The hotel is situated at the foot of the mountains, not far from the centre of Rhodes town. Comfortable rooms, good services and infrastructure to compensate for the relatively small area of the hotel. Calm animation, live music in the evening. Recommend for romantic and family vacation mostly without children.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Whether it's the front desk, waiters, or housekeeping, everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes a huge difference. We travel frequently for both business and pleasure, and it's rare to encounter such genuinely kind and professional service.
One highlight for us has been the fitness room. Unlike many hotels, where gyms are small and often tucked away in the basement, Sheraton’s fitness center is spacious, well-equipped, and climate-controlled—definitely a major plus for those who want to keep up their fitness routines.
The hotel is conveniently located near the ocean, with a short tunnel that allows easy access to the beach from the pool area, another great feature. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with plenty of options, including choices for those with gluten allergies and lactose intolerance.
The only minor downside has been the slow elevators, but since we're on holiday, we're in no rush, so it hasn’t been a big issue.
Overall, Sheraton Rhodes Resort has earned our highest recommendation. It’s definitely going on our "visit again" list for future trips.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. The hotel is beautifully situated, providing stunning views and easy access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
The facilities are outstanding, with impeccably maintained pools and a variety of dining options, each offering delicious and thoughtfully prepared meals. My room was spacious, immaculate, and boasted breathtaking views of the sea.
The atmosphere throughout the resort was tranquil and perfect for relaxation, making it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend the Sheraton Rhodes Resort and eagerly anticipate my return in the future.
The hotel has three outdoors swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, a private beach area and a kids club.
The morning buffet had a lot of choices including fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts and seeds for someone looking for healthy choices.
I think the people working at this hotel are the most kind, friendly and welcoming people I’ve seen in my many years of travel.
We had a wonderful family vacation at this top Rhodes hotel and would go back.

Service: Excellent! Good breakfast although more gluten free options would be nice
Location: By the beach and close to the medieval town. Beach had pebbles so bring water shoes!
Restaurants: Not worth it. Many better options near the hotel or in the town
Entertainment at night: Very poor
Pools: Too many kids in the pools which were sometimes a bit dirty (best one on the 6th floor). They should not allow children to play with huge floats. Also people were smoking and leaving cigarette buts on the floor near the pool plus other garbage. Maybe the hotel staff should clean garbage cans twice a day or more and be more strict with people in this regard.
