Hermes Hotel

the hotel is very nice, the rooms are super clean, but the waiter at the bar was very unfriendly, I wanted to eat there in the evening and I had to point out to him that I needed the menu and then I waited 20 minutes so I could order, he was sitting comfortably at the bar and talking to his colleagues without serving us, of course I got up and put the menu on the table and he just said thank you and laughed

This hotel is conveniently located closed to the heart of downtown Kamari, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer.
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel, primarily due to the presence of mosquitoes. Within just three hours of being in the room, I had already killed 15 mosquitoes, and the walls were covered in blood and mosquito residue from previous guests' attempts to eliminate them. This was definitely not a pleasant sight.
Additionally, the bed was acceptable, but the two pillows provided were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit seemed ancient, barely able to produce any cold air, resulting in a humid room that desperately needed renovations. The television was disappointingly small, even smaller than the screen of my laptop.
Furthermore, the bathroom facilities were in need of updating. The plastic mat inside the shower was unhygienic, as I had no idea who had stepped on it before. It would greatly benefit the hotel to invest in some pest control measures for the gardens to address the mosquito issue.
Overall, my stay was made miserable by the abundance of mosquitoes. While there were other issues with the hotel, it was the mosquito problem that had the most significant impact on my experience. My stay was in July 2023
