Worst place I've ever stayed at. My wife and I booked a room thru Expedia for a week. We stayed only one night because the room we were in was infested with bedbugs, room 119 to be exact.
When Expedia contacted the owner, she emailed my wife with a very rude and fabricated story. I belive she knew of the bedbug infestation and fabricated a story to save herself from embarrassment. She told Expedia that we had canceled our reservation which was definitely not true. By doing so she knew that I would not be able to leave a review on Expedia.
Save yourself from the hassle and book another hotel to stay.
Female owner is rude and a liar.
I've attached pictures of the bug bites in case anyone doubts this review.

Situated close to the beach and the bus stop which was useful going to fira today. Owners very welcoming, bottle of water on arrival and helped to our room. Had the breakfast one day which was continental and had a nice selection. Pool is lovely with some sunbeds and plenty of chairs by the pool. Room was a bit old fashioned but comfortable and opened onto the pool which was a bonus. Very nice family hotel

Super clean and comfortable, with incredible hosts and a nice breakfast. The pool was refreshing and its 100m from the beach. We had a great time there.

Comfortable room which was literally seconds from the pool and about 100m or so from perissa beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast needs to improve a little.

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food. Front desk super nice, you can buy a tour or taxi directly with them.

This place was a little gem. Room was great, pool was very nice after a long day. Great to also meet travellers and sit around and talk and share a cold one. Location is superb, 100m from Black Beach which has lots of options for food, great place. Brent - Australia

This hotel was so good and quite. Location is perfect, in just 100m you can have the beach, restaurants, cooffe shops, bars etc. We had also a very nice balcony where couples with kids (as we are) can use for any drink at night :)

Good value for money hotel with Santorini being so expensive. The location is close to restaurants and bars and just a few minute walk to a black sand beach. The breakfast included was amazing with a large selection of foods. The pool was great and they have an outdoor shower near it too. The rooms were spacious and the air-conditioner worked perfectly. Main criticism being the bathroom- especially the shower which was tiny and the shower curtains don't work properly so the floor got very wet.

The location is near black sand beach and there are many good restaurants. Rooms are good and the hotel service is very accommodating. Enjoyed the stay.

Clean rooms, white sheets, white towels, good AC and refrigerator, good hot/cold water pressure, pool on inside court, friendly host. We had family room, #15, on upper floor with outstanding view over Perissa all around. In the morning we catched wonderful sunrise appearing from sea and stone. Thank you, we had a wonderful time at your hotel. Recommend!
