Lydia Hotel

This hotel was great. It’s located so close by to everything. The casino, beaches, throne of Helios 9D, blue lagoon, aquarium, and old town of Rhodes are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. They even brought us a bottle of wine which was a kind gesture. We had a great time at this hotel. Air conditioning works great and they had a huge selection of breakfast foods included every morning too in the free breakfast buffet.

Booked this last minute for a few nights in Rhodes town 2 days before I went. Was one of the few places available at a reasonable price. Usually wouldnt look at a 2 star but glad I did. Better than a 2 star in the UK. Location was perfect and very central with everywhere in easy walking distance - 5 minutes to bus station, 10 minutes to restaurants/beach, 15 minutes to old town and 30 minutes to Rhodes Acropolis. Location was surrounded by shops so no excessive noise at night from bars. Breakfast was plentiful if not some strange options (chips/fries?). The room was very comfortable and the AC was good. As previously noted the air con was not great in the lobby or breakfast area but this did not affect me as I was only there first thing in the morning or last at night. Would gladly stay here again if back in Rhodes. For the facilities and price it is well worth a stay. Only downside was of my own making when I left my phone charger behind.

Excellent service, spotlessly clean, lovely room if slightly small. Fabulous king size bed. Reasonable breakfast .superb location. Balcony was a nice surprise. Wonderful reception staff, especially Scena.

Very central at the new town district, easily walkable to the old town and the ferry port. Nice rooms, very helpful and kind staff. Really liked this place.
