A small hotel on the seafront, in the resort town of Ammoudara, within walking distance from shops, taverns and cafes. Heraklion city 10 minutes by bus. Recommended for economical family vacations and also for young people.

Location: 3.5 km from Heraklion airport, 2 km from the town of Heraklion, by the sea. Bus stop 50 m from the hotel.
Evening entertainment: Ammoudara (1 km), Heraklion (2 km).
Consists of two buildings.
The hotel has 32 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy (a coastal line), 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. The entrance to the sea sand. Changing cabins, shower. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge (beach towels are not).
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
ATM: 200 m from the hotel (supermarket "Carrefour").
Pets up to 5 kg (on request, free).

The location is perfect – right by the beach, with beautiful sunsets and crystal-clear water just steps away. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
What really made the difference, though, was the hospitality. The staff were always kind and helpful – and I want to give special thanks to Ana. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Warm, professional, and always smiling – Ana was the heart of the hotel during our stay. She gave us great local tips, helped us with anything we needed, and made us feel like more than just guests.
I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly place to stay near Heraklion. I would definitely come back – and I hope Ana will still be there when I do!

At the price I paid this was brilliant value. Would I stay again? No. Only because it's not in Hereaklion and only just on the edge of Amourdora ( very little to do in Amourdora). There is a service bus no6 which @ €1.60 and only 50m from the hotel makes access to Hereaklion very easy.
The very Good points are that the staff are lovely. Check-in was easy even though I arrived close to midnight. My room was clean and had everything I needed including a fridge (room 116 ground floor which meant leaving patio doors open was not an option as access could be gained externally by anyone passing by, and of course privacy was thus heavily compromised)
Breakfast which was included was quite comprehensive and consisted of cooked breakfast, cold meats/cheeses, fruits, cereals and hot and cold drinks.
There was plenty of parasols and sun beds around the pool all sat on a lovely patio style surround to the fairly large pool which had a lovely deep end, fairly warm with no cold water shock when diving in.
The pool is served by a bar, offering drinks, pizza, sandwiches and Ice cream.
The pool area has no protection from the wind which was mostly quite cold ( I.wish I'd had my trusty English windbreak with me 😄)

We had a day room before our late flight departure. The hotel definitely needs reservations. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. We really liked the pool, probably the best pool for doing laps in the area. There is plenty of parking. Also not far from the beach and few of restaurants in the vicinity. A real value for money.

A perfect location with a sandy beach right out the back door. There is a nice sized pool out back. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and the staff are more than happy to look after your every need. The bathrooms are a little small, the shower can be a challenge, the toilet is tucked into the corner but even with that I love it here. I do recommend the place.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold choices, both traditional or international, to suit your taste.
The pool was very clean and perfect to cool down in, as well as having plenty of room to swim in despite its proximity to the sea.
There were always sunbeds available around the pool with no need to reserve with towels.
The pool bar was also clean with plenty on offer to eat and drink through the day.
I would recommend this hotel and hope to return.

The hotel was extremely clean and very welcoming . Nothing was too much bother for the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast covered all tastes from fruit ,cold platter ,salad ,cereal to a full English breakfast. Very well presented. A lovely pool and bar and also a nice beach . I will definitely be staying again
