This hotel was great. It’s located so close by to everything. The casino, beaches, throne of Helios 9D, blue lagoon, aquarium, and old town of Rhodes are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. They even brought us a bottle of wine which was a kind gesture. We had a great time at this hotel. Air conditioning works great and they had a huge selection of breakfast foods included every morning too in the free breakfast buffet.

The Rooms are tight and in my oponion the Bath was not as clean as i expect it.
There were some hairs on the toilet...
The Balcony is nice but you can use it only half if you have the aircondition running.

Excellent service, spotlessly clean, lovely room if slightly small. Fabulous king size bed. Reasonable breakfast .superb location. Balcony was a nice surprise. Wonderful reception staff, especially Scena.

Very central at the new town district, easily walkable to the old town and the ferry port. Nice rooms, very helpful and kind staff. Really liked this place.

Simply cannot recommend it enough! It's the only place I choose to stay when I come to Rhodos, for the past 15 years! Excellent location, clean rooms, pleasant environment, very good breakfast, polite staff and close to everything if you want to be in the town centre. It was a random booking at first, as i was looking for a very central hotel, which became a must over the years! Hope to return again soon!

The worst hotel I've stayed in. Under facilities it states "free parking" which is not offered at all. There is only street parking which is beyond difficult to find. The staff is not accommodating in the least bit. We had reserved 10 rooms and needed to cancel a single room due to covid and they would not give us a refund. When getting the keys to the rooms they didn't give us the key for the room we wished to get a refund. When I asked where is that key the staff responded " what do you need it for ". When we asked to see a manager they never showed up. We eventually got the key for the room. The rooms themselves were horrible and had many issues and bugs. The breakfast was not edible.

Great hotel, cozy with friendly stuff and very good breakfast. Located directly in the center of the city ,it is near many shops, restaurants and places to see.
