Hotels on first line in Nea Moudania

This is a great resort :-it’s compact and although it’s on a hill it’s very easy to get around between the restaurants , pool and beach especially with the golf carts that will drive you around

He was attentive, helpful and made our stay extra special by sorting out our restaurant reservations ,not so easy for a party of 6 during popular dining times , and arranging a wonderful beach dinner at short notice

Check in and check out to our lovely ocean view room was very efficient. We were very comfortable and loved having morning coffee while looking out over the sea. We tried and enjoyed all of the restaurants

Our only issue was that the heated outdoor pools weren’t warm enough initially for swimming but after mentioning they increased the temperature to make them more comfortable

The weather was excellent during our stay and it was a pleasure to do nothing all day around the pristine swimming pools

All the staff at the restaurants, bars and poolside were great but Stavros our customer service manager was outstanding

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good service. 10 minutes walking from bus station, not far from supermarkets. 12 minutes to the beach.

Rooms are very clean, they change towers every day as well as bed covers, AC exists and it is functional. Hotel is pet friendly for pets under 6kg. Very important thing for internet'o holics - WiFi works perfectly

I cant stress enought about this, in some 5 or 6 star hotells WiFi doesnt work at all but here 24/7. Lastly you are generaly close to the shore but I suggest going on next Paralia called Dionisos

Breakfast is totaly acceptable despite what other reviews say, lady at the reception can prepare you whatever you want, specialy i suggest asking for pie with sweet cream or spinich

Place is in ok condition, considering that it was built in 1973. What i can see they bought few big appartments and turned theme into small rooms

I sugest tourists to use the opertunity and visit Skiatos (sadly there are no more boats from Nea Moundania harbor) as a one day toor

The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is a few minutes walk to the beach which is convenient. I could not find a single fault with this hotel. This place truly knows the meaning of customer service

It's nice quiet place, perfect for relaxing esspecialy with little kids, there is a narket near, and the beach is near 100m away, the rooms are nice, spaceous, and have all the latest gadgets - like electrical automatis sun blocks shades, aitconditioning, elevator for the baggage, and it's clean, nice bathrooms- 10/10, good experionce!

Immaculate rooms supplied with everything you might need, friendly stuff, very close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, absolutely perfect.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The beach is 1 min away from the apartments. The villa has playground for kids, which makes it a great choice for couples with children.

This is a lovely hotel with staff to match. The hotel sits right on the beach with plenty of sun beds around the beautiful pool and on the beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well designed

The food is delicious and well presented with plenty of choice and not overly repeated through the week. As good as the hotel is, the staff are even better. Nothing is too much for them and are always pleasant

We also tend to opt for a swim up which provides super relaxing afternoons. Honestly this place is a dream. Agora beach club a 35 minute drive away. Afytos a 15 minute drive away. Nea Moudania a 10 minute drive away

A beautiful hotel, excellent staff and food was delicious. A special mention to Chris the breakfast waiter and Pavlos in the beach bar. Rooms were very clean with lots of storage

All these options have the best restaurants (our personal fav is Thea Thalassa in Afytos). I can’t wait to continue coming back here with our children. We absolutely love Portes Lithos and would recommend to everyone!

The cocktails and drinks are amazing. We got engaged here in 2023 and the hotel made it so so special. We go in September every year and the weather is always 27/28 degrees C which is perfect

In terms of animation I took part in waterpolo match what was great activity, everyday the hotel organizes activities also for adults and children - I believe that parents should be fine with the infrastructure for their children

The gym is a small room with 3 jogging bands (2 out of which don’t work) and a few workout machines, but a very small space. The beach was a huge disappointment. Overall was not bad but wouldn’t go there again

Regarding to the food the cuisine is variety and everybody find something to itself, however the offer of fresh fruits was poor - only apples, peaches and watermelon

The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. The only thing which is not great is wifi. It gets disconnected frequently

The beach is small and quaint with a limited amount of loungers, but uf you have sensitive feet I suggest swin shoes

The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel

The receptionist Kiki is such a bonus to the hotel so polite as with many other staff members, like vivikar(probably spelt wrong) who works in the restaurant, another huge bonus to the hotel,along with the Manager such politeness goes along way

The children animation group and more and more we loved the Greek night with the beautiful lady and the most handsome gentleman there voice songs were soooooo beautiful we missed them

The pools were immaculate, though a bit cold and could have been warmer but we loved them nonetheless. The beach is stunning and also well maintained

Anything we asked for was brought in a matter of a few minutes. We only ate at the Myrtales restaurant which had a great variety of excellent food

If I found one small fault was that we had a bathtub in our room which was poorly designed as the shower head couldn’t be turned much so only faced one way in front of the glass door which didn’t help to prevent water from leaking out, so we had the whole floor from behind the toilet flooded every time which was inconvenient to clean up and a hazard with a toddler

We stayed there for 14 nights in August 2024 and we had amazing holiday. We loved it down by the beach had our own private beach gazebo which we loved

The only thing that is really good is the beach which is clean in the most parts and the sea which is beautifully crystal clear

It is near the beach just 100 m. Nea Potidea is peaceful place with few shops and if you want to buy something more you have to go to Nea Moudania but it's very close and you have a lot of buses during the day

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Afroditi; for the price the hotel is solid, the food was tasty and the beach is very close.

Not really what I expected for this much money. The room was small, the bathroom as well and the balcony was too small. The swimming pool is ok but the working hours are unsuitable for small kids who sleep during the day

You give it to staff and at 8:30 AM you get a basket with your food! The pool is really clean. You can get a delicious lunch from the bar next to the pool. It offers smoothies, cocktails, branded drinks and food

The burger and club sandwiches are a good pick. For the sea, be careful with rocks, they are everywhere. The hotel has made some paths with sand only where you can walk but i suggest getting special shoes

Great family resort! We are coming here every year for 12 years! This is our favourite place -home away from home :) Friendly staff, private beach -front access, good food -in one word - this place has everything my family need

The other problem is that the beach has algae, but thatt can be solved. Other than that I had a great time, at night it was very beautiful, you could lay on a hammock and watch the sea and the stars

My booking was fantastic and amazing with the spotless room to be above and beyond any fantasy with the well-equipped furnishings, the nicely decoration, with AC inside and a fridge

Location - calm, cosy and so relaxing! Small beach, right by the garden (no street, just few steps down!) No big hotel right nearby. No loud clubs nearby, but shops and restaurants in a walking distance

Nice place for holiday, the garden is full of olive trees, great for kids. I recommend it.

When we first walked around the resort I immediately went “wow” However, there is one big reason I can’t give it five stars: the pools are freezing! We went in late September, and the preside temperature during our stay was around 28c, so not cold

It wasn’t a massive problem for me (hardy adult male), but my toddler was freezing in minutes, which is difficult when you’ve got a toddler who loves water as much as they do! It didn’t stop us having a great time, but it took the edge off what would otherwise have been an almost perfect stay

(PS: the pools are apparently heated and we weren’t the only family to say how cold they were) The other slight gripe was that bed and pillows were not very good, but the hotel will soon be refurbished so that will presumably be resolved

Travelling with children, we found it perfect for all ages. The facilities are top notch, the beach is pristine, and the whole place has such a calm, elegant atmosphere

4 stars doesn’t quite do it justice. It’s in a lovely resort, with loads of amenities, great food, and brilliant, attentive staff. We went with our toddler, and it really is made for them

Wonderful experience at Sani Beach! 🌿 The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The service is of the highest standard – staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help

Had an absolutely brilliant stay at Asteris Village hotel from start to finish. Upon arrival, the hotel looked amazing, and on check in, we were upgraded to a beautiful sea view suite with incredible views

We had a wonderful vacation in Sanidiamonds ! We stayed at Apartment A2. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

The room was near the 'top' of the resort, which is on a large hill down to the sea. This wasn't a problem for us as we're in relative health but make sure you bear this is mind if you need something more accessible

We arrived with a private transfer from the airport, which was wonderful (thank you George!) and the welcome at the hotel was lovely. Our room at Sani Club was a Deluxe Double Garden Room with Sea View

The room itself was beautiful and we had no complaints at all. The resort itself was staggeringly large. It was meticulously kept, clean, with so many beaches to choose from that were all lovely

We made frequent use of the golf-cart-type shuttle to get around the resort, which is necessary when you're having to go between the 27 restaurants! The staff at the resort in general could not do enough for you and honestly, made the trip lovely

I just wanted to point out in this review that there is no All-Inclusive option for Sani (unlike their sister chain, Ikos resorts, which we have visited previously)

I did know this as I had booked 'full board', but it's worth being aware that there will be a bill at the end of your trip for extras such as drinks with meals etc

Good accommodation but not best beach and sea in Sithonia. You should go to the other side of the peninsula, exactly to Orange Beach.

We had an amazing experience here! Everything was beyond our expectations – the place was spotless clean, the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach with crystal clear water, a gentle entrance, and soft sand

Plenty of fishes in the sea, where the rocks are. You can see them really well early in the morning or before sunset. Clean, wide, perfect for kids if they can swim.

I will speak about for my experience. It’s one from the best place in Xalkidiki in the first leg. The staff it was very friendly and professional. The receptionist with name Nikos, he is the men for all the jobs for you

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to a beautiful sea. It was clean, and the service was excellent. The staff was always helpful and polite. If you love seafood, Georgalas offers plenty of delicious Greek cuisine

The risotto is a must-try – don’t miss it! The resort is right on the beach, and you can hear the waves from the balcony of your room. On a clear day, you can even see Mount Olympus in the distance

We came at the end of the winter, so most places were closed and it was still too cold to go into the sea, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. In the summer, it's much busier here

This is a very pleasant family hotel. It is built like small apartment blocks and is ideal for people with young children. There are three pools, two of which are perfect for kids

• On the last day, you need to pay €2 per piece to store luggage in a locker — again, not in line with 4-star standards. On the plus side: the two-pool setup is a smart move, separating family areas from quieter zones

The food was excellent every day, every breakfast and every dinner. The rooms were clean and well furnished for a proper sleep, and the location is surrounded of trees by the sea

And yes, it’s a good base if you rent a car to explore nicer beaches nearby. Also staff was very nice and the rooms have been cleaned daily

I stayed at Philoxenia with my family for a week, i have to give out big compliments. The food is my primary concern when i book an all inclusive/half board type of resort

That’s not just disappointing — it’s misleading. Other points: • Breakfast is the same every day — okay, but uninspired. • Coffee is truly awful — barely drinkable, definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star property

Only a few steps lead to the wonderful sandy beach, in the hotel area with beach service from the beach bar

We only went to their beach bar and used the sun beds there. 15 eur compulsory bar consumption for one umbrella, two beds and one chair - very fair I think. The loungers were not too cramped next to each other

They have a happy hour for beer int he afternoon - 3 eur for a large draft beer. Wine came along with a quite a large portion of salty nuts

All recommendations for families with and without children. The place is also clean, lots of flowers, palm trees

Not a very busy season so if you are looking for some where quiet it's perfect

Food was great, best is to avoid peak hours at the restaurant. Sea was perfect for the kids as it starts real shallow and they can play with little supervision

However, we were surprised and frustrated to learn that even water at dinner costs €3, which feels unreasonable when you're already on a meal plan. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and serviceable

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming

On a positive note, Dmitrij at reception was fantastic—professional, kind, and always ready to help. The food was very good (we had half board), with a wide selection and good quality

There was no real evening entertainment, just a kids' mini disco that our 5-year-old didn’t enjoy at all. The animation team did try hard and deserve credit for their energy

While we understand it’s a national tax and not the hotel’s fault, it still felt excessive and added to our disappointment. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 4 stars

The food in the restaurant is varied and excellent and offers something for everyone. When we are on vacation, we rarely go back and visit the same places again, but we will definitely come back to Limna beach again

Unfortunately, despite the fact that you are a hotel guest, you have to pay for the loungers on the beach, which vary greatly in quality Unfortunately, the mosquito screens are very spartan, which means mosquitoes still get in

Air conditioning is available below bedroom or bed is upstairs. It is not air-conditioned upstairs as it is under a wooden roof, this heat is unbearable. It is nevertheless in a beautiful location and right on the sea

At 35 degrees plus this was very, very exhausting. We would come back but prefer to stay in a hotel in Afitos town. Wanted to book a tour on the sea, unfortunately fully booked

We stayed here for last 2 weeks and I mean we stayed here we did not go out much, We were sold this holiday as a beach front hotel it is not the beach is 100m away it's filthy full of fag butts and old Eastern European men in Buggie smugglers

The hotel is really nice and clean. The location is convenient right in front of the sea. The breakfast is rich and abundant with fresh and good quality products

We had a room on the 6th floor with a nice balcony with lovely views. The beach is right across the street. We had a rental car and Harry in the lobby reception was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit

A few steps away you can find clean beaches and restaurants where you can eat well

The location is absolutely beautiful — right by the sea, with direct beach access, and just a short 8–9 minute walk up the stairs to the town center, where you'll find plenty of shops and traditional tavernas

That being said, future guests should know that the beach is quite rocky — some people even spotted sea urchins — so water shoes are definitely recommended. One of the highlights for us was the sunrise
