I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Panorama in Thessaloniki twice with my parents, and both visits were truly wonderful. A special thank you to Maria and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. Their exceptional efforts during our stay made all the difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our time at the hotel.

The entire team at Hotel Panorama made everything perfect for us, from the warm service to the excellent accommodations. We always felt at home, and the hospitality left a lasting impression on us.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We visited the hotel first time a year ago and were take by excellent service and a hope that the rooms would be updated/refreshed.
The staff is still good, but no improvements have been made and the hotel starts really to look a little tired. The terrace is constructed in a way you have basically no privacy. We stayed in the 4th floor and cigarettes smoke from below made it impossible to stay at the terrace. Maybe it’s an idea to make part of the hotel terraces smoke free😇

Loved it! Quite traditional in its style, you can see from the photos. The staff were fantastic , very helpful and friendly, and you get a great sunset from the balcony

I stayed here for one night before heading to Hanioti. The hotel is located in a nice area on a hill and offers an interesting view. The staff is very polite and attentive. However, the room was rather small but adequate for one person. The breakfast was very good. Overall, it's an excellent value-for-service option.

An excellent hotel with wonderful service and magnificent breakfasts. We stayed there twice in May/June 2024 and cannot fault it. Good value for money too.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to with parking nearby. The pork tenderloin with mustard sauce was great. I would not recommend the Cesar Salad, it is a long way from being a Cesar salad.
