The owner is the best host we have ever had. She is super kind and friendly.

The hotel also exceeded all our expectations; it is very close to the beach (the best part of Perissa Beach). The room was cleaned every day. Last but not least, the breakfast was great and was one of the things we enjoyed every day in Santorini.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days and we did not regret it. The rooms are very clean, well-kept, with a pleasant and comfortable arrangement. Everything is very clean and the feeling of freshness is present everywhere. The rooms are cleaned every night .The towels are changed every day and the garbage thrown away. The breakfast is rich and tasty, being served with love by the owner of the hotel. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and kind person, she helped us every time with everything we needed: places to visit, restaurants and much more

We have just arrived back from holiday and this was our 2nd stay we took 2 of the kids this time and irini really does run a beautiful hotel, your made to feel part of the family, rooms are cleaned daily, our kids are fussy but looked forward to breakfast every morning, there is free WiFi, air con we had a large terrace and all i can say is the location is perfect. Local buses run hourly but perissa is a little peace of heaven and everyone here is just so welcoming. Beach is 5 minute walk, local square 3minute walk a bakery round the corner and a little shop. Main ***** few minutes that leads to the square, ancient Thera just a few minutes away and the walk to the white chapel in the hillside was worth the short walk of 20/30 minutes. Just near the bus stop is some horses spiroshorses/florida our kids went on the sunset ride and omg they loved it such a beautiful experience. All boxes are ticked and all of us enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to go home 🏡

This is the nicest hotel in Santorini, simply because of the lovely woman who works there Erin. The most kind and hospitable host of this wonderful family run B&B, 5 minutes from Perissa Beach.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Erin will spend time meticulously guiding yoj towards the best places based on your itinerary, and will guide you regarding everything. But that’s not all. She is constantly smiling every time you see her.

The rooms are comfortable, cool and the showers are nice too. Unfortunately there is no pool. But we went across the street to the next hotel for €10 for the whole day.
Breakfast is simple and the coffee was good. Boiled eggs, toast, juice were served.

Reasonably priced, good location, wonderful staff.

I can't say enough great things about the owner and staff here! She was kind enough to accommodate an extra person and bring an extra bed into our room when we messed up the booking. She personally checked in on us and gave us advise on the area. This hotel is beautiful and great for anyone visiting Greece.

We still enjoy it so much! And we love our host! She really makes us feel as home! So good breakfast served. Very good location as well, close to the beach.

We also loved our rooms which were clean and comfortable.

Easy access to the beach and has good nearby stores, pharmacy, bakery.

A very nice family run hotel, and it's a minutes walk from the beach. The room was clean and had great view from the balcony. Breakfast was traditional and nice as well.

The owners warm,always available inspite of having a small baby n stays in the same compound. The breakfast was good and wholesome. It's a short walk from the main bus station in Perissa. The place was spotlessly clean
