Nice hotel, we spent two weeks there, it's a quiet and comfortable place for a holiday. There is a pool on-site and the beach nearby, they provide simple breakfast as well. Water pressure in the bathroom was poor, but enough to take a shower.

Nice, quite simple hotel for a short-term stay, good location (not so full of people as in the areas close to the city center). But no kettles, no kitchen, no plates/glasses. Lovely staff (a family, I assume :)), good service.

Nice and beautiful hotel, rooms are comfortablrle with balcony, air condition and TV. Also there is swimming pool. The owners of this hitel very kind and help us in everything. We really enjoy our holiday in Minoas hotel.:)

I like the hotel like home. Cozy and yes not so luxury but very friendly ambiance that, silent. One bus to the airport and to city and near the beach for jog or walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The balcony’s very small but there were two of them. Nice pool area that our kids had almost to themselves all week! A quiet hotel that had everything we needed with good distance to supermarkets, the beach, restaurants and boutiques! We could definitely come back here.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

We had a day room before our late flight departure. The hotel definitely needs reservations. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. We really liked the pool, probably the best pool for doing laps in the area. There is plenty of parking. Also not far from the beach and few of restaurants in the vicinity. A real value for money.

A perfect location with a sandy beach right out the back door. There is a nice sized pool out back. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and the staff are more than happy to look after your every need. We liked basically everything. The location is very good: it is near to restaurants and shops, to the beach and to the bus. The facilities: the kitchenette, the small playground for children, the pool which was clean and nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent staff, pretty good accommodations and location. We stayed for one night, had the ground floor apartment. Very clean and tidy. Was mini kitchen with everything you might need and there is a huge balcony where many flowers (in the evening terrific aroma).

We were dropped off by the taxi at the wrong hotel and when we arrived at the hotel Eleni Palace we had a great reception from staff. Coming away with two grown up sons we were placed in a family room and then the manager toldusweneededa bigger room and up graded us to a huge suite with an open balcony which has amazing views. The standard of the hotel definitely exceeds expectations. The rooms are practically new and spacious. The service was helpful and not overbearing. Good food, beautiful green areas and a well-kept beach. I also recommend massages in the SPA zone. As for the location, a city bus leaves from right in front of the hotel, which takes you to the center of Heraklion. I recommend.

Well located hotel with clean but small rooms. The balcony is really big and the hotel owner is really friendly. The clean pool with the big chill areas is one of the highlights. The breakfast is very simple and there is always the same food, but perfectly adequate for the price-performance ratio. It's just not a luxury hotel and you don't pay for that either. Our stay at the Hotel was excellent! Going to a 2 Star Hotel is always different from the big luxurious All In Resorts, however fulfilled its purpose completely. Pool, Poolbar and tidy rooms with AC and fridge was all we needed. The five Stars are for the welcoming and friendly hotel owner and his lovely mother.

The manager is helpful. The room is good but basic as you'd expect from a two star hotel. The toilet and shower is very small.

Me and my partner are flying out and staying with you from the 13th July please can I request a sea view room , I’ve tried to do it on the website I have booked the holiday through but there isnt an option to do this.. we look forward to meeting and staying with you in a few weeks

Simple yet very clean and nice accomodations. Nice and upgraded modern bathroom. Big swimming pool with a lovely garden area around it. All of the staff were so warm and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really good with fresh eggs from the same day. It was a very nice place to stay close to the beach and frequent local busses to city centre. Good value stay.

Nice place for short or medium stays. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff and good location on the main strip, just 200m easy acces to beach. Breakfast basic but plenty and good quality food. Room shower is a average. Good pool but no bar really. Best to hire a car to get around as its so central you must travel out an about.

The hotel itself what you'd expect for the price. Rooms are clean and tidy if a bit dated. Breakfast is good as is the pool. Staff are excellent, very welcoming and helpful fixing any issues immediately.

The main restaurant is indoors adjacent to the hotel, whilst the popular section is outdoors across a narrow access road, directly on the beachfront. What can I say. Mr Christos is an amazing manager and he'll take care of your every need. The location is amazing and the beach is a paradise. The location is great and very safe. I traveled solo in the low season and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel!!

This is a very nice option in Amoudara Beach, it’s extremely good location wise, you can spend your days beach front straight from your room or explore the island and return at the end of the day. Christos is great, he was friendly and genuinely, making sure you’re having a nice stay when he sees you. Also, pet friendly!

A really nice hotel for a short therm stay. Staff is super nice and approachable. It is not a super luxury, but it has everything that you will be needing. The location is a little bit further from the town, but it is reachable with a car within 10 minutes, there is also a bus station nearby

The studio was basic but had everything we needed and was clean with sheets and towels changed mid week. The pool was lovely and very pretty surrounded by flowering shrubs. This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here. The children loves it, food, drinks, pool, location and service is perfect. Familiar place. Very lovely and calm place. In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee.

The owners are giving their hearts to this business. They have the cutest dog also, who is very polite and silent. I feel like we have read so many bad comments which were undeserved for this place. You get correct value for the amount you pay, and they are not treating you less politely just because it is a 2 star place.

I really liked the people in the hotel, they are authentic and smiling with you every second while speaking, I felt at home, the pool is small but clean, my only concern is the location but you have public transportation and you can order freenow(app) as well, I really enjoyed the trip here in Crete

We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....

The hotel is very beautiful, clean rooms,nice yard. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. The mattresses were new and the room is cleaned every day. The price is also very good. We had room 410 and it was excellent. The air conditioning is working perfectly.

Excellent hotel. I recommend it to everyone. Good food, rooms, pools, etc. The best thing was the animation programs where there were darts, football and other sports. There was also a mini-board for children and the animation team was nice. I recommend it.
