A small hotel on the seafront, in the resort town of Ammoudara, within walking distance from shops, taverns and cafes. Heraklion city 10 minutes by bus. Recommended for economical family vacations and also for young people.

Renovated: 2011
Location: 3.5 km from Heraklion airport, 2 km from the town of Heraklion, by the sea. Bus stop 50 m from the hotel.
Evening entertainment: Ammoudara (1 km), Heraklion (2 km).
Consists of two buildings.
The hotel has 32 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy (a coastal line), 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. The entrance to the sea sand. Changing cabins, shower. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge (beach towels are not).
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
ATM: 200 m from the hotel (supermarket "Carrefour").
Pets up to 5 kg (on request, free).

We had a day room before our late flight departure. The hotel definitely needs reservations. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. We really liked the pool, probably the best pool for doing laps in the area. There is plenty of parking. Also not far from the beach and few of restaurants in the vicinity. A real value for money.

Brilliant holiday so far we are still here but felt I needed to review as so good. You will not be disappointed it's so much better than it's 3*.

A perfect location with a sandy beach right out the back door. There is a nice sized pool out back. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and the staff are more than happy to look after your every need. The bathrooms are a little small, the shower can be a challenge, the toilet is tucked into the corner but even with that I love it here. I do recommend the place.

What a lovely hotel, the staff were friendly, courtious and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold choices, both traditional or international, to suit your taste.
The pool was very clean and perfect to cool down in, as well as having plenty of room to swim in despite its proximity to the sea.
There were always sunbeds available around the pool with no need to reserve with towels.
The pool bar was also clean with plenty on offer to eat and drink through the day.
I would recommend this hotel and hope to return.

The hotel was extremely clean and very welcoming . Nothing was too much bother for the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast covered all tastes from fruit ,cold platter ,salad ,cereal to a full English breakfast. Very well presented. A lovely pool and bar and also a nice beach . I will definitely be staying again

Sea view, little balcony, with rich breakfast, clean rooms, air conditioning, clean pool, nice and motivated pool bar keeper, nice staff, super close to the beach, near to nice restaurants and grocery stores.

So happy to be back to one of our favorite places on Crete! George is still as wonderful as ever and greeted us like family. Breakfast is still a meal to write home about and Katerina still makes the best breakfast buffet!

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and that was perfect for us. The rooms are clean, the bathroom in the room was renovated and modern. The room had a/c. They have a public beach in front of the hotel, so we went swimming in the sea and also the pool. Best combination. The breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy. But we knew it wasn't a 5 star hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Only thing is that the hallways are a bit noisy, so if people come back late, you hear them while trying to fall asleep. We would choose it again if we ever came back.
