We have travelled to over 20 countries and this was by far the worst stay ever. The positive reviews are misleading—search only the negative comments to see the real truth about this place.
On the first day, staff were polite. By the second day, they pressured us to book tours through them, and when we declined, they became rude and unprofessional.
Housekeeping forced us out of the room until 2 pm every day—something never disclosed before booking. We were even shouted at by staff for walking on the floor while they were cleaning midday.
At 11:30 pm, while we were just talking quietly (no music or noise), they came banging on the door telling us to be silent. If the rooms aren’t soundproof, that’s the hotel’s problem.
Facilities are terrible:
• Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the domes
• Broken fridge and TV
• Musty smell and spider webs
• Outdated furniture
• Photos online are heavily edited—nothing looks modern in person

They earn through us and disrespect us.
Because of bad review now putting false allegations on us.
This place will ruin your holiday with its staff’s bad attitude. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.
Cons: the room smelled, the bathroom door wouldn’t close let alone lock, the window was broken, and the shower had no wall (!) Just an elevated floor, so the water sprayed everywhere on the bathroom and the toilet paper would get wet. For the price (€700 for 6 people, 2 nights) it wasn’t worth it.
