I had left my teeth retainer on a table after dinner and the incredible staff felt it in the napkin and saved it till I can back for it so incredible staff deserve so much tips! A couple little problems like a room switch up but got our room in the end and is amazing

Over all a great Holiday and would definetly come back! The buffet is amazing only hotel where I’ve ate everything on my plate

Defo recommend going all inclusive as you get a free bar , snacks and lunch which is amazing and lovely bar staff

The nearest airport to Elounda is Heraklion airport and is 2 hour bus service! Overall I really enjoyed this holiday and would recommend it to loads of family’s 5 star hotel 🫶

This hotel is fantastic! Honestly amazing the view and the hotel is gorgeous and lovely town to go to

The shuttle bus runs at certain times you can find this out by looking at the board in reception although if it doesn’t suit you’re schedule a taxi can be called for you

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and there were plenty of loungers for all. A few minutes walk into Elounda the location was great Rooms had a mini fridge and the beds were comfortable

Whilst we got fresh towels every couple of days, our sheets were never changed, our bed was either not made at all, or made very roughly & the bathrooms or surfaces were never cleaned

Had our rooms been located somewhere else I think it would have been better so we weren’t disturbed so much. The breakfast was what you expect for a 3 star and the dinner was good

The rooms are very run down, the showers are lukewarm at best (we had 2 warm showers throughout our entire 7 day stay), and the daily 'clean' of the room was laughable

Not quite sure where to start with this hotel, but I will start by saying it is a 3 star hotel at a push

We got given one free bottle of water each upon arrival, and was told any more water we would have to pay for

The location couldn’t be anymore central to Elounda for delicious restaurants, shops, bars, cafes etc

Centrally located in Elounda on the waters edge. Peaceful and my balcony overlooked Spinalonga. Clean and staff very friendly and welcoming

Also very close to the excellent bus service to be able to jump on and off buses to explore this BEAUTIFUL island!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay, see you VERY soon!!!!

My Mother and I had a REALLY REALLY wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were soooo friendly and EXTREMELY kind. It is a family run hotel which has absolutely breathtaking stunning sea views

Very basic hotel . Breakfast limited. The location is great.. it's value for money and clean

Staff and facilities are excellent. We had a really comfortable stay. The only downside is that it is a bit remote from any other facilities. However, the quality of catering is very good.

The rooms are lovely and spacious, superior rooms have a much bigger balcony. There is a restaurant in site which is nice and roof top cocktail bar is superb. Spiros the bar tender is such a pro

Just finished staying at the Akti Olous for a week as a solo traveler. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with daily cleaning available if you wished it

We stayed here again as last year was amazing. It’s bed and breakfast and the breakfasts are excellent

He was also quite disinterested when taking you food/drink order and was more concerned at waving at passing people/motorists to get them to come into the bar/restaurant rather than making those in their feel welcome

When we arrived we were shown tp our room which was like a broom cupboard with no view from yhe balcony, but how lucky the had a better room they could. offer us at an additional €40 per night, very convenient

It has its own small beach with a limited d number of beds, we're early risers so getting a bed wasn't a problem. Some people are still reserving beds but overall, it's not much of an issue

We took trips on the bus to Plaka and Agios Nikolai, both worth a visit as well as little train ride into the mountains with amazing views

The positive points are that it's extremely well situated in Elounda which is a lovely place for a chilled quiet week in the sun with plenty of bars and restaurants (although absolutely no nightlife if you want to go out for a dance)

the pool itself needs a good clean - there's a green around the water beds. On a plus note - Nico the barman is a sweetheart - always smiling and helpful. This hotel needs some money spent on it's maintenance

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at the Elounda Orama. We were greeted with a warm welcome, by the super friendly reception staff

The staff are helpful and friendly, our room was spacious with a sea view. However my advice is don't go half board here as the food isn't great - breakfast was just passable, Dinner was awful

We stayed here for 11 nights in a garden view room. We were impressed that air con and safe were included as we stay in many Greek place were these are extras. We stayed bed and breakfast, plenty to choose from

A beautifully decorated place, with incredibly friendly service, very quiet and peaceful, comfortable bed, best place for short staying or longer , a good base for exploring crete, breakfast excellent -only fresh product , homemade bread, cakes and juices

Our stay at House Margarita was great. We stayed most our time at the sea view veranda. A good tavern is just 20m from the house. We enjoyed our stay.

House Agyro is a very special and beautiful place with history

Lovely location easy reach to the beach good food and drink near by. Only thing is we booked accommodation with a sea view and didn't get one the owner wasn't bothered about it he said you have a view, yes Hills!!!

House is truly one of a kind, beautifully decorated and spacious. Never been in such place before and I'm very glad that we choose this one for our last 2 nights in Creta

Set In a fabulous location with stunning views overlooking the sea, close (but not too close) to excellent shops, bars, restaurants & the town centre. The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained

The beds are comfortable & the air conditioning (should you need it) is effective & quiet George (the owner) is incredibly helpful and has made us feel really special right through from booking to our day of departure

The kitchen is very well equipped, no shortage of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc here. Excellent roomy fridge & even a coffee machine
