Hotels with pool in Elounda

There is a caveat, the fat people and parents with kids will not be easy, as the hotel is on a hill, you need to overcome the steps on the outside of the hotel and in between the floors as the Elevator does not work regularly

We had a great stay at Mistral Bay Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the beach is just a few steps away, and the food is really delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Agios Nikolaos

The location is convenient - close 2 beach - gravel 200 m, sandy a little further away. To all the interesting places are within walking distance. Internet and safe extra charge. Beach towels are not provided

The staff at the poolside bar made the experience even better with their great drinks and friendly service!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable. The beach is very close, just a short walk away, which made everything even more relaxing

The pool area was just perfect! Whether we wanted to take a refreshing swim or lounge with a cocktail in hand, it offered the ideal balance of relaxation and fun

We stayed once in a simple room and once in a studio. The studio is great for a longer stay. Feels like an apartment with lots of storage, desks, table, big kitchen. Clean and close to the city centre, just a walk away

Very pleasant place for our 3-week stay (two years ago it was 2 weeks). Above all, very friendly family running a cozy hotel very near the lake in the center of A. Nikolaos. We hope to come again! 🌞

Good location, close enough to the bus station and to the port. Beaches/swimming spots were located 5 min walk away. Room was clean and good enough for two nights

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, but it was a good budget option

I stayed 4 nights and it was my first time in Crete, enjoying the sights and also visiting family who had recently moved to the area. The room was very spacious with a large balcony and a side view of the lake

We were there for Easter Celebration. A perfect beautiful view to capture all the festivities of the Easter celebration. A quaint village with wonderful restaurants and pleasant people

There is also a nice lounge and terrace overlooking the lake and the seafront is 2mns away. Price was very reasonable for late May. Will definitely book again for my next visit!

I stayed here for 3 nights in a studio with a city view. Room was nice, clean and spacious with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The hotel is literally next to the lake

I thought I booked a double bed as I was travelling alone, but I was given two twin beds but that didn't matter as I simply pushed the two twin beds together

I also had a balcony overlooking one of the main streets and I could see the lake from my balcony

Couldn't fault the hotel clean tidy Rooms cleaned daily food was excellent! All staff very friendly and helpful especially Sophia a lovely lady and very hard working nothing was too much trouble Sophia on reception was very friendly and helpful gave us all the info we needed for trips busses etc Will definitely be going back The resort was lovely plenty of restaurants nice beach very chilled atmosphere...

If you are looking for a homely atmosphere, delicious food, peace, privacy, a small hotel, a charming town, you like the beach to be a few steps away and what is very important: wonderful staff, this is the place for you! Due to the small pool and lack of space for children to play, it may not be easy for families with children

Our room on the third floor which overlooked the sea and pool had very attractive viewing from a large balcony. The hotel is run by a small staff who were all very friendly and efficient

Maria in reception and Sophia in the restaurant and were lovely and all the staff want you to enjoy your visit. The food offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner was always excellent, both the selection and the cooking

A cleaner visited the room every day. You can eat well at breakfast, although the offer is pretty much the same every morning. There is no swimming pool, but the beach is wonderfully close

we loved this hotel! ok, the room could have been bigger, the shower could have been better, but the view from the balcony and the absolutely lovely staff made us forget these little flaws

The location of El Greco Hotel is great. It's worth taking a room with a sea view, otherwise you end up seeing a hole-like courtyard, which, however, has plants

Everything very dark and well worn, questionable whether furniture was antique or just old. Floor tiles cracked and broken – we had to cover one area with a towel to prevent tripping over broken tiles

Situated directly on the beach just on the edge of the town. Handy to sunbathe and swim and loads of great restaurants and bars nearby

Kitchen had all the equipment but all ancient and not very appealing. For such a large apartment the bathroom was tiny – the tiles in the shower stained, the caulking black with mildew and no storage whatsoever

We never did encounter a staff person although they were quick to respond via text; we asked for a shower curtain and it appeared the next day

We were expecting something more luxurious for a short stay; this is better suited for a longer stay beach holiday

The apartment itself was Cretan in style, dark wood and beautiful tiles with more modern communal areas. Popi on hand most mornings for tips and advice also does breakfasts at an extra cost

While we were at Mantraki, we were treated to a musical performance from Kostas, friends, and a special song with Maria. We also were extremely blessed to view the Byzantine Church through a special tour with Kostas

The accommodations were comforable and we were fortunate to have a great view of the bay from our balcony. Parking can be challenging, so be prepared to park your car on the street somewhere

Probably the greatest welcome we've ever experienced when checking into a hotel! Kostas and Maria were very helpful providing information on things to see and do in Crete

Our experience at Mantraki Apartment/hotel was very satisfying. We were warmly greeted by Nektaria, who provided us with multiple options for visits in the area

Mantraki Apartments We found this hotel by chance a few years ago. What a find! The owners, Kostas and Maria are so welcoming. We now call them our friends

Then we were treated with meeting Maria and Kostas, fresh from an evening swim. They assured us that we were now members of their family

This is an excellent 3* hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. The bedding towels changed everyday. The rooms are perfect ,clean and Greek. The food was very good and something for everyone

First the negatives, the single room I was in was clean, but in need of a general update; there was also a safety issue where the gap between the end of the bed and the wall where the TV was fixed, was so narrow that you had to crane your neck to avoid a collision

The hotel staff are one big family and brilliant, the room staff really work hard to keep everyone happy, restaurant staff very attentive and quick tockear and clean, 24 hkur reception very experienced, I even experienced Greek dancing with the manager

The hotel is a city hotel, and shouldn’t be compared with large all inclusive hotels. The facilities are fine, it’s well organised, and pleasantly compact, and very close to a beach and the town centre

As previous reviews have stated, there are many more positives than negatives with this hotel

Well located not far from the marina and the city center, this hotel seems to be surviving. The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom, a tiny bathtub doubles as a shower

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the city of Agios Nikolaos and a number of beaches. It is situated in a quiet location but also very central

There is a municipal parking 1 min from the hotel with reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with very big variety and good quality of products

Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool

There was only 1 cup for a 2-person room, twice the much-needed bath mat wasn't replaced when the wet one was taken away, several days the bins weren't emptied, one day we had a couple of towels short

From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out, we were made to feel very welcome guests. We had a room on the 3rd floor with our own very private balcony , sun loungers and jacuzzi!! It was amazing

The room was beautifully appointed. The shower creme and shampoo were baby powder scented ! So lovely. We had a very nice continental breakfast for a very reasonable €7 ! Hotel is perfectly situated

There are two large pools (and a smaller one) with plenty of sunbeds and parasols; also nice shady areas for those wishing to avoid the sun. The indoor/outdoor restaurant is set around the pool with a lovely aspect

The service in the restaurant is efficient and there is a wide range of food and drink to suit most people's tastes; if you are not all inclusive the drinks prices are moderate

The rooms are, like the hotel, clean, modern and nicely furnished with all that you need including an excellent high pressure hot shower system

It would have been good to have a toilet near the pools as you had to return to your room otherwise. All in all, a lovely hotel with charm and (in most areas) great customer service

Fantastic seaview room - we were upgraded free and I'm glad as our room was really spacious. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Pool areas lovely and we always found a bed

Pool areas are clean and beautiful. Food is ok but made for a large crowd. Snacks in the pool areas are poor: only donats, small pies and some times watermelon. All inclusive is not worth of the price

We have just spent a week at Miramare , absolutely loved it , the staff were great always happy to help and chat , every where was spotless and the food was lovely always a good selection , just a short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach , 15 minutes into Agios Nicolas , it is very steep in places around the hotel is if you have Mobility issues but there were buggies we saw taking people around , a shout...

As others have said lots of steps and hilly which was fine for us but not sure how accessible it would be for people with mobility issues. Walk to lake took about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend comfy shoes

You can put bed charge on your room bill or pay by card which we wished we'd known before as had no cash with us so had to use the rip off cash machine in the hotel

Gym - some equipment older but new stuff was being delivered whilst we were there. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice

The pool area was small, but there was always a free sunbed. The bartender at the pool bar was quite flirtatious

Lovely boutique hotel that makes you feel welcome. Always room around the pool, always space for dinner if you choose to eat in. Rooms are superb, very spacious. Only a short 10 euro taxi ride into Ag Nic

Tolle Villa, wirklich sehr aufmerksamer und fürsorglicher junger Gastgeber, hat immer wieder nachgefragt. Alles wunderschön eingerichtet und ausgestattet, der Poolbereich hat uns besonders gefallen

Kühlschrank und Küche waren voller Essen und Getränke bei Ankunft, hat für die ganze Woche gereicht! Mitte Woche wurde das ganze Haus gratis geputzt, aufgeräumt und Wäsche gewechselt

It was a great hotel, 5 minutes from a splendid beach. The staff was kind, non invasive, friendly and helpful. They have a swimming pool, some cute small dogs and very nice rooms with balconies

The taverna attached to the hotel serves tasty food at reasonable prices- served with a warmth and care which had us returning night after night

It is kept extremely clean with the most comfortable of beds, nice swimming pool and lovely on site restaurant and bar for when you don't fancy a night in town

We stayed at the Sand Suites in August and it was fantastic. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. The pool that was with our suite was beautiful with comfy beds to lie on and different places to sit

We stayed for a week in the unique suite. It is as spectacular as it looks on the pictures. The pool is massive for 2 people and the views are stunning. Everything is super clean and beautiful decorated
