Rooms were quite nice, including spa bath good air conditioning and small balcony. No coffee or tea, kettle, cups etc. Can get in the bar area but must pay for it nothing is gratis. Terrible breakfast not worth the price No cafe etc. Helpful staff. Located close to ferry terminals. Two good cafes very close by.
Bed was hard as a rock, had to carry luggage up the entrance stairs, about 13 steps. We were required to leave our room at the desk every time we left the building. The location was great.
Property was very nice, only stayed briefly for one evening. Hotel carries sound very well due to the stone flooring, so I could hear other people walking or moving luggage quite loudly during the night. Very clean. Had to hold the shower head over my head with my hand which I don’t love, and only provided one thin sheet for the bed.
The area is very calm and feels safe. Public transportation is near (tram/bus/trolley bus). Clean and spacious rooms, given the price level. Make sure to tell the reception when you want the room cleaned, it is not done automatically. Clean towels are delivered packed in plastic. The air condition worked well and there was always enough hot water. There was a small fridge with a tiny freezer that...

The environment is not bad, but it is located next to the main road and is very noisy. People often hear racing cars. The air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted by itself. Friendly staff.
Nice hotel, pretty comfortable if you just want a place to shower and sleep. Bed sheets smelled heavenly. Breakfast is not included, but with 5€, they provide it. I think it's a fair deal. Big and comfy balcony. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception and had to rang the bell. The receptionist then came and asked me "What do you want?" ® Wi-Fi connection and speed was ridiculous. 0,40 mbps...
This is a 2 star hotel so you are getting what you pay for. It is clean and has all needed facilities, you have an empty mini fridge you can put your things in, a kettle, a TV and AC. There is housekeeping every morning. You also have breakfast every morning which I was not expecting for a 2* hotel, the options are plenty. The reception is 24/7 so you can reach them any time you need. My only complaint...
A small, very nice hotel in one of the quietest areas of Athens. Cleanliness - perfect, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly and responsive staff. Ideal location for visiting the Greek National Opera.
We did not expect such good service and care! We stayed for 1 week and from the first day we felt at home. The people at the reception took care of all our needs with kindness and warmth. And of course, spotlessly clean and with a nice breakfast! We highly recommend it
Wonderful hotel! Located in a very lovely area near the sea and close to several bus stops to city center as well as tram stop. Room was very clean and well mentained with a small balcony. Great classic European breakfast, shady lounge zone near the entrance for smokers and people who just want to chill outside. Helpful staff. Beautiful apartment, wished we could have stayed l The location was perfect for our visit. We were only there a couple of nights but the three of us thought the apartment was perfect. It was lighht, roomy and had everything we needed. The balcony on the main floor was great and then to find the 2nd one for the upstairs room was brilliant. We were just gutted we were not staying for longer.
Good value. Clean and modern. Not the most fun area but suited me since I attended a conference in a nearby (much more expensive) hotel.
The apartment itself is quite new so the room was smart and clean. There are good transport links and you are not to far from all of the main tourist sites. In our opinion there were limited easy access dining places (both breakfast and dinner) in the immediate vicinity. We struggled with getting the air conditioning to work as despite there being instructions for use we were unable to change the...
Popular hotel in Zygrou Nice place. A little loud neighbors at times blasting music but I had a comfortable stay.
The room was very clean and cozy. However there were a few damages that should be taken care of! The was no service but we did not deal with any problems. Everything was just fine and the location was very convenient too!
The location is not good, near the highway, not many restaurants nearby For self-service check in, you need to call the customer service to get the password The bathroom is easy to bounce water out of the room, not recommended to stay

Nice hotel at the center of Athens!! Perfect for private times and amazing themed rooms!! 100% recommend.
Excellent hotel. Highly recommend for any couples who want to relax in a cozy place. There's very nice air conditioning, wonderful staff, and the room was very good, with an excellent breakfast every single day. I had to check in in the middle of the night, but I was able to check in safely. Thank you for your kind response. It was helpful to have breakfast. I could not sleep because of the noise of construction work in the morning.
Clean and cosy rooms, staff really nice and helpful . Great hotel for not exeggerated price. Location also wonderful, nearby you can find good cafeteria and restaurants with delicious food. City square is located about 1.5 km on foot from this place.

Well let say it's what it is for the price. Clean and neat. In my opinion a little unconfortable (especially if you get the top bunk) but Ok Sam is very friendly and nice. My roommate I supose is deaf because never answer any of my greetings🤣
Good location, host and price. But should something be done with a mold in a bathroom. For most of people it's just a bad smell but some can get allergy reaction on it.
Hello there, this is the place to come in Athens ! The entire crew is awesome specially the guy at the reception, Majid, he is really nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and the rooms arw confortable.
A great hostel. The staff and also the guests are all really friendly and its the perfekt place to meet new people.
Very nice hostel with friendly vibes, nice equipped and spacious kitchen, clean bathrooms and a rooftop terrace. Solid Wi-Fi but no signal on rooftop. They have a lovely white Labrador in house. Nice living area on the ground floor, knowledgeable staff and easy to walk everywhere in the city.
Very nice hostel! Clean, safe and friendly! The bathrooms were kind of crazy but if you're not a princess then that won't be a problem! Quiet at night and nice vibes. Amazing location and cute dog. Would definitely recommend it :)

I’m only giving it 3 stars bc I have small bites from either bed bugs or just bugs in general. This didn’t happen to me in my previous stay nor the following stay when I left Athens. It`s very old hotel. Close to metro station. Also you can go by foot to the center city, it`s about one kilometer. Bed clothes and towels are old but clean. In my room there was broken shower, so water was on the floor, and wet air.
Customar service are excellent.
In good for backpackers ,walking distance from national railways (OSE),AND VERY CLOSE to metro station The area is so so but you have very close the police station so it's ok
The room is not bad for such a price. But, be prepared for the stairs as there is no elevator. Well, the bathroom... It's an old hotel! The receptionist is not really welcoming and not friendly.
An old building but little far from central/metro station by walk but you can go for this considering the budget offering and staff is really helpful
Nice place good price very good service ppl were very kind. The location is litle bit far from the center of athenes- about 15-20 min walk from the center or 10 min in metro

Perfect location, right in the heart of Psyrri. The hotel has an amazing rooftop with views of the Acropolis (and some rooms share that same view). The staff was always very friendly. We liked it so much that we came back: we stayed here for a few days in Athens, then went to Kefalonia, and when we returned by ferry, we chose to spend our last night here before flying out of Athens.
Amazing location! From the rooftop, you get a stunning view of the Acropolis. Highly recommended, everyone there was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was great too. After 6 pm, the rooftop bar opened, and we were able to enjoy some cocktails while taking in the view.
Quiet area but still in walking distance to food and other shops. They have a pretty decent breakfast bar and the folks were friendly. Our room had AC, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was tidy. Good value.
The booking sites say this is a 2-star hotel, but in my opinion this should be at least a 3-star hotel or 4. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom looked like it had been recently updated, which was nice. The biggest cherry on top by far was the hotel’s rooftop bar. The view of the Acropolis for dinner and breakfast is absolutely spectacular. (In addition...
You can see the Acropolis from the bar on the upper floor and from the rooftop. There's also a lively area nearby with lots of taverns, so it was a great stay. The water pressure in the shower was good and it felt great.
Very good hotel. Simple rooms but you can ask for a teapot, cups / glasses, iron, so basically everything you may need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view on the top floor is amazing. The room is quite small for 3 adults but the amenities are complete. Our room has a balcony, a mini fridge, air conditioner, towels & mini shower gels. It is okay for staying a night, however the area is not very safe for female solo travellers. It’s fine for me because I am traveling with friends. It’s near to the bus stop, metro station, market & restaurants.
Very good hotel. The hotel is near acropolis but the hood is not so good
Oh, surprisingly, they readily allowed me to check in early!! I am very satisfied with this alone👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻My flight was delayed by more than 3 hours, so I was really tired, but they let me check in early in the morning, so I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. A very basic hotel. It is centrally located but with no frills whatsoever. Clean and reasonably decorated and cheaply furnished. It is perfectly suited for travellers on very limited budgets. The front desk is open 24 hours and staffed by helpful English speakers. Decent WiFi.
The hotel is a walkable distance from the metro station. There are quite a lot of mini marts also nearby. The room was a little musty, but the service was really nice. All in all, it was of good value.
Best hotel, just 150 yards from the metro. good price. 24hrs reception service and we can leave our luggage here, roam the city and collect it whenever we want. Excellent service !!!!!. Love to stay again.!
One of the best hotels of the city I got there last minute with my father and sister and it was great. What can I say,how cleaner it was ,how quiet it was and the staff was amazing. The hotel was near the city center. I could walk to many places. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely going there any time I visit Athens.
Few minutes walking distance from metro line 2. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Neighbourhood behind the hotel feels a bit neglected. We stayed on the main roads and square and felt safe. Price/quality is very good.
Upfront this hotel is probably circa 1970 so presents as “dated” however it was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, staff were exceptionally helpful and it has 24hr reception. We only spent 1 night here arriving at midnight and out by 10am. For its budget price it was very good value. Did find some decent places for food within a short walk.

Convenient transportation, friendly service The facilities and supplies are old, there are *** in the surrounding streets, be careful You can store your luggage, very convenient
The location of the hotel is right next to a huge homeless population. However, it is a 15 minute walking distance from popular restaurants and squares. As for the room, it’s not the nicest room, so it fits the price of what you pay for. The sink and shower didn’t drain. But the bed was pretty comfy and had AC which was a huge advantage. The staff is amazing and super nice.
Location not good and the taxi that the hotel calls for service demands much more in the normal flare. Those who are hurrying to the bus stands to get to the metro station to take the metro bus to the airport don't have the time to argue with the taxi drivers. Previous drivers hired individually by the hotel guests normally pay $5 and in some cases $ 6 but the last driver charged $ 13.00. Other hotels...

Good hotel not far from the center. The rooms are old, but for one night it is quite suitable. We lived on the 7th floor, view of the Acropolis
We liked how close this property was to the Acropolis and nice restaurants, all with a 30 minute wall or less. However, when our Uber driver dropped us off he warned us not to go out at night because it was not a safe area. On our walks, we saw a lot of things that told us that was probably pretty accurate. The libby of the hotel was pretty nice. You could get specialty coffes, tea, pastries, etc....
How you enjoy your your stay here depends which direction you choose when exiting the hotel. It is essential to turn left then left again and carry on to shops and restaurants.A right turn will take you past what the other reviews have mentioned, and most likely result in a bad review
The hotel is used to sleep while you are in Athens for a couple of days, the location is complicated, since it is located in an unsafe neighborhood at night and quite abandoned and dirty. Otherwise it is fine.
The hotel is very quiet and the service from the front desk guy is good

I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and ensuite relatively clean. The only thing is the room are very cold (you have to go to reception to get a blanket/remote for A/C) and don’t come with a curtain - I would suggest a female only room rather than mixed. The area also isn’t the best, I didn’t feel super safe and refrained from walking outside when it got dark. I met some lovely people here though
We stayed there for 3 nights end of June. There’s always someone at the reception if you need anything, which is really helpful. The rooftop bar is amazing, we met lovely people. I had a great stay in a bunk room for my 4 days in Athens. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of both the Acropolis and the sunset (and so much more.) Very clean, nice rooms for a good price. It's not too far from attractions like the Acropolis and museums. I paid for a private room but still found that I could hear people late at night in the hallway. So the sound barrier between room and hallway wasn't great. Other than that it's a very nice hostel!
Great location. Couple blocks away from the super touristy areas which makes finding cheap, delicious, local places to eat very easy. Private room was large very clean and had a huge balcony. Very affordable. Rooftop bar was quite large and had great views of the acropolis and the whole city. Breakfast buffet was yummy and affordable. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend this hostel.

Good location. Good value for money. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of light spots. Personal safe could be a useful addition. Some maintenance stupid but annoying issues like a toilet seat not properly installed. Overall good value for the money.
The counter service is in place, the location is convenient, and it is close to the subway station! !
The staff are amazing, the cleaner will eventually ignore the do not disturb sign, be careful where you step in the near vicinity of the hotel, drug users about. If you want local food for breakfast head left out of the hotel then left again, a little ways up is a great cafe.
Nice hotel. Stayed for 3 days. Good staff. Close to a lot of halal food places. Walking distance from Omonia Sq (5mins) and 20mins walk from Syntagma Sq.
The room was average, a little small. Good service and correct attention. What we didn't like is that even though we considered the location to be quite central, all the surrounding areas were plagued by drug *******, a very serious problem that they suffer in Athens as you move away from the central tourist areas.

You get what you pay for, the shower is tiny and the hose couldn’t be hung so I had to hold it, the breakfast isn’t worth it. You do however get a clean bed and a working A/C, and you’re close to everything, also the water pressure in the shower is great.
One of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve slept on in 28 years as an adult. A mattress upgrade would go a LONG way towards making this a VERY quality stay. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price, in a fantastic location.
Value hotel in great central location. Basic but spotlessly clean and a recommended location based for onward travel.
