This is just called Chemistry between host and guests. Katerina is a super host , by far an outstanding experience. Breakfast , rooms, decoration, recommended in every aspect. A++++++++ We were 2 families 8 people , enjoyed a very relaxing stay, very elegant and nicely decorated rooms, astonishing breakfast, super hosting and super friendliness.

The place is amazing, the view of the lake is stunning, the decoration and amenities are top of the line! The best part of Montana Lake view, though, is its host, Katerina! She helped make our stay in Ioannina a marvelous experience! Next time we're here, we'll definitely also ask Dimitris, her husband, to take us on a tour of the old, lovely bridges of Zagorochoria!

This hotel was an experience! The atmosphere was very interesting and unique. It is in the centre of the city and we were amazed of the decoration. There were some pitfalls though but the whole hotel was different of anything else you have seen before. I strongly recommend it at least to be visited once!!!

A very beautiful boutique hotel within a 8 minute walk from the lake. It is worth it.

Great service and rooms. Very comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms with large showers. Common spaces were comfy and clean with nice ambient music. We enjoyed breakfast, coffees and late drinks at the bar. Employees were very attentive to our needs and helpful, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. Did I mention the free parking at the main square 2 min naway?

The lake spirit hotel is one of the best hotels around the city, Big , nice and very comfortable rooms with a lot of space and very nice view to the city. Positively charming. Has the feel of a castle with all the modern day conveniences. Beautiful. Clean. Seems to be recently renovated as everything is new and modern. Yet it retains it's old castle look and feel. Romantic. Great location in the Ioannina Castle.

If you like beautifully designed, contemporary settings and aesthetic surroundings this is the place for you. From Chicago and traveling throughout the Peloponnesus I found this place extraordinary. I’m tempted to tell the owner who is extraordinarily gracious and genteel to raise her prices. The breakfast was a cut above the rest to boot. The best of the best. And kudos to the owners.

Very nice hotel to stay, near to the lake, very nice personal. Clean, confortable double bed, very nice bathroom, view outside to the parking on a nice terase. I recommand this hotel to stay also for others.

The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

One of the nicest hostels I've ever been to. Very hospitable hosts, willing to help and get you to know your way around town. Clean toilets, comfy beds and also a cosy rooftop terrace to chill with fellow travelers. The location is also great, right in the heart of Ioannina.

I thought I would stay 2 or 3 nights but I ended up staying twice 5 nights with an amazing hike in the mountains inbetween! Also the city and people were great. Especially Costa and Gioanna were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. The hostel has big rooms for dorms and a good kitchen. It's clean and has a good atmosphere.

Best around! Very friendly and helpful couple who go above and beyond to help you along your travels. I would definitely recommend staying there for a couple of days. Laonnina has a vibrant old city centre you should check out! The hostel is very close and the rooms are very comfortable. Overall a 10/10. Thank you
