Family apartment, a new water Park hotel, the opportunity to dine in different restaurants of Kipriotis network and the proximity of KOs town – all offers of Kipriotis Panorama Aqualand. To the beach runs regularly a mini-bus. Recommended for families, including children.
Built: 2002
Location: 3 km from the town of KOs and 25 km from the airport, in the resort of Psalidi, 300 m from the beach, elevated position.
Night entertainment: the town of KOs (3 km).
Consists of a main building and eleven buildings, located on top of a hill, above the hotel Kipriotis Panorama & Suites. From the hotel Windows offer a panoramic view of the sea.
The hotel has 203 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble (using the active way, open a running lane), 70 m from the hotel, 1 line. Entrance to the sea pebbly and sandy. Shower, changing cabins, shower on the beach. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Service to the beach and the Panoroma Kipriotis hotel & Suites. Pool towels: Deposit. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

Catered dinner, the subject of which is changed 5 times a week. Drinks and desserts are self-service.

All drinks are served in self-service mode and are bottled in glass dish.

Note: depending on the number of guests and weather conditions, the property can substitute a restaurant for lunch or dinner, as well as the number of restaurants open to serve guests.

Food that was served everyday was very tasty.
Room service did their best to keep our rooms tidy and supplied us with fresh clean towels for each day.
If you would like to go to the beach ⛱️ there's a free of charge van that will take you down the hill. The van is driving up and down every few minutes so don't worry if you miss it 😉 (he'll be back).
There are some nice evening entertainment for kids and adults like Mini Disco for kids, Karaoke 🎤, Quiz games etc.
Food was actually really nice and wide options and fresh. Better than a lot of 5 stars I have been to even.
Rooms were clean, pillows were the only negative but mattress good. Don't care about old furniture as like old school look, but main thing is that was well kept.
Entertainment was good, for October.
Staff in general nicest I have experienced for some time.
The driver with long hair who goes up and down with the bus works tirelessly and is a respectful gentleman.
Celebi & Juliana were especially and extremely lovely and caring and always super helpful.
Plus, I thought it was better and the food better than the sister hotel that was supposed to be a 5 star lol.
Overall a lovely experience.

The hotel we stayed in was nice. It was up a short hill, so we got our steps in!
The rooms we ok are little tired and could do with freshening up bit they were spacious and had a little kitchen area with a fridge, sink, small hob but no equipment to use it and there was a table for 4 in the room. The balcony had a table and chairs, the view was not too bad either, we could partially see the sea.
The restaurant was nice, but could do with being a bit bigger for all the people there as sometimes you would wait for seating at dinner time.
The food was nice, there was always something to it whether vegetarian or meat eater, there was also a cooking station serving, chicken or lamb kebab, burgers, pizza, pasta or fish depending on the night.
There was a range of deserts too.
The pool areas were nice but at this time of year, the water was a bit fresh, too cold for me to go in but others did go in. The water slides were a good option for the kids there were around 7 of these.
There was a pool bar by the waterslides serving drinks in the day, there was also another near the general pool area which would serve sandwiches in the afternoon.
The entertainment was ok, lots for kids and then karaoke or an act in the evening.
The staff were lovely, especially Betty she could not do enough for the guests.
We were around 3 miles away from Kos centre, you could walk to or hire a bike, car or scooter from the main road.
Over the main road was the beach with some beach bars along the way.
Overall, this hotel was what we paid for, if you are expecting a 4/5 star you will be disappointed if you are expecting a cheap getaway with the kids 2/3 star then you will not be disappointed.
Also, it is laid out over a hillside, so getting about usually involves walking a short distance up a steep hill and/or using stairs. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, definitely ask about what accommodations can be made.
We had the best time here!
Rooms a little dated but a minor detail. The rooms are cleaned/beds maid daily and fresh towels every day.
There is a wide variety of food options for all. The pools are great and the kids loved them!
The staff are super and work really hard. I want to name two in particular... Betty(manager) and Husein(Bar man) They made our holiday all that more special and we loved how they went above and beyond for all our group of friends.

Do not approach rooms on minus 1 floors
There is a musty smell
Not pleasant at all.
After a complaint to the hotel, they moved us to the rooms closest to the pools
Amazing view of the sea and pools.
The hotel is built on the side of a mountain, so some of the rooms have a steep walk
Hard for adults.
There is no wireless internet in the far rooms only in the rooms close to the pool and lobby.
Reasonable food
There is almost no entertainment for children.
A gym at a nearby hotel
Far away in my opinion and disappointing.
There is a shuttle to the sea every 10 minutes
A taxi ride to the old city in the area of 10-15 euros for a small taxi. The ride to the city is about ten minutes. If you want amazing beaches, it's almost an hour's drive. It's better to rent a car.
Because the cost of a taxi is more expensive.
Recommended for families with children because of the pools.
For couples it is better to choose another hotel
