The area is very calm and feels safe. Public transportation is near (tram/bus/trolley bus).

Clean and spacious rooms, given the price level. Make sure to tell the reception when you want the room cleaned, it is not done automatically. Clean towels are delivered packed in plastic. The air condition worked well and there was always enough hot water. There was a small fridge with a tiny freezer that worked well. The rooms had some signs of needing maintenance and there could have been more places to hang used towels and shelfs for placing clothes etc. Nice balcony! Drawback that the smell of smoke would come from the balcony.

The staff working during our visit was friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24/7 and the staff recognize everyone staying there so it feels rather safe. Very practical that one can buy snacks and drinks at any time. The breakfast was always the same: toast, an egg, a chocolate croissant, a glass of juice, a glass of water and a choice of coffee/tea/cold milk. There are many cafeterias nearby where you can also eat breakfast.

It is easy to take public transportation to places like Acropolis and beaches. There's a direct bus from the airport (X96). The mini market right next to the hotel sells tickets. If you plan to make more than 6 single trips in Athens it is cheaper to buy the five day pass.

All in all the hotel is a good choice given the price. The biggest drawback is the constant smell of smoke/e-cigarettes in the reception area. Not sure if this is a common issue in Greece, but if you're very sensitive to smoke the hotel is not the best choice.

Nice clean rooms with helpful staff located in a residential area. Not close to Acropolis but has good connectivity to Piraeus port, Airport by express bus and site seeing places.

Near by there is a Big super market where you can buy water for 0.24 Euros and other required items like sun screen lotion

Go to this place. There is lot of local and fine dine restaurants. There is a church, kids and local hang around this place till late night

Great hotel for the price. The room was clean, we didn't take breakfast, but there are plenty of options around. Definitely worth it for a couple on a budget stay in Athens.

Easy access to acropolis by bus 40 or 5 (30 min away).

My partner and I spent two nights at the hotel in mid-October. The staff were friendly and happy to answer all our questions. The city centre is not that close, but you can get there realivetly quickly by bus. Breakfast options were a bit poor, so we didn't request that. The beds were comfortable, clean and nice, and the atmosphere was friendly and quiet. Obviously, you should not expect luxory.. but for transit and/or to see Athens, it's a perfect choice for a few days. I highly recommend staying here, for the price and category of the hotel - it is a great choice.

Has a private parking area. Very polite and helpful staff. The room was very clean and renovated. Beds comfortable. Huge bathroom with a very big shower area. Silent room, no noise during the night. Everything was perfect. Late check-out available with extra charge. Only the shower head and water mixer in our room (107) could use a replacement. And one power outlet was half blocked by the bed so impossible to use. But that's just small details which didn't impact much. For the price and the category of the hotel its perfect!

So much better than a 2 star Hotel . They deserved to become a more star 🌟. Near to public stations, bus and Tramway, near to Ocean like 5 minet white Tramway . Near to restaurants and mini Markets. Good services and clean rooms white a balcony and air-condition. Bercfast cost 5 Euro per person but it was Good. 100 % is Suggestable.
