This Resort is incredible! me and my family visited during August and were really impressed with are accommodation. First of all the staff are extremely friendly my step sister lost her retainer that was in a napkin and they managed to find them instantly! We originally were in a different room which we didn’t order but after 2 nights the staff got it sorted and we got moved to what we payed for. The...
This hotel is fantastic! Honestly amazing the view and the hotel is gorgeous and lovely town to go to. I had left my teeth retainer on a table after dinner and the incredible staff felt it in the napkin and saved it till I can back for it so incredible staff deserve so much tips! A couple little problems like a room switch up but got our room in the end and is amazing. Defo recommend going all inclusive...
We have just come back home from a fantastic week of staying at the Elounda residence resort & waterpark. The staff are absolutely amazing, all very friendly and happy to talk to you and very helpful. The staff made my daughter's birthday dinner special for her with setting up balloons around the table and a delicious birthday cake. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was fantastic cannot fault that...
Beautiful setting, friendly staff, fresh food and a great family holiday: two caveats- 1) this is perfect is you have a young family and 2) much of the entertainment is geared towards French tourists; all were welcoming but French was consistently the main language and focus. That said, you cannot fault the location and true Hellenic welcome from the hotel staff.
Honest review. We travelled at the end of June beginning of July, as a family of 4, with 2 boys aged 8 and 13. We had a brilliant holiday and elounda town is beautiful. I would return to the area but unfortunately not to this hotel. The hotel manager was brilliant he couldn't do enough for you, phoned boat companies to see about availability, sorted clean towels for the room and pool etc. We arrived...
Overall a satisfactory stay, the all inclusive experience left a little to be desired with cordial used in the cocktails opposed to fruit juice. The beer was a bit suspect too as the same brand in restaurants at the harbour seemed stronger.
The welcome pack and when booking all stated if you were unhappy with the room speak to reception but we were constantly told come back tomorrow, after 3 days...

We stayed here again as last year was amazing. It’s bed and breakfast and the breakfasts are excellent. A lot of choice, fruit, cereal, toast, cheese and ham, cakes which are delicious and always something hot like omelettes or bacon. Lots of savoury and sweet pastries. The rooms are lovely and spacious, superior rooms have a much bigger balcony. There is a restaurant in site which is nice and roof...
Great hotel can’t do enough for you, we have just arrived back from this hotel and it is very chilled place just what you want to unwind , the food the town great quiet place. And the views are all spectacular , I suggest hire a quad to see the other towns ,
When we arrived we were shown tp our room which was like a broom cupboard with no view from yhe balcony, but how lucky the had a better room they could.offer us at an additional €40 per night, very convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were all very friendly. It has its own small beach with a limited d number of beds, we're early risers...
We initially thought our sea-view room was pleasant but on the smaller side. However, after being given access to another room on our last day to freshen up before departure, we realised just how fortunate we had been. Housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The private beach is quite small. While sunbeds are complimentary for guests, it’s nearly impossible to...
Hotel is good, breakfast is lovely especially the Greek yoghurt and Greek honey, rooms are okay, balcony is very small. Wardrobe space is okay once you take out the iron and ironing board. Very little drawer space, I knew this before I came so bought a hanging drawer unit which worked well. Fridge, safe, Air Con, Nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee. I did take my own tea bags. The hotel...
Spent 2 wonderful nights at this beautiful hotel. The circumstances of our visit were a little unconventional in the sense that we were moved here due to the forest fires that were close to our original hotel. We certainly struck gold. Beautiful room. Very clean with a large comfy bed and powerful AC. The staff were very welcoming and are a credit to the hotels management. The Hotels restaurant is...

Great little place, hills and steps to contend with,so bear this in mind if booking, but they do have a golf buggy and are more than happy to assist you up and down driveway as long as you communicate with them, nice breeze around pool which is much needed with the heat, food was amazing,no complaints.
The best hotel we have stayed at.
The staff were friendly and courteous, especially Albert, who seemed to be doing a range of roles from helping with baggage on arrival to waiting on food ect, a really helpful member of the team.
He also had some great card tricks and helped us out with knowledge of the local area and recommended some places to visit.
Gregory the bartender was another notable member...
The hotel was lovely, with an incredible view. However, we paid for a double, and we got a twin. The rooms could do with a bit of an update. The material was broken on the chairs, and the mesh blind. The bedding is old and had dirty patches.
Also, I wouldn't advise staying here if you struggle with walking as it's on a very steep hill, that you have to walk up with your luggage. You can get taxis to...
Had a great time here, all the staff (especially the manager who works really hard yet was always upbeat, friendly and helpful) were fantastic and the food was enjoyable. The food was lovely, I found it all to be very tasty and got to try lots of new dishes.
I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time. Thank you for a great two week stay!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Greek food in buffet was rather good, the pasta and pizza a bit less impressive. House wines not really great, but good choice of other drinks, both with and without alcohol. A bit too few sun loungers. A bit out of town, something like 30 minutes walk. Absolutely amazing views from pool and dining areas.
Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Our room had the most amazing view and was clean and a good size. The bed was a little hard but as soon as we mentioned this to reception, a mattress topper was added to.the bed which made a huge difference.

Elounda Orama Mini-hotel
Elounda, 48 Andrea Papandreou street 🧭 Map
This is not a 4 star hotel - it's 3 at a push. The positive points are that it's extremely well situated in Elounda which is a lovely place for a chilled quiet week in the sun with plenty of bars and restaurants (although absolutely no nightlife if you want to go out for a dance). The staff are helpful and friendly, our room was spacious with a sea view. However my advice is don't go half board here...
We have just returned from a 10 day trip to the Elounda Orama and had a fabulous time. Our room was great, comfortable bed, great shower and very clean. The aircon was perfect after a warm day out and about. The pool does get busy but we were always able to find somewhere to sit. Breakfast had plenty of choices, hot and cold, with a very friendly chef who enjoyed explaining what traditional dishes...
We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at the Elounda Orama. We were greeted with a warm welcome, by the super friendly reception staff. The hotel is divided into 4 blocks, so is a little confusing at the beginning, as you need to go in 3 separate lifts to get to the top block, or climb a lot of steps! We were in block C, room 3303, but were rewarded with amazing views of Mirabello Bay and...
This was our second visit to this hotel, we returned as we loved Elounda last year. This year we decided to upgrade our room to a superior room with a sea view. We finally got to the hotel at 3:30am, only to be told that our room was not ready due to a technical problem. We were given a very nice room but this was our first disappointment. Next morning we had a cold shower as there was no hot water...
The hotel was disappointing, clearly it was not ready for the season.Whilst the staff were positive the general standards let it down. Our first room had no hot water we then moved without any help to another room which had nice terrace and seaview. The loungers unfortunately were broken and took two days to get changed. The breakfast was basic no live cooking and repetitive. Hotel needs a full overhaul...
Frendly staff, helpfull all the times.. The breakfast was assome with the view marvellous. Eggs was perfect. We have had a nice and clear room. Not so big but enough. Parking up a little bit have and i think a bit small. But its ok. Wich is important was really good.

Candia park village has always been my favourite place, it's beautiful and feel relaxed this was my 7th time going and some things have changed over the years, the rooms are lovely and have had new bathrooms fitted, I was in room 951 which was at the very top so was a bit of a trek getting up to the room but it had a perfect view and was so quiet up there so was lovely, the 2 cleaners that did our...
We returned to Candia park for a second time after our last trip in August. This time we had my in laws in tow so 6 of us overall, 2 children 6&10. Candia Park is beautiful and the staff are a credit to the hotel. There was a different vibe in June than August as it was not the usual school holidays so the hotel was mainly occupied by families with pre school children this meant our children didn’t...
Had an excellent massage with Maria- i had the Cretan massage and it both relieved a lot of pressure and deeply relaxed me (she had to wake me up at the end). Highly recommend. My kids also had the kids massage and loved it! They had the chocolate and strawberry massages and the spa went out of its way to accomodate my 3 kids to ensure no one was ever alone.
Very friendly, smiling, positive staff (although sometimes it seemed that they were hardly managing to do all duties, so dear managers and owners - please, value your people, they are great!!!), many options for relaxation for different ages and interests, great beach club for more active leisure (we tried skijets). Also enjoyed very much the massage in local spa (specialist was Maria). Highly recommend...
Just got home from an amazing 10 days at Candia Park Village. I don’t often write reviews but given the excellent time we had I thought I would share our thoughts. Due to TUI changing the time of our flight we arrived at two in the morning after a long journey and transfer which we booked through TUI with two children under seven, we were all exhausted. The transfer took nearly two hours. Upon arrival...
Everything about this hotel was pretty much perfect. The pool is lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds for everyone (the hotel open the pool and give out fresh towels at 10am - which meant no reserving of sunbeds!). The beach is pretty, and safe for swimming. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Our apartment was very clean, in fact the whole resort is spotless, and incredibly pretty with flowers...

A very nice hotel situated overlooking the bay in agios Nikolaos. Rooms are light and airy with rooms cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels. Cute hotel with great views in the breakfast area, and nice staff. Also, the view of the hill at the semi-private pools is beautiful. The cleaning was done thoroughly daily in our room. As a nice bonus, there is a cute cat that comes to join at breakfast time every other day.
Great location and the view is awesome. Has a lot more potential to be honest. Rooms were very good although some details prove that they could be a lot cleaner and i cannot accept that in the price given the TV is not smart. Personally i hate when showers don’t have a door and the whole bathroom becomes soaking wet. Bathroom in particular needs more attention regarding a customers hygiene. Essence...
We came for 2 nights in couple. It is a nice place, reserved for adults. Swimming pool is confortable and very quite, with some wind and a very beautiful view on the see! Lots of olive trees around the place. The restaurant is good! Breakfast is very nice too.
We stayed here for 5 nights. Hotel was very clean, bright and welcoming. We arrived late and Iwavva (Joanne) welcomed us like family. We loved our room a unit on the top floor with access to a shared pool. The views are amazing. The breakfast was plentiful with many selections. We had dinner there 2 nights and we’re not disappointed, amazing flavours. The staff in the restaurant and bar were great...
We had a great time here in off-season, my rating is based on the price and value you get. We had only Breakfast (Agios Nicolais has a tons of choices for lunch and dinner) that offered all we expected e.g. fresh fruit, eggs, omelette - the only drawback was the coffee and juices are not fresh and came from a kind of “instant” machine, but if you want a good coffee you can order one from the barista...

The hotel is dated but public areas are in good order. It was bought in June by a property investment company and no doubt will have a makeover, as it's neighbouring sister hotel is right now. We have a 1st floor room overlooking the bay. If it were a normal season the road and promenade in front would no doubt be noisier. The room has been refurbished, with a tiled floor (some still have the old carpet...
This is a great hotel situated right on the seafront across the road from the promenade and rocky seashore. The initial appearance is deceiving as the main part of the hotel is 4 floors up and set back from the road. The hotel accepts children but there's no children's activities or small pool. The only pool is between 1.2 and 3.2 metres deep. However a small sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away...
Good evening. Great hotel. Great attitude to the guests. Elegant food. Our family very much.
Great kitchen, convenient location, beach is subject to compromise
A superb sea view. Cosmopolitan clientele with a nice relaxed feel. Food is well presented and menu varied. Helpful staff and variety of evening events, with space and several bars to have a private corner if you wish. Be warned though... the pool is cold!

We had a great stay at Mistral Bay Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the beach is just a few steps away, and the food is really delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Agios Nikolaos. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable. Santa Marina Unique Hotel
Agios Nikolaos, Roussos Kapetanaki 4 🧭 Map
Well located not far from the marina and the city center, this hotel seems to be surviving. The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom, a tiny bathtub doubles as a shower. Using the shower inevitably floods the area around the bathtub. The plumber clearly has shares in a silicone factory, given the quantity used in this small room. To secure your valuables in the room, you...
The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the city of Agios Nikolaos and a number of beaches. It is situated in a quiet location but also very central. There is a municipal parking 1 min from the hotel with reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with very big variety and good quality of products.
Our room wasn't ready (for two people they had given us a room with 5 beds!). They gave us another room number 311. A real scandal, impossible to take a shower, the shower head is in the bathtub and the bathtub is very small. I am 1.53m tall and weigh 65kg, impossible to turn around without flooding everything. Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. My friend and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed our stay. Cannot complain about the location, really beautiful place. Staff were mostly fantastic. Room was tired and needs updating. The hotel itself is good. The food and service are good. The massage, on the other hand, was very disappointing. Instead of a deep-tissue sports massage, we were only lightly stroked, despite repeated requests to apply more pressure. Great views and beautiful outdoor areas. The standard of the rooms varies significantly and it is random what kind of room you will get. The room was clean but worn and the view was limited. Pool areas are clean and beautiful. Food is ok but made for a large crowd. Snacks in the pool areas are poor: only donats, small pies and some times watermelon. All inclusive is not worth of the price.
Mixed Experience – Stunning Views but Lacking in Key Areas The hotel offers incredible views and plenty of clean, spacious pools, which were highlights of our stay. As outlined in other reviews there are undoubtedly areas of the hotel which could be improved to make it perfect but our overall experience was very good. The location is idyllic. Also all the staff in every area of the hotel and in particular Nikos who arranged a room change for us and Kostas in the restaurant made a difference with their friendly helpful customer orientated service. Thank you.
Review of Elounda Bay Hotel, Crete Nestled in an idyllic setting, Elounda Bay Hotel boasts stunning, calm beaches perfect for swimming and a selection of inviting pools. The natural beauty of the location is undoubtedly a highlight, offering guests a serene backdrop for relaxation. However, while the hotel markets itself as a 5-star establishment, several aspects fall short of the expected standard...
We have just returned from our holiday at Elounda Bay Hotel, we had a lovely De luxe Sea View room, with fantastic views. This is our third time at this Hotel, I have to say that last year the food was not that great, but this year with a new chef the food was so much better, and there was a good choice of food as well. I don’t eat Pork or red meat, so last year this was a problem for me, so we had...
We just wrapped up an important business meeting and event at the Elounda Bay Palace resort in Crete, and it was a huge success! The team was amazing! Super responsive and professional. From planning to execution, everything was seamless. The staff was dedicated to delivering exceptional service and really knew what they were doing. Our guests loved the resort's stunning setting and the warm hospitality...
First hotel we have revisited in 44 years of marriage! And it didn’t disappoint. Friendly welcome from the reception team on arrival. Great selection of food in the restaurant - it was a case of what don’t you have as there were so many things I wanted!. Peaceful location and stunning beach.
Fabulous stay! The service is impeccable and flawless. Arrived at 1am and greeted by both a receptionist and a porter to take bags to our room. The location is superb. Elounda is only a 15 minute walk away with plenty of drinking and eating options right on the water. The hotel has two glorious private sandy beaches plus two pools. Don't forget to visit Spinalonga too. We've stayed in many hotels on...

Fantastic resort in the Olive groves, with spectacular views on to Spinalonga island! Exceptional service at all the restaurants. Really warm and helpful staff at the Haute Living, especially Lily & Eleni. The house-keeping staff were lovely. Highlight for us was the kids club, led by Eleni and her wonderful team! Our daughter ran in every day-the absolute best we’ve ever experienced!
If you visit Crete, Domes of Elounda is a “must stay”! From arrival to departure we were so impressed with this resort. The facility is beautiful and the accommodations were spacious and welcoming. We especially appreciated our private pool! Food served at both the breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely delicious. But what really makes this resort a five star experience is the professional and...
If you are searching for the perfect balance between five-star luxury and genuine family-friendly hospitality, then look no further than the Domes of Elounda, Autograph Collection, nestled on the picturesque coast of Crete, Greece. This resort offers more than just a holiday—it offers an experience that imprints on your heart, a destination so remarkable that leaving feels more like saying goodbye...
Large resort hotel for couples and families, set in a beautiful location between Elounda and Plaka, overlooked by the fortress island of Spinalonga. There is a spa, great selection of restaurants, choice of pools and chauffeured golf carts to move around the resort. There are various room choices, the pool villas being superb with an array of personal facilities including a washing machine. There...
I am a global traveler being fortunate to have stayed in many amazing resorts. This place is amazing! All the details are considered. If you’re debating on coming here, just come and enjoy you won’t regret it. Beach, food, pool, service, service, facilities all best-in-class!
We were blown away by our first visit to the Domes of Elounda! Gorgeous property with breathtaking views and lots of amenities and small touches to elevate the experience for families with young kids. The Kids Club is amazing and staffed by exceptional women (Eleni, Connie and Debbie)! The concierge team were also very helpful with volunteering information and suggestions (esp Harry, Rena and Marina...

The hotel is very beautiful, the hotel has its own swimming pool. And some rooms have their own private swimming pool. From room you can have a beautiful view of the sea, you can see the sunrise, you can see the mountains. Room setting is also very cute, daily cleaning. The workers are also very nice and friendly.
This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Locating and views impressive, service from the staff impeccable and food amazing. A well kitted out gym, pool, three restaurants, tennis court, and carts to transport you around. We’d love to stay again sometime.
The service in this hotel is amazing! They take care of your needs. All our requests were accomplished fast. The cleanliness of the room was great. The gym is pretty well equipped. They have a tennis court, spa and the transportation in the resort is done by golf carts which arrive quickly. All the stuff is very gentle, ready to help you and bringing you whatever you need. A well spent holiday, lovely...
Overall fantastic stay. Staff very please t and hospitable definitely 5🌟 service. Balcony of the room was stunning. Breakfast phenomenal. Minor comment the room is small and towards the unmodernsied - bathroom is not comfortable to use as the water goes everywhere and closets are dysfunctional.

What a week I have had. I can not rate this hotel highly enough. The location and view is stunning, the amenities excellent and the staff phenomenal. As a solo traveller I was made to feel incredibly welcome at all times and treated with an abundance of warmth - nothing was too much to ask!
I also have a nut allergy and I have to say the hotel went above and beyond - chef (what a guy!) came and gave...

Timing is everything. We stayed in this hotel during the shoulder season when it was 5 days from closing down for the season. They upgraded us from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite. It was incredible. I was blown away with the fantastic private pool, the balcony view and the amazing room. They also had air condition that worked really well. Keep in mind, I was there end of October so the AC...
The location and views are spectacular. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the quiet and the grounds are beautifully kept.
A resort hotel that has managed to bag one of the best spots. Fantastic views over Mirabello Bay, lovely little sandy beach and rocky promontory with more than enough loungers to go round. Beautifully kept grounds. If you want space and beautifully kept grounds with flowers and peace this is perfect. The sea is so clear we able to see fish with just goggles. Some of our party were upgraded to...
Actually, this is just one of the hotels in the entire complex. Unfortunately, guests from the other hotels can use the pool and have the communal breakfast, which can be a bit confusing and noisy. Overall, the hotel could use some renovation; you can feel the passage of time in the rooms. The service is very good, and the view is superb. The pool is inviting for activities but less so for relaxation...
Amazing and so kind and helpful people
Such a warm hospitality
Very classic and beautiful hotel
Thank you all very much
Highly recommended
this hotel is very average. The views are amazing. Sophie accommodations are not if you like being at the pool or by the ocean the umbrellas are extinct I love being outside, but I don’t like full sun exposure. The concierge’s has no clue where to send you to eat or to just go around to other lands

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. We are on honey moon with our little one and the hotel staff play him all the the attention….. he’s loving it
The hotel is beautifully built and set in a great location overlooking the sea. The staff provide excellent service in a very friendly, courteous and polite manner. No is never an option with them.
The private pool in every room is a unique feature which affords you your own space and privacy.
Cayo comes with all the trimmings and they have their own beach which is a few minutes walk away. WiFi connected...
One of the best hotels I've ever been to, if not the best, especially if you value the astonishing design of the property as such - coloured marble bars, reception desk, artistic lamps - really beautiful place. The whole personnel is super friendly and trying to be helpful during your stay. The only two downsides I've noticed were the lack of kettle in our room and more importantly the lack of chafing...
Such an excellent resort. Super accommodating and very friendly staff. The facilities are really beautiful and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. Food was really nice as well and we ate at the resort daily. Can’t wait to come back!
The perfect place to relax and feel Cretan hospitality. The hotel is amazing, they offer sea view and private pools for all rooms. The crew makes you feel as a guest and not as a customer. Everything is solved with a big smile (even though the masks hide it, you can "see" their eyes smiling). Highly recommended for recharging your batteries..
Thank you Cayo team!! We will meet again..

Incredible experience! This was an amazing property and the service, along with the amenities were great from start to finish! My husband and I went to Elounda on the third leg of our island hopping honeymoon and we most definitely saved the best for last! A superb hotel, from the Elounda collection of Maré, Porto and Peninsula. Manolis, the manager and his super friendly team always make us feel great, on arrival and while we stay. The beach area, the restaurants, the attention to all details, are all first class!
A unique experience, from first to last minute.
Fabulous hotel, service first class, staff very accommodating, all in all hard to fault. Giorgios, Panos, Natalie, stavlous excellent, tbf staff that went above and beyond too many to name. Will return again for sure.
Stayed in the Presidential 1 bedroom villa for 3 nights ! Amazing time .. we took a helicopter from Mykonos so we were able to land right at the resorts helipad . They left us a bunch of wine , fruits , cakes and food in our villa waiting for us ! The hidden gem of this suite was the walkway down to a private jetty right on the sea ! Amazing little spot !
We also took out the resorts yacht for a day...
We were most disappointed in our first three days' stay.
1. They had a large wedding the day we checked in, the music -was very loud and lasted until 12:10 am the party lasted until well after 1: 30 am. Our ~$1,000 plus a night presidential suite, room #3050 was close to the wedding so no sleep. I called and they said the music was to stop at midnight, the party yelling/screaming lasted past 1:...
It is definitely one of the most beautiful hotel in the entire world. The view is just amazing and the hotel is superb. The spa is great and you have and exceptional view of the sea from the restaurant . There is also a huge golf course and a lot of activities like jet ski and boat trip. All the staff are extremely kind and respond to any request immediately.
I highly recommend and I hope to be back...

Rooms looked great in the photos but in real life they are a bit dated. We got "upgraded" to a villa that didn't have any views or charm. In general - suites and the villas are wildly overpriced 30-50% off they would be at a fair value.
This very special villa/suite hotel is like a corner of paradise. We had a villa with its own infinity pool, it was luxurious and very private. The facilities are great, with a main pool and comfortable sun beds. Everything is provided for the comfort of guests. The views are spectacular and the grounds well kept and attractive. Don’t worry about the hill, golf buggies are on hand to run you around...
Everything was perfect!
We had a wonderful stay at Elounda Gulf Villas. The suite was luxurious, clean, and beautifully maintained. A special mention to the guys at the bar — their service was exceptional and truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!
The good
Staff were all super friendly, breakfast was great with good variety and I always appreciate a breakfast with smoked/cured salmon and option to order a double espresso to start the morning. I felt that all the public areas felt fresh and it looked very sleek. Helpful with the luggages being golf cart driven at check in and check out, although needed for the hillside villa layout.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing holiday at EGV. We were given an upgrade to a villa that was really spacious and had the most fabulous infinity pool and spectacular views. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to the restaurant staff who were very attentive. The selection of food on the breakfast buffet was extensive and beautifully presented. We would have preferred a set...
From the moment we arrived at Elounda Gulf Villas for a short part of our honeymoon, I knew I’d found something special. Great hotel complex. Fabulously clean. Really well maintained with friendly and polite staff. Food areas were immaculate with a good range of food. We were there for the last week of the season so a few amenities were not open. If we had paid full price then we would have been a bit miffed. If you are you going on the water slides use a ring or lilo. The joins on the slides rip you to bits!
What a fabulous week we've had. Just using the free courtesy room to freshen up before the coach trip to the airport then back to the UK. Great food. Great refreshments. Great pools. Amazing staff. I can't fault it.
Amazing hotel and it is very family oriented, the staff were exceptional ( Georgia, Ismail from the hotel , TUI staff ( Louis and Stasha ), plenty of pools and very excellent water slides, the food was delicious and the main restaurant location and view is awesome..
Absolutely beautiful, food is lovely, staff are fabulous. Pools are lovely too.
Excellent staff and great hotel rooms and food but the standard of alcoholic drinks was terrible. Wine was draught and undrinkable and the only red wine was very chilled. Also the spirits were barely alcoholic and the lager tasteless.
This is a great shame as the overall standard of hotel and food was excellent. However I don’t expect to buy in my own wine and beer at an all inclusive hotel.
Horsham burdeiny option. A small artificial beach. Sunset in the sea from the pier.

From the moment we arrived we felt the 'WOW' factor. The welcome drink with that incredible view was wonderful. We were then swiftly taken to our villa by golf buggy and met with two wonderful ladies who showed us around.
We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Luxury Residence and I think I can safely say, with working in travel for 20+ years, this was the best 'room' I've ever stayed in. Everything about it oozed...
A unforgettable experience. Thanks everyone for taking care of us. Me and John will make sure to return. Seamless check in from the front office team, impeccable service in the restaurants and an amazing location to be staying.
This was our second visit to the hotel since 2009 when it first opened. We were the first two guests on our honeymoon and stayed in one of the Owner's Villas, with private pool and tennis court.
