Totally disappointing – not five-star quality!
This hotel is a perfect example of style over substance — a modern look doesn’t make up for serious flaws and unprofessional service. The bathroom design is absurd: after a basic shower, water flooded half the room, and the toilet is separated only by a glass wall, which offers no privacy whatsoever. No intimacy, no comfort. At night, street noise made it impossible to sleep due to extremely thin walls. Calling reception resulted only in an offer of earplugs. I was promised a follow-up from the manager — no one ever called back.

The next day, the manager showed up in person and made the situation even worse — arrogant, constantly interrupting, and unwilling to offer any real solution.

On top of that, there were stained, dirty pillows on the bed (I have photos), and the hairdryer provided was a cheap, foldable travel model, completely unfit for a hotel claiming luxury status.

This stay left a lasting sense of disappointment. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you value peace and professional treatment as a guest.
