The hotel is ideal for a peaceful holiday place on the coast, just 2 km from the village of Kardamena. This modern hotel complex, surrounded by lush greenery - the perfect place for families and couples.
Located: 2 km from Kardamena, 32 km from the town of KOs, 11 km from the airport.
The hotel has 185 rooms. There are non-Smoking.
Consists of fifteen high-rise buildings.
Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Parasols and sun loungers free of charge. The length of the beach 200 m.

Pets are not allowed.

I've been to Kos three times and this hotel was definitely the best stay so far – and it's because of the lovely staff! Everyone is very kind and helpful and does their job 10000% and more.
The hotel is situated right next to a nice and quiet sand beach. There's a shower with sweet water and enough sunbeds for everyone – we always found some empty ones straight ahead.
The pool seemed nice as well, although I agree there's always loud music. We didn't spend much time there though because we were always at the beach.
Our room was spacious and clean, with a good AC. All of the other facilities were super clean as well and it was obvious the staff is taking great care of everything.
The food was great and varied with new dishes every day. There was a lot of seafood and amazing fish, but always also pasta/chicken and fries/pizza for the picky eaters.
We were leaving in the morning before breakfast started and we got breakfast/lunch boxes for the way.
The evening programmes were usually enjoyable as well, we especially loved the ABBA duo and the traditional dancers. However, the speakers are really loud, so maybe bear that in mind when choosing a room if you are travelling with people who go to bed before 10:30PM.

This is not a massive hotel, and in some ways that is in its favour. As they make you feel at home, a real guest not just passing through. The standard of service is wonderful with friendly staff who go out of their way to help.
Our room had been modernised and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor room with a hot tub on the verandah, amazing sunbeds and a comfy set of chairs..more than you could need.
Food was good and plentiful, did repeat a little the second week but we just went for another option.
Don't expect modern or flash from this hotel. But do expect a warm welcome, comfort and total relaxation

We've just spent 10 days here. What a great location! The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very helpful.
Situated about 20 mins walk from Kardamena town and has bus links to Kos Town as well.
Internet speed is good, food choice is great.
The animation team are lovely people, their energy and friendly nature really is praise worthy.
The management team have done a great job here and created something quite special.
Room for improvement? Fix the jacuzzi and water jets in the indoor pool, it's a shame it wasn't working yet you still had to pay to use it. Apart from that, an excellent experience.

Stayed here with my husband and so glad we booked here! Big shout out to John on main reception who was amazing!!! He knows all about customer service and couldn't do enough to assist with any question we had. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by him. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels always left.
I'm a bit picky with food at times but can honestly say I always found something to eat for each meal 😋..
Drinks - these were plentiful and the barman was very generous with pouring !! The animation team need a big shout out too 🙌.. brilliant!!
Pool - Lovely clean pool and never had no issues getting a sunbed! No sunbed wars!!! Lovely beach at the bottom of the path and a nice 20 to 25 minute walk into Kardemena which is stunning.
We are already looking to return in 2025.

A really clean, well managed hotel. The staff are polite and easygoing. The animation team are very friendly and encourage you to take part in activities without being pushy. The food is really nice with a good variety. The beach is a stones throw away and is clean and inviting. The pools are salt water pools and are very clean.

Well located with only 30 minutes walking distance to Kardamena. Most of the staff are very nice and polite - which is the best feature they have I will say. Food is decent for the price we paid.
The biggest problem is the room. While it is big enough and nicely decorated, we cannot sleep well in the morning because right across the room is the cleaning storage - which is of course extremely loud. In addition to that, it is very poorly soundproofed. We are glad to only stay for two nights here. Imagine, we would have spent the whole vacation here... it would have been a really unpleasant one. We asked to switch at least for one night but it was not possible.
Also, it is all inclusive but you have to pay for everything in the spa area. Even the pool there and sauna. Maybe it's not that uncommon but we have not experienced this before, so it was shocking to us.
So overall a fairly decent hotel but be careful if you get room number 038.

Lovely hotel.. Room quite basic but clean.. Food was really nice.. Typical greek food most of the time which i love and fresh pizza cooked every night. Entertainment was great every night and the day was fantastic lovely people

Fabulous Hotel... Staff friendly attentive and nothing is too much trouble... Swim up rooms we're fabulous although the private pools were a tad cold...
Bar staff taverna staff and waiting staff in the restaurant work so hard but all just wonderful especially tania... Very helpful... Alexandria head of house was very attentive and gave fabulous service. Reception staff very friendly helpful and informative... The only thing I didn't like with this hotel was the local spirits... They weren't great... But would stop me returning here... All in all a fab hotel great facilities and directly onto the beach!

Facilities outdated and the worst bit food is absolutely shocking , wrong labels and reheated food , leftovers used for next day , staff not helpful at all not even for the local busses …. Bar absolutely shocking cocktails were pretty much a spirit and mixer … I’ve stayed in 3 stars hotels way better than this one , also cleaners don’t change bed sheets and broke my partners few items , won’t go back ever and people should stay away from this hotel

The hotel is not a 4 or 5 star, I would say a 3 star. The place in general is looking a bit tired and in need of modernisation especially in the rooms and sunbeds around pool and beach. Everything is kept clean and the food is good, really is something for everyone and if the buffet does not suit you, there is always freshly carved joints of meat and a pizza corner where the chap will make any pizza you want from fresh.
