Hyperion City Hotel & Spa

We went there during the off-season. There were almost no shops open around on Sundays, but the city center was a half-hour walk away and it was quite lively. The air conditioning in the room did not heat the room, the balcony was large, and there were not many types of breakfast.

Great hotel conveniently located in seaport area of Chania. Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Balcony room overlooking the ocean was refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.
My only complaint is limited unmarked parking. Found free parking 3 blocks west in dirt lot next to paid parking (paved lot).

From the moment I arrived at the entrance to Hyperion City Hotel, I KNEW this would be special. The aroma at the entry way and opportunity to schedule a massage was one of a kind. Service staff gave off 5 star treatment, genuinely. The minute I opened my door on the 5th floor, it took my breath away. My room has a FULL view of the ocean. Most times it's just a peek. I'm thoroughly impressed!! Going to have my complimentary drink!!

Highly recommended! The rooms are modern and well maintained, location is good. Our view of the sea was amazing and the patio was spacious. The best tho is the staff - incredibly friendly, quick to smile and say hello. We had an issue with our shower and when I told the person at the front desk, she was on the phone to have it fixed before I walked away (it was fixed very quicky). Excellent hotel in a great part of town. Many thanks!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The amenities made it feel luxurious, and the location was perfect for exploring. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had—can't wait to return!

Hyperion City Hotel was fabulous!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of fresh choices. We were able to comfortably walk to the Old Town and to many restaurant choices. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Very well located hotel. Just a 2 minutes walk from a beach and a 7 minute walk to the center- so it's close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the center. Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be going back again.

Hyperion hotel was a pleasant surprise. Amazing design rooms super clean with nice view to the sea and old port . Delicious breakfast Including almost everything you imagine and new things every day. The staff was extremely kind and helpful to anything we ask . A special thanks to Katerina on the reception and Petros on the bar . If we co.e back to Chania is our first and only choise!

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the hotel service and facilities. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast, excellent staff and very good location, off center to avoid center buzz but easily reachable on foot.

I had the pleasure of staying two weeks at the Hyperion Hotel and had an excellent time. The staff were very professional and personable. The facilities were of a very high standard with everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic with a short 5 minute walk to the centre. This hotel has been one of the best I have stayed in and will definitely return when I am in Chania again. They have set the bar very high and deserve more than 5 stars if there was an option to give more stars. Thank you team for making my stay an amazing one. Very impressive!
