I am in love with this place! Very cozy interior, so many details with history, clean rooms with everything you need for a great holiday, the most delicious breakfasts. The entrance to the pool is from the terrace, incredibly beautiful and convenient.
The location is also great: 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants/bakeries/souvenir shops/ stores. 25 minutes by car to the airport. Very tasty breakfasts!! This is a family hotel, the owners are very kind and welcoming, helped with everything from start to finish, reception works 24h. Cleaning daily, bar is open, hotel also can book excursions for you

Great apartments very close to the beach at one end of the street and a wonderful cocktail bar at the other end.

Only 1 star is enough for the beach which is near the hotel. The room intend to be a 4 beds but it’s only a 3 beds arranged so the double bed is blocked but two walls !? How do you manage to go out when you’re two ? The room is small and the bathroom is smaller with a shower to put all the water on the floor. the swimming pool is only opened at 6PM ! The breakfast is a nightmare on a reception with no light and birds on top of you :( there is a smell of oldness in the room and we find insects in the eggs.

The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the only thing i would recommend for the hotel staff to add is a holder for the shower head and the curtain to be longer so that it prevents water going out easily. What made the review positove overall is the state of the room (clean) and the hospitality of the owners. Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Worst place I've ever stayed at. My wife and I booked a room thru Expedia for a week. We stayed only one night because the room we were in was infested with bedbugs, room 119 to be exact.
When Expedia contacted the owner, she emailed my wife with a very rude and fabricated story. I belive she knew of the bedbug infestation and fabricated a story to save herself from embarrassment. She told Expedia that we had canceled our reservation which was definitely not true. By doing so she knew that I would not be able to leave a review on Expedia.
Save yourself from the hassle and book another hotel to stay.
Female owner is rude and a liar.
I've attached pictures of the bug bites in case anyone doubts this review.

Situated close to the beach and the bus stop which was useful going to fira today. Owners very welcoming, bottle of water on arrival and helped to our room. Had the breakfast one day which was continental and had a nice selection. Pool is lovely with some sunbeds and plenty of chairs by the pool. Room was a bit old fashioned but comfortable and opened onto the pool which was a bonus. Very nice family hotel

Super clean and comfortable, with incredible hosts and a nice breakfast. The pool was refreshing and its 100m from the beach. We had a great time there.

Comfortable room which was literally seconds from the pool and about 100m or so from perissa beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast needs to improve a little.

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food. Front desk super nice, you can buy a tour or taxi directly with them.

This place was a little gem. Room was great, pool was very nice after a long day. Great to also meet travellers and sit around and talk and share a cold one. Location is superb, 100m from Black Beach which has lots of options for food, great place. Brent - Australia
