Bella Pais Hotel

All the five stars are dedicated to the staff! Reception, restaurant staff and cleaning were all so great. They were all very kind and interactive with my little 1-year old daughter Luna, so we appreciated this a lot.
The hotel facilities are very good, pleasant restaurant, nice pool area.

The fitness room though - a tragedy. I'm sure the management would want to have 'fitness' checked out amongst the facilities but to call those facilities a gym would be a strong overstatement. They have six 5-kg weights and two machines out of order. Then a ping pong table and that's it.

The hotel has a manager - a grew haired man in his 60's I'd guess - who dragged down the overall rating a lot. He seems quite sour all the time, not interacting with his guests and always picking on his staff. I would guess the last management book he read was from the 1980's because the level of micro management was way over the top. I know something about how to manage people and how not to. And the way he conducted this with his own people was very simply embarrassing to look at. I would not want to work for him myself but maybe Greece is a little outdated when it comes to people management, I don't know.

We enjoyed the fantastic staff and our stay a lot though. Thank you:-)

Room service amd reception are fantastic, kudos for the girls! Restaurant service not so much, they are cranky and moody all the time. Rooms are big and clean. It has big parking. The beach is with big pebbles but the water is amazing. Has a supermarket and a lot of tavernas neer by. They have good option for all inclusive but if you want to explore beaches BB or HB is all you need, because the good ones are 1-2 hours dive in one direction from the hotel.

Very friendly people, I really enjoyed my stay there ☀️ Plus if you want to visit the country, it's a nice place near to everything 🏝️☀️🐱🚗

Wonderful experience, rooms, food, personal is fine and friendly and intertaintment 3 times in a week. I will definitely come back. Special greeting to Banos an Xantippe. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I stayed there for 5 days with group of my friends. Rooms were clear and the equipment was everything we needed. Food was good. Swimming pool and cocktails in bar were amazing too. Owners and staffs were very pleasant and nice to guest.
Beach is near the hotel and enter to sea was calm and gradual. In the surrounding there is a lot of restaurants, bars, where you can spend many enjoyable time.

I had no expectations because already once in Greece the hotel was a disaster despite the higher price and good reviews. But the hotel exceeded expectations. Beautiful quiet hotel, not far from the beach. Friendly staff and excellent food and cocktails. If you want to enjoy a quiet holiday, go there. Rooms new and always clean everywhere .
