One of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had in our lives as big time travellers. The hotel location and view from the rooms with the view were fantastic, but it’s the owners that made it a truly memorable very special experience. Their hospitality is very authentic. Lena was helping people with getting restaurant reservations and Samaria Gorge excursions, making sure everyone is taken care of. And we had the nicest white wine in the fridge to celebrate Chania. Will be back with every opportunity. Thanks so much Lena and Ilia! ❤️❤️❤️

Room 21 has a great view, was cozy and clean. The owners were very friendly, they give you the feeling of being home. We found it really nice being welcomed with a bottle of wine and getting water every single day. Location was good, but reaching the center you need transportation (bus stop directly next to the hotel, with car it is a 10 min drive).

Check in was amazing, we were told there is free breakfast, free coffee and treats all day, a bottle of wine in the room. The view is stunning, in room 21.
breakfast area overlooks all of Chania and old Chania, North side of the isthmus. fab. quaint, traditional art, lively service, super pleasant folks. s'agapo this place.

It was wonderful! The owners are so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. My room was perfectly clean and had a beautiful balcony. And the breakfast! Warm fresh bread with other yummy breakfast things. Overall wonderful experience! :)

The sweetest people run this place. Like THE sweetest ever. The hotel has amazing view over Chania, the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast charming with great coffee, not bitter, but still strong enough. It's just meters away from Lidl as well, so getting snacks and enjoying them on your balcony with such a stunning view is a must. It's again meters away from bus #11 which goes directly to the old town, for about 12-15 minutes top. It passed roughly every 30 minutes, except Sunday, then it's about every hour. There's also busses for some great beaches like 10km away distance. Overall it's a cozy hotel with old-school class. (: loved it.
