As an unpredicted 2 night stay after being stranded due to Ferry strikes to Corfu was one of the cheaper options. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a little old-fashioned but Clean and tidy, with new modernised bathroom, fridge, smart TV and air-conditioning. Continental breakfast included was more than adequate, politely served to table due to COVID measures. Near to town centre...

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, free parking space, friendly staff and they allowed our pet. On the contrary old bath, really needs renovation, and the mattress hurt my back.

Overall we had a good time, mostly because of the nice pool area. Was not too crowded, which helped have a relaxing time. The pool bar and the service is good, but is lacking some options for drinks. The people were very nice and helpful. The rooms are decent but nothing special. The spa is not open. So I think in general it is too expensive for what it offers

Great place to use as a starting point to explore the area as it is in a very convenient place to see Ioannina, and also go to the mountains or towards the sea. The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent and breakfast is very good with many options to choose from.

We had 2 lovely nights staying in this family run hotel. It was extremely comfortable, in a great location, an amazing beach style pool and sun lounger area too. This is an average hotel which could be better. It has a very confusing layout, until you get used to it. Because we were part of a group we only got the basic room, which was quite small. Only 1 chair for 2 people. The room was on the lowest floor with a view of a hedge and an electricity generator, with it's associated noise at night. Very small bathroom, but all quite clean. One of the best accommodation i have stayed. Family friendly hotel which seated 3 kilometres away from the city centre. In addition, you can arrange a seminar for a small company. Finally, its location is perfect for runners who wants to run just next to the water.

Nice place. Small, cute but as well as cold. In the rainy days there is really cold and you can't stay with a thin-jacket. Perhaps, it may about climate conditions. Lastly, employees doesn't smile, they was looking as if doesn't want us.

The new section was very nice.. very up market compared to the other half of the hotel we stayed in room No 612 ...breakfast was the basic..ie cake.. meat.. bread..good location..noisey outside...we had a problem there ... room No 613 was at it like bunnies at 3am...not that we cared only until the couple were houling attended reception who said the had nothing to offer...as it was getting heated...

We loved the traditional style in which the hotel has been built, ensuring that the rooms are of good size. Many have balconies with amazing views over the lake, far below. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about where to eat etc. Breakfast was delicious!

Our visit at this hotel was outstanding. The owners were very polite and helpful, very nice breakfast . The room was as described, magnificent view, very warm because we visited burning winter time. The distance from Ioannina town is acceptable and also has parking. I sincerely suggest this hotel to any one that would like to visit the territory of epirus.

I got the top (3rd?)floor and there's no lift, but the staff will help you. My only negative is I thought I requested my room not to be disturbed but returned with evidence of housekeeping. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.

We got rooms in an adjacent wing which required a long walk from the reception area including stairs. This is not easy with suitcases. The rooms were of good size and bathrooms had all the amenities.
