Kefalonia Grand Hotel in Argostoli

Clean hotel room.
We had some problems with the air conditioning. The receptionist was supposed to call a technician but didn't follow up with us. She helped us change the settings, and that helped a little. You can hear people in the hallway from your room, which is annoying in the morning.
The mattress is unfortunately hard and uncomfortable.
I think the price is too high for what you get. We had a double room with a balcony, it was a small room and almost nowhere to put your luggage.

Apart from that, the hotel is very well located. The breakfast is very good where you can order different dishes and coffee varieties. It doesn't cost extra. The staff is nice.

A lovely hotel opposite the harbour at Argostoli, with nice clean rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was as much as you could eat and covered all tastes.

Modern, very clean hotel with a great atmosphere. Excellent 5 star breakfasts and bar. Super central location. Free parking a few minutes walk from the port.

The rooms are small but practical. Very limited space to swing a cat. No functional place to put a suitcase. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay, great breakfast, the hotel is in such a great location. We will definitely be back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What makes this property extra special are the staff who go beyond to create an amazing experience. In particular Pablo at breakfast every morning, so attentive and excellent customer service who would bring me water after each morning run and Cassandra at reception.
