Creta Vitalis lives off its rented cottages. The hotel is basic but clean. The breakfast falls into the same category. The noise insulation between room and corridor can be improved upon. The taxi drivers have the tendency to charge from the airport the same rate as if going to Chania.

Lena Beach Hotel is a hidden gem. Stunning location and truly excellent service from all the staff. The shared areas of the hotel are so well maintained and the dining area, terrace and pool area are beautiful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. The worst experience was the behaviour of Gwgw, the lady on the reception. Rude and impolite. She also lied about the breakfast offer...they hadn't at all .
