Avra Beach Resort

Really lovely hotel, right on the beach front. Chilled out vibe, young families to couples to retired. Mixture of everyone. Lovely atmosphere and the entertainment team make the whole holiday. Tib and boogie GREAT!!! Always make time to come speak to you, ask to get involved in the activities without being pushy. Pool tables and air hockey also near bar area and a mini arcade - Made the holiday. Food lovely, a different theme every night, outside there is a Greek and Italian. Sit in or you can take out back to sunbeds Did pay extra for seaview but got put in 4th floor instead of the new build. Was a nice room but wasn’t a full seaview and looked over the grass. We did ask to be moved but wasn’t available.

Great hotel great for kids staff were so good with my son he loved it Sam and boogie were so good with the kids highly recommend, clean food was good and I nice relaxed atmosphere service was perfect..,!! Everything you need is at hotel or not far to go for a day out

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, this hotel was fantastic. We had a lovely upgrade to rooms with a sea view. Room was clean, in fact everything was spotless. Lovely and polite staff, especially the front of house Krystale. The entertainment team were lovely. Special mentions for Sam & Boogie. Entertainment was brilliant, varied and exciting. Food was top notch. Great Variety every meal time. Loved the outside restaurant as well with Gyros and pizza. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We certainly would come back again.

Excellent holiday in a smaller hotel than we have been used to. Ideal! Great wee pool and comfy loungers on the pebble beach (ideal for us as not sand lovers). No fights for sun loungers as they are efficient at removing towels. I’m an early riser but even going down at 8am after breakfast I had a pick of many loungers. Nice to listen to sea whilst sunbathing and restaurant location is beautiful for sunsets next to the beach. Different food theme each night. Great pool and OK entertainment.

Avra beach is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. A few minor things that did not spoil our stay at all, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room (we knew this before we went so took a travel kettle, noisiest fridge I have ever heard (had to unplug it every night), shower in a bath with shower curtain (a bit annoying but the water pressure was out of this world. We stayed in the old part of the hotel), toilet locks were a bit hit and miss downstairs. Now the positives... everything else! The rooms were absolutely fine, comfy beds, enough room for 3, massive balcony, absolutely spotless, the cleaners cleaned and changed towels every day. The hotel is stunning, the food was absolutely beautiful, the best all inclusive we have ever had. The Greek and Italian restaurant on the beach was out of this world. The pool and beach(very stoney, take beach shoes) were beautiful with plenty of sun loungers, the sea was warmer than the pool. The drinks choice was fantastic the bar staff and waiting staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they were all so friendly. Some of the nighttime entertainment was a bit questionable but you expect that on a package holiday. The rock band (Daniel & Friend? )that was on through the week was absolutely brilliant! But the best thing about this whole holiday were the entertainment team. Sam, Seif, Boogie and Lia were some of the most friendly, entertaining and kindest people we have ever met. They were great with kids and adults in equal measures, they made you feel like friends rather than just guests and considering that we had some of the most awful weather they kept us entertained at all times. They made our holiday! Thank you to all at Avra Beach for the most amazing holiday, we will be back!

The hotel staff are great, a few minor set backs at the start but very quickly sorted them out. The entertainment staff, fantastic, very friendly and welcoming,( You know who you are ) they really made a good holiday into a great one. Lots of activities throughout the day too. Food selection was great all week. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little dated in the rooms but with a location like this, you don't spend long in them anyway. Loved it.

Excellent place to go clean hotel friendly staff especially the entertainment staff Sammy , Boogie, Seif Sam lia they are amazing and make your experience fantastic , lovely food would highly recommend coming , definitely coming back xxxx

We only stayed here a few days just so the husband could recouparate. This place is very well positioned about 10 minutes from the Airport. It is very well kept, it looks really nice , I think we were in the old part but was still nice and very clean. The kids club was extremely good they had quite a few different things on simultaneously for the kids to choose from. The pool were okay, but the sea was right there so I choose the sea as it was warmer. The sun loungers in this area were so comfy trendy and new. The bar area was really nice all the drinks were amazing really good quality and the cocktails were delicious all the soft drinks were proper makes also you had access to water out of the water cooler 24/7. Also there was a snack fridge to bridge the gap in the night basically with sandwiches fruit and other stuff. They had a snack hut that had so much choice also a pizza and pasta place a gyros place and the main part of the restaurant, here the staff and service was way above a 4 star , they were amazing paid attention to every detail. The food quality and choice was great. I really would love to go back here and spend more time here and under different circumstances. I would definitely recommend it I feel this is definitely more a 5 than the 4 they have. I came to this conclusion after I only just stayed in another resort and the comparison were huge considering they were both 4 stars. The only small downside I would say the kids pool is for toddlers so my kids went in the bigger pool, I m not a pool person so the sea for me was divine. Also another small thing that bothered me was at the reception when asking staff stuff they would consult themselves in their own language whilst I was there waiting for an answer which I feel is not very cordial, and I am a multi language speaker myself. All in all this was a great place

Avra beach resort is an excellent hotel. Staff are all brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are always very nice and you can get food all day long with plenty of choice even from the snack bar. I've been coming here since 2020 having come twice last year and I've booked again for this year. I've never found anything to complain about and regularly praise the staff for their hard work. I highly recommend a stay here.
