This recently constructed hotel is situated in Amphithea, only 4 km from Ioannina city centre. Anemolia Resort and Spa boasts rooms full of character, with old-style furniture and wooden floors. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, the Anemolia Resort boasts spacious, sunlit interiors and tastefully decorated guest rooms, all with views to the lake Pamvotida with its islet. Guests can pamper themselves at the wellness centre featuring a sauna, a hot tub and an internal heated pool. Massage, reiki treatments and yoga sessions can also be offered upon request. The above services are available upon charge. Anemolia Resort’s facilities include an elegant dining room, a bar and an outdoor pool. The front desk is on hand 24 hours each day.

We had 2 lovely nights staying in this family run hotel. It was extremely comfortable, in a great location, an amazing beach style pool and sun lounger area too. The breakfast selection was second to none and the family looked after us and all our needs. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting this great region. Thank you all.

Review of Anemolia Resort and Spa in Ioannina, Greece

We spent our last night at the hotel, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and diverse, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options that made for a perfect start to the day.

The hotel's spa facilities were also a great addition to our stay. The wellness area was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to unwind.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Anemolia Resort and Spa. With excellent service, a delightful dining experience, and relaxing spa facilities, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ioannina.

This is an average hotel which could be better. It has a very confusing layout, until you get used to it. Because we were part of a group we only got the basic room, which was quite small. Only 1 chair for 2 people. The room was on the lowest floor with a view of a hedge and an electricity generator, with it's associated noise at night. Very small bathroom, but all quite clean. Helpful staff. Too many pies for breakfast. No evening meals, and quite isolated from other facilities.

Have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions, 2 times in 2019 & 1 time in 2022, all 3 stays were very pleasant, the staff & owners very friendly & the breakfast was 10/10.

Will always consider this hotel the next time I travel to Ioannina.

We loved this hotel very much.
Everything was wonderful, the room, the bed, the service of the reception he even brought us a biller with cups and teabags to prepare some tea in our room.
Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Many choices, everything is fresh and tasty. sitting in the patio with the amazing view was enjoyable. Coffee is very good.
I loved everything about this hotel.
Will recommend to everyone.

We just stayed for one night. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The pool was huge, going from a sand-like surface for paddling to a deep swimming area. They are still making improvements to this area, but it didn't affect us. There were only a few people staying at the same time as us, so we were amazed at the massive choice at breakfast time. The area was quite isolated, with only a couple of nearby restaurants. It meant it was very quiet, and we really enjoyed our stay, but not sure I would want to stay for an extended period.

This is a very beautiful hotel! We stayed here for one night on our tour through Greece, and it is a very comfortable hotel. It is very clean and organized, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very delicious, and there is a lot of food to choose from. I would highly recommend a visit to this hotel.

The hotel is well decorated with good views of the lake and distant mountains. It is a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the crown centre, only a couple of restaurants are within walking distance. The lounge bar area is spacious and comfortable. The hotel does not provide evening meals. Breakfast was a large variety of pies and cakes only apples and kiwis as fresh fruit. Bacon and egg was offered but was only warm from the bain maries. Our bathroom had a shower within the bath but was a little hazardous as there was no grab rail and the bottom was slippery. The availability of bottled water would have been a bonus! The swimming pool was not open at the time we visited.

The rooms were wonderful and clean, breakfast was unique and delicious, although the sweets were more! The rooms were warm and cozy. Even though it is far from the center of the town, we had no problem visiting the town! The area is quiet.

Situata sul lago, poco distante dal centro abitato. Bella struttura moderna, le camere spaziose con balcone offrono ogni confort. Bella piscina verso il lago. Colazione e cena veramente buone con pietanze originali e di ottima qualità. La sala di ristorazione affaccia sul lago con una bella terrazza. Personale molto gentile. Struttura sicuramente da consigliare
