Very cool, there is a pool, games are played for both children and adults) The food is just waste, but different nutrition conditions are different for different bracelets (. I only stayed positive, I recommend.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a sea and mountain view. The food was delicious with plenty of choice and our 2 year old son loved playing in the pools

Just returned from the Beautiful Island of Crete, having enjoyed the beautiful weather & the hospitality awarded by the locals to our Family, Grand Children & Us Oldies! We stayed in the Elounda Water Park Residence and this place certainly was the "glue" which pulled everything together we expected from the island and truly made the holiday the relaxing experience we hoped

Arriving in the dark, we were amazed at the Stunning views from our rooms in the morning - we never tired of that view. The rooms we were given were 1st rate, very clean & modern. Cleaned daily to the highest standards

My son wanted to play in the water with the others several times and asked, but for some reason he was not invited. But fortunately, he didn't get bitter, so there was no problem and we didn't take the matter to heart

The restaurant staff are so friendly, the cleaners are amazing, our room was spotless every day and I loved the Jumbo club entertainment team, they were great fun! Thanks for having us, we hope to return again!

Great hotel and staff. Stayed 12 nights. Great views and right across from beach. Has own decent size pool on 4th floor. Rooms air conditioned, not a lot of storage but my wife and I managed to unpack most things.

We had 12 days half board; even though we liked the food a lot, next time we would only include breakfast, and enjoy the food at the hotel's restaurant many times, but not every night, for a bit more variety after so many evenings

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. the tablet is a fantastic idea that has all the information you need. Roof top bar and pool amazing

The amenities were excellent— we especially enjoyed the pool, sky bar, and the on-site restaurant. Breakfast was above average with a nice selection, though it tended to repeat a lot

, all the lounges were already reserved with towels, yet many people didn’t actually return until around 10 a. This made it frustrating to find a spot to relax

Our room was a bit on the small side, but it was comfortable enough. The air conditioning worked well, although it could have used a brushing

Centrally located in Elounda on the waters edge. Peaceful and my balcony overlooked Spinalonga. Clean and staff very friendly and welcoming

Also very close to the excellent bus service to be able to jump on and off buses to explore this BEAUTIFUL island!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay, see you VERY soon!!!!

My Mother and I had a REALLY REALLY wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were soooo friendly and EXTREMELY kind. It is a family run hotel which has absolutely breathtaking stunning sea views

Amazing boutique hotel with excellent staff trying their best, so you feel special. Great outdoor pool with beds and umbrellas. Delicious and variety of food for both breakfast and dinner

Lovely views from the rooftop bar and the room. Very good location for beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend this small and cozy hotel. Wish my wife and I could stay longer

Kitchen and restaurant seems a little busy and the food is average. Nothing spectacular to celebrate or criticise. 2 out the 3 nights was 7/10 and one night was a 5/10 for the dinner. The breakfast was a 6/10 all days

Car park is behind the hotel at Elounda heights, steep hill to drive so be ready for the challenge. The elevators are small but it works. There are a lot of stairs if you live the exercise

The pool was well designed but with a weird green color when I was there. It is like swimming in a lake. Has a kids area and lots of sun beds. Reception and bar Staff are super friendly

Staff and facilities are excellent. We had a really comfortable stay. The only downside is that it is a bit remote from any other facilities. However, the quality of catering is very good.

The staff are amazing and very friendly especially Bona who made up our room every day making it extra special 🥰 The rooms are very well equipped and super clean. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices

They were very kind in giving us both a welcome package and and leaving gift which was a lovely touch! Also the gardens themselves are well maintained and the smell of jasmine as you walk through was incredible

The room was spacious, We had a very good balcony. The hotel is very quiet. Service was excellent. It was very relaxing staying at this hotel. Very good location. All in all - a good place to stay at.

Great stay at Elounda garden suites. All staff from cleaner, kitchen staff, Costa,Marcel, Elaina and manager Anna made our holiday all the more enjoyable definitely want to please Thier guests and make them feel welcome

Our second visit to the Elounda Sunrise and again we were not disappointed. The staff there are lovely. We took theboat trip and had the bbq. Will be back again soon

Friendly helpful staff, the sea is right outside the front, clean rooms and a short stroll to centre of Elounda. There is an open air bar at the entrance to the apartments with a small pool

Centrally located in Elounda and a step across the walkway onto the pebble beach and warm inlet sea. Unobstructed views to Spinalonga and beyond

Very good attitude and amazingly helpful, they give a laid back impression but are very professional, friendly and caring staff, my wife is blind and they made effort to make our life easy and comfortable, apart from the location it was all the people there that made our holiday such a success, thank you all the George's, Olga from Sparta, elleandia and all those behind the scenes who kept the apartments...

I would rate this(these) hotel/apartments as 5 stars but not for the usual reasons you would like good service and posh rooms but for the friendliness of the staff and how upon arrival you are treated as old friends and family

The only fault I can find with this amazing place right on the sea front with sun beds, a swimming pool, swim up bar a gym and many other features is that the three of the friendly staff are all called George

As soon as you arrive you are greeted even if it is early hours of the morning, all the staff are friendly and make the most of your visit, very chatty and relaxed environment

The level of satisfaction has always been very high: Elounda is a small earthly paradise; the apartments are beautiful and functional, in a strategic position: quiet but at the same time close to the beach, restaurants, minimarkets, pharmacy and so on

I stayed in a really nice apartment. I was welcomed with complimentary refreshments along with a sweet cheese pie next morning. The place was neat and clean and it was really close to the beach and town's center

Clean simple accomodation 2 mins from town centre. No pool but you can use the Olive Grove next door. Poppy is the perfect host. Quiet location.

Last year we did not come because of COVID but this year we returned for two weeks in September: PALEMILOS APARTMENTS complies with all anti-COVID regulations, cleaning and disinfection are always guaranteed and the staff is extremely attentive

We felt immediately at home and really enjoyed the opportunity to try Poppi’s Cretan baking! There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the area within walking distance, naming a few: Kantouni, The Hope and The Ferryman are all lovely

Popi and Sofia were both extremely welcoming and friendly. The apartment has so many lovely touches including a beautiful tree growing through one of our balconies. There was free parking nearby the apartment too

Sparkling clean rooms with refurbished bathrooms. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Elounda central square and port.

Clean tidy sheets and towels changed every 2 days comfortable basic accommodation air conditioning not included in the price plenty of hot water this is our 2nd stay and would gladly come back nice people

Markakis-Psimarnis family which they own the apartments are unbelievable persons! We even had a barbeque night with a lot of traditional cretan food and raki!! 100% reccomended and I am looking forward to plan my next vacation again!!! Well done guys!!

We stayed in the 6 people apartments and it was really comfortable. Kitchen and terrace are perfect, bathroom without windows. More suitable for families than for couples, as beds are separate

We had an amazing one week vacations in Elounda

The room I stayed in was very big and clean had everything inside which was fabulous. The location that this apartment is is near Elounda center which means you can find many shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc

The place is quite and beautiful so it’s the best if you want to forget about your everyday routine back home. Hosts are charm and very welcome and make you feel that you know them for years

just for 7 minutes walk plus you can take a boat to Spinalonga for about 20min. To conclude this place is recommended if you want to have a good time and relax

Set In a fabulous location with stunning views overlooking the sea, close (but not too close) to excellent shops, bars, restaurants & the town centre. The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained

The beds are comfortable & the air conditioning (should you need it) is effective & quiet George (the owner) is incredibly helpful and has made us feel really special right through from booking to our day of departure

The kitchen is very well equipped, no shortage of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc here. Excellent roomy fridge & even a coffee machine
