Elinotel Polis Hotel

A big disappointtment. The Hotel is not worth 3 stars. It is not worth any stars in my opinion. I guess in Greece they buy stars. The Hotel has not been renovated since it was constructed. The rooms are terrible with old furniture, rusty showers and mold on the ceiling. Anything that you touch either breaks or falls off. The food is bad quality. There is a Bar, but noone is there to server you drinks. During our stay, the Hotel did not have Internet for a whole week. Our fridge did not work for 4 days.
The manager never stepped foot at the Hotel. The only thing worth was the staff at the reception were trying their best to try and help. We really appreciate it and we understand that the state of the hotel was not their fault.

Disaster. The only thing worth in this Hotel are the stuff members that were trying their best to help the customers. The rooms are in terrible condition, rusty showers, water bursts through the walls. Big thanks to the night receptionist that helped us stop it. The food is extremely bad quality. The pool was close for a whole week. Bar is always closed because there is noone there. Over all, if you want to ruin your vacation, you can visit this Hotel. Stay away!!!

The worst experience ever I've had in the whole of Greece !!!
Besides a bad food option served for both breakfast and dinner,I got a some stomach problems ,most likely from the food and when I asked for. About water so I can make myself some tea, they refused to offer me a hot water for tea ???
This is not a hotel, this is a nightmare of a hotel 😭😭😭😭😭
Totally agree with all othe reviews for the room (not well cleaned,especially the bathroom),pictures on Booking are just taking the nicest pa,not the rooms not the real food which is served there.

I would never go to vacation of I have to go back there,this is how horrible this hotel experience was for us as family of 4 including kids

The food was so horrible, poor and tasteless with a completely uninspired menu. I just couldn't match any main dish with any side dish. It simply won't work. To give you an example: one evening we had some tasteless tortellini at dinner and for the breakfast next morning they kept the same disgusting tortellini, mixed it with a tone of mayonnaise. For breakfast!!!
Another example: we were served with some hot hot burning watermelon and the hotel manager told me that it's normal to keep the watermelon outside in the sun in the backyard to...ripen better!!!
I do admit it was a cheap hotel. I am not asking for luxury but still... This is offending us already. There is no decency there.
Tried to speak with the hotel manager on site here at the hotel and he is in a complete denial.
The rooms were dirty. No appliances in the bathroom, no shelves for the personal products etc.
The worst of everything it was the water disruptions. We couldn't take any bath in the afternoon after a beach day because there was no cold or hot water.

Every dinner is a nightmare. No normal food but only food for animals. One and the same breakfast every morning. Eggs and sausages. The good thing is if you decide to stay here you can take beer with you and eath fries... a lot of fries, but nothing else.

The rooms need immediate renovation especially the toilet. The towels are over used and not looking clean like they should be. Please clean the rooms better, under the bed you get stuff from the previous guest in the entire season. Friendly advice if you are coming by car, park your car and don't move it, we wasted hours trying to find parking space in Chanioti. This "hotel" deserves 0 stars but unfortunately there is not an option here.
