Not a good spot. We told a girl the first night our room had bed bugs and asked if we could be moved. To her credit she was very nice and said they didn’t have any available that night, but the next night we could. We then asked the next day about changing and the owner said no. He also wouldn’t offer us any sort of refund for the bed bugs, and told us if we wanted a different room the following day (we had reserved for 3 nights) it would cost us more money. He also didn’t seem even slightly surprised / caught off guard when we told him about the bed bugs. The younger girl we dealt with was great and you could tell the next day she felt really bad when the owner showed zero sympathy. Shes the only reason we gave a 2 star rather than 1 for service, but I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.

We are very happy to were there. The Service there is very good . They helped us many many Times. The 2 Girls which worked at the Reception are very friendly . Special Thanks from us to both and also a great Thank you to the girl from the Roomservice , it was excellent . Greetings from us to all There.

STAY AWAY
I stayed there last night !
bed was missing a plank (as the bed was bending) that was the balcony,I didn’t bother and I did it myself.
in the evening there was a heavy engine working all night (after midnight I arrived) that wouldn’t let us sleep. I tried to call to ask what’s happening but the phone was not working as well.
The flush was not working in the bathroom as well in result to all the room smell after I used the bathroom without being able to flush.The cleaning lady this morning said that on the high floors the flush doesn’t work in general.
if you check my profile I am not a complainer but despite the fact that the young lady at the reception was very kind, the manager on the phone was attacking and lying that everything works properly besides the phone which he said “in busy hotels these things happen”.
very disrespectfully he said “what do you want,I’ll give you 10€ discount” .

I missed my bus to Karditsa when I landed in Athens and a friendly taxi driver brought me here. I asked to take me to a clean inexpensive spot to sleep for the night. I was not disappointed. The staff spoke English and understood my poor Greek. The room was clean and the balcony was nice. My only complaint was that it seemed a little out of date and the air condition was not working. Thankful for the nice breeze that night

I made a reservation via booking that was automatically accepted, paid and confirmed.
They’ve sent me message that they made a mistake about the price.
I am trying to contact the property for days but they are not responding, while they firstly asked me to cancel the reservation (which is non refundable) and I have no response after that, leading me to not know what to do with my reservation.
Worst experience from a service from a hotel I have ever had.
Avoid!!!

I don't know why this Hotel does not have 5 stars, because this Hotel exeeds all of my expectations.
Super air conditioner, nice, clean room with view of THE ACROPOLIS and oh man, the reception person is very friendly.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood around is kinda tricky as there are some homeless people, hanging around but no harm made to any people passing by as much I've witnessed. Our room definitely needed some renovation but as I saw it may be just ours, as the others were in better condition. However it was clean and tidy.

If you search for a place to be close of everything in Athens then this is a good place and also quiet. We stayed just 6 hours because we was in transit. Rooms are looking old but are clean and the lady from reception is nice and have a great smile :) There is internet in room but it's slow so don't count on it.

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff is OK. Cheap and near the metro. The room itself is very basic, you get what you pay for
