We truly enjoyed our one week stay! Beautiful modern, clean hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff!
The breakfast buffet has plenty of options.
Our room had a large balcony, overlooking the bay.
The location is very convenient, it took us about 30 minutes, leisurely walk, to get to the Old Venetian Port, were you'll find lots of restaurants and shops. A couple of small supermarkets are just a block away.

Very hospitable place, worth every euro you spend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The small swimming pool is perfect for winding down your day. Walking distance from most of the lively parts of the city, including the beach. Rooms are very comfortable and spotless. Definitely your go-to destination in Chania.

Excellent! The 24 hour staff provided us with helpful guidance with anything we requested or needed. We may opt for an ocean view next time and request a fan in the room. The rooms are clean and very modern. I would add photos but they are exactly as shown on the websites when you book. It was nice having a door on the toilet separate from the awesome shower.

We only stayed here for 1 night but was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, as only a 5 minute walk from the sea and about 10 minutes to the bars and shopping area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was large and nicely decorated, and had air conditioning. Staff at the desk were super helpful and directed us to the best pita gyros I've had in a long time. Had a small pool and sun area for relaxing too which was a nice surprise.The breakfast was continental with a good selection of local foods and could be eaten outside on a patio area, would recommend.

We stayed here for a few nights as we were making our way across Crete. Out of the half dozen places we stayed this one was our favourite. The room was stylish, spacious and had an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was served hot, with a good variety, including lots of sweet treats.

Front desk staff were super helpful helping us plan day trips to see the sights and giving us advice based on their experience living there.

I would stay here again next time for sure.

We went there during the off-season. There were almost no shops open around on Sundays, but the city center was a half-hour walk away and it was quite lively. The air conditioning in the room did not heat the room, the balcony was large, and there were not many types of breakfast.

Great hotel conveniently located in seaport area of Chania. Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Balcony room overlooking the ocean was refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.
My only complaint is limited unmarked parking. Found free parking 3 blocks west in dirt lot next to paid parking (paved lot).

From the moment I arrived at the entrance to Hyperion City Hotel, I KNEW this would be special. The aroma at the entry way and opportunity to schedule a massage was one of a kind. Service staff gave off 5 star treatment, genuinely. The minute I opened my door on the 5th floor, it took my breath away. My room has a FULL view of the ocean. Most times it's just a peek. I'm thoroughly impressed!! Going to have my complimentary drink!!

Highly recommended! The rooms are modern and well maintained, location is good. Our view of the sea was amazing and the patio was spacious. The best tho is the staff - incredibly friendly, quick to smile and say hello. We had an issue with our shower and when I told the person at the front desk, she was on the phone to have it fixed before I walked away (it was fixed very quicky). Excellent hotel in a great part of town. Many thanks!
