The food was amazing, there was something different every night and the staff were all really smiley and helpful. From start to finish our holiday was enjoyable

Me and my partner stayed here around a week ago. We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage

There was also water in the fridge and a refill point just outside of our room. The view from the hotel was out of this world, beautiful bays and beaches just a walk away

The Pool was always quite busy and the smell of the water reminded me of a sewage treatment plant, which was not very pleasant, especially as the swimwear also smelled like this afterwards

Highlights: Anything special or unique? Areas for Improvement: Label the food at the buffet (with allergic information) so people know what they are eating, Soundproof toilets in rooms, install fly screens on doors, with all-inclusive, really offer everything all-inclusive and not just a part, at least update your app if you force every guest to download it

Value for Money: I would recommend spending a bit more per night and getting a better Hotel. In my opinion, this was a 3-Star at most. Location and Accessibility: There were limited parking spaces at the Hotel

Very good value for money! Staff is very nice and attentive. They adopted several measures to keep guests safe during the pandemic. Facilities are simple but decent. The pool and deck area is just amazing

Great panoramic views from the sea from there, many relaxing sunbeds and a nice bar only for guests. Very nice breakfast with fresh goods, they also have a great restaurant right in front of the hotel

We had a sea view room with breakfast. Rooms are clean , service is good. the cleaning and pool maintenance everything perfect. Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Good breakfast everything is fresh

The waitress are very nice and helpful from the hotel there ar steps leading down to the beach. Me and my girlfriend spent a week here we don't have a single complaint everything was perfect and we had an a amazing time

And the food was excellent also , and you can choose what you will have for dinner for next evening. And breakfast - all you can eat for all tastes

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

The entire staff was really amazing. I felt very welcome and everybody was super nice. The facilities are well kept and are beautiful. I stayed there two days/ one night. The suite was very nice I had a whirlpool

The resort is located in the earth of the hill which fell down to the beautiful Agia Pelagia beach. It is a tipical Cretan wildlife, a quite place where you can stay in a total relax, today a rare place to find

The restaurant was very good too including the breakfast. Bicycles are free or charge which is a nice add on. Because the hotel is between three nice beaches. I really loved it and probably come back

The accomodation is fantastic, rooms are immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, kettle, hob, full size oven, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and full size fridge

Bar all day till night is free (beer, wine, raki, soft drinks, ice cream and snacks - pizza and cake), for ordinary Russians - enough for the eyes and the ears! Fancy the Russians have nothing to do here, because the sea up to 5 minutes walking and the cosy rooms

I give for everything 5 star except the room. If I would have knew that I get this one , I would never chose this hotel. The first few photos of rooms on Google map doesn't represent every room

The owner is well done, you feel like a welcome guest here. They help to solve any situation without problems. Very tasty and varied food every day! Cleaning every day, clean towels and bed linen

The pizza and the ice cream at the pool are excellent! The rooms are clean&spacious

The beach is common to all, clean enough, with wide coastal strip and paid sunbeds (fundraisers and sometimes can not come during the day)

The staff and hotel are just perfect. Everyone are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and you’ll definitely feel you get a lot for the money you spend

c , one bedroom, one drawing cum dining room with kitchen and balcony, it is sufficient to sleep 4 person, property is very neat and clean, kitchen is having coffee maker, tea maker and having some basic utensils to cook at induction hob but i think complete food cooking will be difficult

I began my holiday very stressed due to issues with luggage and I was helped by Maria who was amazing at helping me and taking me thorough what I could do to retrieve - the empathy and willingness to assist was above and beyond she really helped me to have a happy holiday - the location is fantastic , everything we needed was assisted by Maria and Isabella, Crete was beautiful and so was everyone...

One can stay here after considering their Movability limitations. Availability of public transport from Heraklion to Agia Pelagia is limited. One should take care before visiting this place

Wi-Fi speed is very poor, induction cooking plate is heating very slow, there is no wiper in bathroom to dry floor, If someone have own vehicle then it will be good place to stay

A standard hotel in a kibbutz in Israel. Old, not aesthetic, an unpleasant smell in the room. Towels and sheets are changed only once every 3 days. Only the quiet and the external landscape can be charged.

Die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt unter der Unterkunft und war immer da, wenn man sie brauchte. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie auf den Bildern

Ein Auto wird sehr empfohlen! Man sollte allerdings kein Fahranfänger sein ;)

The restaurant is buffet formula, with a lot of variety and quality thank to the chef Dimitri! It is perfectly located to discover the beautiful island of Crete, close to the bus station and close to different offices for renting a car

The only tip I would give is the several hotels we stayed at in the $40-$60 in Greece all had very firm mattresses and I'm guessing it's either because these are the true Greek hotels not geared towards western tourists (maybe Greeks prefer firm beds as they do some places in Asia?, think futons on the floor), or they're just cheaper to maintain and don't need to be replaced as often

What to say about the hotel staff? They're simply amazing! They're ready to help you for no matter what, an issue that you faced, a suggestion that you need regarding what to visit, a restaurant to try, really everything! We've felt like home

This was the first hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 day vacation in Greece and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay close to the beach and the many restaurants down by the water

We've spent 15days in this amazing hotel! It is located close to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia (1 minute walk), the rooms have been just renewed, they're cosy and comfortable. All the spaces are clean and orderly

We've been there for 16 days, we felt like we wanted to stay longer! Is perfect location, like in the middle of Crete, from were you can visit everything. Our host Peghy and Manolis were the best!!

It's our 2nd time here and we love it so much we are hoping to make this an annual trip. Dyonisis and Irene can't do enough for you. The rooms are so clean and we love the pool surrounded by the lovely garden

Dionisio welcomed us warmly and kindly, introduced us to our room and explained about the opening hours of the restaurants and markets that are very close to the hotel (8-minute walk) and gave us excellent sightseeing tips!! Freshly breakfast with juice, omelet, Greek yoghurt with honey, bread, butter, homemade jam and coffee with milk

I stayed in the room on the 1st floor overlooking the main street, big balcony and 2 single beds, nice big room with kitchenette, clean and excellent room service

The hotel is an 8-minute walk from the beach of Agia Pelagia, crystal clear water, beautiful waterfront full of restaurants. Umbrellas and chairs for 7 euros/day

This is a must place to stay. Basic but also real. Hosts are fantastic and will do anything they can for you. Booked for next year already

Super friendly stuff, beautiful rooms and view over the town, tasty breakfast till 12am for people who can't get out of bed early like me, and they helped us find the cheapest car in the area

Ps: if you don't really know what you can do on Crete, ask them, they told us about some interesting attractions we haven't seen on the internet so far. Will definitely book here again

It was worth to fly far from Canafa to get to Sunday Life! The high standard of service, the cleanest rooms, the freshest food, well trained friendly staff, tasteful evening music
