Hotel with potential but in bad condition.
Very superficial cleanliness, bad smell, poor food
We had the breakfast package and mostly the same things every day.

homophonic arassment. I was walking next to this “Establishment” after I broke up with my boyfriend and I was crying. Apparently because I was being “ a mess” they called the cops on me saying I was trying to “destroy” their business.
An actual cop asked me to give him a picture of my ID he took a picture of my passport.
If you’re LGBTQ+ - STAY AWAY.

I’ve been to many hotels. But this one is the worst that i’ve been by far . The room and especially the bathroom was dirty. The air condition device was not working, the balcony doors didn’t close, and they did nothing about that. So it was 7 days with no air condition. The towels haven’t been changed regulary.
The menager was on the other hand realy nice and the breakfast also was nice.
Also they charge extra for the internet hotspot to the room (i’ve would never pay extra for the internet in 21st century)
Overall expirience is that i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty rooms,even if they clean it every day,it is not cleaned properly.
Forgot to give us clean towels every day and always forget to give us all needed towels.
Coridors are dirty as well.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The rooms are in a desperate need of renovation. There is a musty smell throughout. Bathroom is falling apart, the sink is rusty and dirty, there is nowhere to hang towels and the shower curtain is not something you would want to touch. There is something like a kitchenette and the dishes in the small cupboard above the sink are dirty and sticky and the electric socket is falling out. The view is horrible if you are not facing the street. The breakfast is usual, but don't expect the eggs and bacon to be warm.
The staff is nice, especially the young boy working in the restaurant area. The receptionists are also very kind.
This hotel has a huge potential as it is in a very nice part of town, but a whole renovation is long overdue. I would not go back while in this state.

Room is ok, although the bathroom is a bit moldy and instead of double bed there are two single beds one beside another. I give low rating because on website they say the wifi is free but they request 15e to use wifi in the room and also one day the bread was moldy. Positive is the cleaning service for the rooms.

This hotel is really not worth the price. The rooms and bathroom are very dirty, cleanliness is at the bare minimum. Even the washed towels and sheets come back with stains. Above all things, there is no wi-fi and if you want internet in your room you need to pay. The staff is unavailable and pretty uninterested in guests.
