Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. the tablet is a fantastic idea that has all the information you need. Roof top bar and pool amazing

We stayed here again as last year was amazing. It’s bed and breakfast and the breakfasts are excellent

He was also quite disinterested when taking you food/drink order and was more concerned at waving at passing people/motorists to get them to come into the bar/restaurant rather than making those in their feel welcome

When we arrived we were shown tp our room which was like a broom cupboard with no view from yhe balcony, but how lucky the had a better room they could. offer us at an additional €40 per night, very convenient

It has its own small beach with a limited d number of beds, we're early risers so getting a bed wasn't a problem. Some people are still reserving beds but overall, it's not much of an issue

The location couldn’t be anymore central to Elounda for delicious restaurants, shops, bars, cafes etc

Centrally located in Elounda on the waters edge. Peaceful and my balcony overlooked Spinalonga. Clean and staff very friendly and welcoming

Also very close to the excellent bus service to be able to jump on and off buses to explore this BEAUTIFUL island!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay, see you VERY soon!!!!

My Mother and I had a REALLY REALLY wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were soooo friendly and EXTREMELY kind. It is a family run hotel which has absolutely breathtaking stunning sea views

Very basic hotel . Breakfast limited. The location is great.. it's value for money and clean

The pool does get busy but we were always able to find somewhere to sit. Breakfast had plenty of choices, hot and cold, with a very friendly chef who enjoyed explaining what traditional dishes were available

We took trips on the bus to Plaka and Agios Nikolai, both worth a visit as well as little train ride into the mountains with amazing views

The hotel is two minutes walk from the waterfront which is full of great restaurants at reasonable prices

The hotel is divided into 4 blocks, so is a little confusing at the beginning, as you need to go in 3 separate lifts to get to the top block, or climb a lot of steps! We were in block C, room 3303, but were rewarded with amazing views of Mirabello Bay and the island of Spinalonga from our sea view balcony

Buffet breakfast was enjoyed with lovely views, in the Mirabello restaurant. Lots of hot and cold options including cereals, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, salad, pastries and eggs etc something for everyone

The barman, Nikos, was a friendly chap and always had a smile. Some of the items on the drinks menu weren't available, which was a little disappointing, but we found other options

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and there were plenty of loungers for all. A few minutes walk into Elounda the location was great Rooms had a mini fridge and the beds were comfortable

Whilst we got fresh towels every couple of days, our sheets were never changed, our bed was either not made at all, or made very roughly & the bathrooms or surfaces were never cleaned

Had our rooms been located somewhere else I think it would have been better so we weren’t disturbed so much. The breakfast was what you expect for a 3 star and the dinner was good

The rooms are very run down, the showers are lukewarm at best (we had 2 warm showers throughout our entire 7 day stay), and the daily 'clean' of the room was laughable

Not quite sure where to start with this hotel, but I will start by saying it is a 3 star hotel at a push

We got given one free bottle of water each upon arrival, and was told any more water we would have to pay for

Great hotel! Aquapark + great views. But you definitely need to rent a car, it's a long way to the sea. All the pools are with sea water, so many people don't go to the sea

View from the room is so beautiful. Rooms are clean with everythinh what You need. People who work here are helpful and always happy

Don't even get me started on the view! They even have a little waterpark just for the kids! We had an amazing time there and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation! Also, Giorgio and his crew are amazing

Big cheers for bartenders from main bar Chris and Ilyas - they read in your mind :D One little thing to change IMO is tv in room. But - who thinks about tv on holidays and with this view from the room 🥰

We got one of the new rooms and it was really nice, it was close to the restaurant/pool and had a beautiful view of the sea. Getting to the restaurant is just a short walk what makes for a pleasant morning stretch

My family and I (17 of us) stayed here from 16th -23rd august and we had the most amazing holiday. We were initially quite nervous to stay after reading some of the reviews, but we had a wonderful stay

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to John, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed

Absolutely amazing hotel with fantastic staff and service! The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided and we always managed to find a sunbed by the lovely refreshing pool! Perfect location to the village and town beach which we loved! Could have done with a colander for the kitchen and a proper coffee machine in the bar would be the icing on the cake! But if you need a perfect cappuccino...

The cocktails at the bar were also fantastic, especially when enjoyed by the beautiful pool, which was always clean and relaxing. Speaking of cleanliness, the entire hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas

Elounda Garden Suites truly surprised me in the best way with their thoughtful service and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet area — perfect for a relaxing stay

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety to choose from each day

There is a high CCTV presence in the bar area, but zero trouble. It feels a safe, friendly space, and a great place to be when escaping the busier main square area. Between the bar and the sea, there's a small road

The rooms were very clean, with a pleasant and spacious terrace. You are warmly welcomed by the two brothers, and the father keeps an eye on everything, as well as the staff, who are all very friendly

We were originally put upstairs in the older building above the kitchen, but mum couldn't manage the stairs, we asked for a different room the next morning and was moved straight away, no messing! It was nearly eleven when we arrived and was hungry, (the hotel stops making food at 5pm) so we ordered a drink and Yani ordered us a takeaway gyros from the local takeaway which was lovely of him

We also really appreciated the nice hotel and the good choice of food available at the jungle bar, which was nicely presented. Our room was spotlessly clean and the hotel overall felt very child-friendly

A lovely hotel on the sea front! Comfiest beds i have slept in whilst in Greece! I will warn you though the coach drops you on the main street next to the supermarket and points down a little alley keep walking til you get to the sea, turn right and walk for a few minutes, a bit of a chore if your suitcase wheels aren't working as they should!! We stayed here in May 2023

the beds were very comfortable so we had a great night sleep and the air con was quiet and worked perfectly. The hotel has a child play area and a small section in the pool for children

Centrally located in Elounda and a step across the walkway onto the pebble beach and warm inlet sea. Unobstructed views to Spinalonga and beyond

The staff are all so helpful and friendly, but special mention about Nikos, he always seems to be delighted by everything! Also the Ginger cat is a lovely little chap, who seemed to adopt us! We have visited before, and are looking forward to coming back in the future

The views from the apartment are fantastic, the night life is good, plenty of places to eat and have a drink. If you don't want a big meal you can just have a snack at the bar in the hotel complex

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed

The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable

An amazing and relaxing weekend. As me and my wife we make a tour of the east Crete we visited elounda. The hotel is beautiful, large room , fantastic sea view and amazing host
