Creta Vitalis lives off its rented cottages. The hotel is basic but clean. The breakfast falls into the same category. The noise insulation between room and corridor can be improved upon. The taxi drivers have the tendency to charge from the airport the same rate as if going to Chania.

Me and my mum spend 4 nights at this hotel. In my opinion the place is worth the price. Beautiful gardens, stunning flowers with romantic paths. Hotel is situated close to nice beach and good-size swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds ;) Room is just about with everyday clean bathroom, fridge and new TV ?. Breakfast is ?. But if you looking for some sausage and black pudding you won't find it...

We visit Crete yearly. This hotel is an absolute must for us. Unsurpassed Service, Safe, Clean, 3 Beaches are minutes by car, Many lovely rooms to choose from, Pool, Traditional Cretan Atmosphere, Close to All Amenities, Bus Route within 100 m. , 15 minutes from Chania or Airport! We love it here?

We’ve been travelling a lot in the world but I must say the staff at this hotel as amazing. Iro and Mari are so nice and helpful. We had an amazing time there. The breakfast was really nice, the restaurant too. We had sea view rooms which is a must . We would definitely go back there. The sunset is beautiful

Lena Beach Hotel is a hidden gem. Stunning location and truly excellent service from all the staff. The shared areas of the hotel are so well maintained and the dining area, terrace and pool area are beautiful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. It didn't bother us at all but if you like a touch of extra quality in your bedroom furnishings then maybe not for you.

Stayed here for two nights during my and my wife's anniversary trip, and they helped make it amazing. Mary was so helpful in giving us ideas on where to go to get out and have some fun. We stayed at Lena Beach Hotel for three nights and we really enjoyed our time there. The staff was very helpful and kind, always happy to help. We liked the breakfast very much. It was diverse, tasty and fresh. The pool was great, and there is also a beach near by with some shadow.

This is a nice hotel - staff is friendly, location close to Kalathas beach (2 min walk) with rooms having a terrace overlooking the sea. We needed somewhere not far from chania airport and this place fit the bill perfectly. The staff were friendly and the room adequate. A short walk into the small town centre for food and shops and 15 minutes walk down a steep hill to the harbour and small beach, frequented by locals more so than tourists. Recommended for an airport stay

It's hard to believe anyone would review Anthemis badly; although this hotel has frequently been confused with another local hotel whose name is spelt slightly differently! The location overlooking the Mediterranean is tranquil, the owners are generous & respectful, staff unintrusive and helpful. To get the best of the location a car is advisable, but it is possible to visit local beaches & tavernas...

My girlfriend and I spent a week at this beautiful and peaceful hotel, located in Stavros which is 20/30 minutes by car from Canhia. We take half-board service and I highly recommend to do the same. There's not buffet, but the breakfast is well cooked, rich and made with fresh food. The service and price are excellent.

Room 21 has a great view, was cozy and clean. The owners were very friendly, they give you the feeling of being home. We found it really nice being welcomed with a bottle of wine and getting water every single day. Location was good, but reaching the center you need transportation (bus stop directly next to the hotel, with car it is a 10 min drive).

Top notch service from Zeta at the poolside bar! Flavourful cocktails and snacks. Zeta was friendly, funny and the most hospitable hostess we met in Crete! Truly surprising and fantastic place. It is not a Five Star hotel, but everything about it feels like one. Spectacular location, room, views, food, drinks and service. The staff and owners (including Ragis the Boston Terrier) really went the extra mile to make sure this part of our honeymoon was extra special. One of the best hotels we have stayed in, with the most wonderful view from our room. The breakfast that we ate by the pool each morning was unbelievable. Staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate any request they can. Olympia to be specific made our whole stay just that extra bit special. Our stay at Royal Sun was wonderful. We enjoyed very comfortable rooms, nice pool area, excellent breakfast and dinner in Michelin-class restaurant The Hill with an amazing view over Chania city. The free transfer service to Chania Old Town and back (shuttle bus goes every 30 minutes) offered by hotel is definitely a plus! Instead of having three, the hotel is absolutely worth four stars.

We arrived at the hotel and didn't regret it for a moment. It was worth every euro, the hotel offers a lot - car rental, transportation to the city and back, breakfasts, and a restaurant that is open from morning until night (also very good). This is a lovely hotel in an elegant old building. The rooms are fully modernised and the staff couldn't be more helpful.
