The owner is the best host we have ever had. She is super kind and friendly.

The hotel also exceeded all our expectations; it is very close to the beach (the best part of Perissa Beach). The room was cleaned every day. Last but not least, the breakfast was great and was one of the things we enjoyed every day in Santorini.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days and we did not regret it. The rooms are very clean, well-kept, with a pleasant and comfortable arrangement. Everything is very clean and the feeling of freshness is present everywhere. The rooms are cleaned every night .The towels are changed every day and the garbage thrown away. The breakfast is rich and tasty, being served with love by the owner of the hotel. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and kind person, she helped us every time with everything we needed: places to visit, restaurants and much more

Un hotel molto confortevole. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione sempre abbondante e per tutti i gusti (dolce e salato). La titolare è molto disponibile anche nell’aiutare e consigliare le persone per conoscere meglio il posto. L’hotel è situato in un ottimo punto, silenzioso ma anche vicino alla spiaggia, alla chiesa (dove è situata anche la fermata dei pullman) e a molti negozzietti del posto (un punto molto strategico). La camera era molto spaziosa, munita di frigobar e cassaforte. Aveva anche un balconcino con corde per stendere i costumi. In conclusione, un ottimo hotel, consigliato!

Για τη Σαντορίνη το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι best value for money και είναι η δεύτερη φορά που το επισκέπτομαι. Στα θετικά του είναι ότι βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία της Περίσσας (5’ λεπτά με τα πόδια) αλλά και του Περίβολου (5’ λεπτά με το αμάξι), βρίσκεις εύκολα παρκάρισμα για όσους έχουν αμάξι και το σημαντικότερο όλων τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα. Δεν μου έχει ξανατύχει, ακόμα και σε πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο, το δωμάτιο να καθαρίζεται καθημερινά και να συνοδεύεται και με καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετών!!! Η ιδιοκτήτρια, η κα Ειρήνη είναι εξυπηρετικότατη, πολύ ευγενική και σέβεται πλήρως όλους τους πελάτες. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί, ότι είχαμε πάει με τον κοινωνικό τουρισμό μέσα στον Αύγουστο και δεν υπήρξε καμία διάκριση με τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες. Η κα Ειρήνη αποτελεί μία φωτεινή εξαίρεση για το νησί όπου όλοι σε βλέπουν με αρπαχτικές διαθέσεις.

Η κυρία Ειρήνη πάρα πολύ ευγενική και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρέτικη. Ήταν διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία της ζητήσαμε. Το δωμάτια ηταν πολύ αξιόλογο για την κατηγορία του καθαρό （καθαριζοταν κάθε μέρα και άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες） και όμορφα διακοσμημένο （ υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι γιατί ήμασταν ζευγάρι ）. Το μπάνιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο και είχε διάφορες ωραίες πινελιές （οδοντόβουρτσα,οδοντόπαστα παντόφλες και μικρα σαμπουάν）. Το μόνο που θα συμπλήρωνα θα ήταν 1-2 πιάτα και μαχαιροπίρουνα αντίστοιχα. Η τιμή ήταν 60 έυρω η βραδιά （τέλος Μαϊου） το οποίο μας φάνηκε νορμάλ για Σαντορίνη.

Αν ψάχνετε ένα ωραίο, μοντέρνο δωμάτιο, με smart tv που έχει όλα τα είδη τηλεοπτικών καναλιών [συμπεριλαμβανομένων των παιδικών και Youtube], ολοκαίνουργιο κλιματισμό, ολοκαίνουργιο βραστήρα, νέα σεντόνια και καθαρές πετσέτες κάθε μέρα, επαναλαμβάνω κάθε μέρα με μια εκπληκτική χαμηλή τιμή που θα σας προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα να έχετε μια ευχάριστη και οικονομική διαμονή έτσι ώστε να μπορέσετε να εξερευνήσετε όλη τη Σαντορίνη, τότε αυτή είναι η πιο έξυπνη επιλογή!!! Ευχάριστοι άνθρωποι, πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη και ευκολότερη! Η θάλασσα με κρυστάλλινα νερά απέχει μόλις 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια και υπάρχει επίσης ένας υπέροχος παιδότοπος για τα παιδιά σας μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Νομίζω ότι η βαθμολογία αυτού του ξενοδοχείου σε πολλές διάσημες ιστοσελίδες είναι η μεγαλύτερη απόδειξη για μια εξαιρετική επιλογή.

This is the nicest hotel in Santorini, simply because of the lovely woman who works there Erin. The most kind and hospitable host of this wonderful family run B&B, 5 minutes from Perissa Beach.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Erin will spend time meticulously guiding yoj towards the best places based on your itinerary, and will guide you regarding everything. But that’s not all. She is constantly smiling every time you see her.

The rooms are comfortable, cool and the showers are nice too. Unfortunately there is no pool. But we went across the street to the next hotel for €10 for the whole day.
Breakfast is simple and the coffee was good. Boiled eggs, toast, juice were served.

Reasonably priced, good location, wonderful staff.
