This is a very good hotel, our room is 501 (the highest floor, 1st room). The hotel crew is kind, and speek in english. The room is pretty small, but god for us

Very central hotel with service minded staff. If you are lucky and get room with sea view - it is amazing! Very simple but fresh and filling breakfast.

Wte had a great stay here. We had a room on the front side. Amazing to see the sea all day. A/C in the room and great beds. You are near everything you need.

Not a great hotel, but expected for the low price. Very good location however. Had issues checking in, but the staff apologized and compensated for it.

Excellent atmosphere both in and outside the hotel. Manager Maikel was very polite and helpful. I rekommend to all who are seeking something more spirithual and not just sea view :-)

Clean small room with excellent location inside the Old Town. Free amenities, good WiFi and a/c. Room and bathroom were on the small side but it was perfect for a short stay

The hotel is right next to the beach which is ideal, but if you want to go to other cities by public transport you'll have to walk to the central bus station which can be a long walk when it's hot outside and you're carrying bags of stuff for the day

The staff is very friendly and made our stay there amazing! Food is also very good. There is a public beach right accross the street, which is very nice for swimming and relaxing. Two sunbeds with umbrella are 20€ a day

Breakfast the staff welcome you ones more all you can eat quality , taste , variety , all you feel like a king , this is my second day here i have 2 days more but I love this hotel am in hotels 39 years whey they take care of you it is magic kostas papalexis santorini ( if any more search for hotel I Rhodes ONLY one choice Mediterranean !!!

I found that great hotel (((Mediterranean ))) , we booked flight to Rhodes a car rental we arrive so easy with comfortable parking frond of the hotel , location is the best in Rhodes quiet and beach FRONT

We spent a week At the hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the great hospitality. We were upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Seeing the sun rise every morning was breathtaking

Overall, the hotel is good, with a great location close to everything. The food is average and does not really change from day to day. Many thanks to the entire team. we would be happy to return in the future!

The staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The variety and quality of the food was amazing. We came with a small child, Rebeca, she is very shy but they made her feel so comfortable she even danced in the lobby

Housekeeping is very nice and helpful. Really good cosmetics products in a room. Rooms were really clean and tidy. Food was out of this world, everyday was different cuisine which was ideal

The staff is among the best I've ever encountered, from the receptionist who goes above and beyond to assist with everything and provides personal attention to each guest, to the dining room staff, who were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed, especially with our small children (and a special mention to the friendly pizza chef who makes the best...

That was one of the best stays in a hotel in my life. Staff of this hotel are so nice and friendly, always will help you with anything you need. Beds in a room are really comfortable

After check out you can still leave your luggage and use swimming pool or shower. Really good quality of everything. Huge recommendation ❤️ Definitely gonna come back

Very nice people working there. Great location right next to the beach with sea view and 15 minutes walk to Rhodes downtown. Something didn’t work out in the original room that we booked, so we got an upgrade

Seaside , comfortable & clean rooms. In a good location very close to Rhodes old town, restaurants and bars. Breakfast with a lot of choise , day time in restaurant and seaside you can have a good pizza

The breakfast at hotel was fantastic - everything you could possibly think of was available & the food was so fresh & tasty. The hotel is well situated for bars & good restaurants in the area

Lovely hotel - public areas clean & spacious. Our room was lovely although bathroom on small side. We had internal view but struck lucky as we had a large balcony & garden view

My friends and I all have poor or no sight, and with their help we were able to avoid the busy confusing buffet breakfast as they brought everything to us

Pool area not particularly large but there is so much to do on the island that we weren't at pool area before 3pm & had no problem getting a sunbed. The staff at hotel were all very friendly & welcoming

What an amazing central hotel in Rhodes town. Staff were top class in every department and met all our needs with a smile. Breakfast provided a brilliant array of dishes to suit the needs of everyone

We didn't stay in the hotel but visited the bar. The waitress was very nice and gave us free crisps to go alongside our drinks. I loved my Mai Tai cocktail, which was really strong and a large glass

Shower very good, always lots of hot water, shower gel dispenser also. The domestic ladies should be very proud of their work. Breakfast buffet was very good, and catered for everyone

Nice hotel, in a very central location. Descent breakfast buffet selection with many choices. Clean rooms, great air-conditioning that made the room super cool even in extreme heat

Lots of healthy option choices, and Rhodian traditional breakfast items to try. My only little niggle was the toaster machine. 6 slice toaster, of which 3 partitions didn't work

The service there was excellent and there was a very personal attitude and I have never felt such an attitude anywhere in the world. The price is very cheap and you get more for your value

Excellent internet. Recently renovated and modern. Super clean. Ample parking. Perfect location within walking distance of the old town and a few minute drive to the highways.

And the place is about 5 minutes early from the new and old city right in the center of everything! I had an amazing week and highly recommend going there

For high needs people maybe this hotel is bad, but for me it was really nice place, close to the center and all attractions, room got cleaning almost everyday. Stuff at the reception was the nicest.

We tried to sleep there one night but we got symptoms because of the mold and got a new room. In the second room, we looked under the mattress and found a bed bug's shir. We complained about the room and got a third room

But the showerhead fell on the floor and broke and one morning the toilet didn't flush anymore. We complained about them right away in the morning,but they didn't fix the toilet until 11:00 p

the breakfast was bad, the woman working at the breakfast was lovely, congested, in good condition The hotel did not meet its expectations. We got one room which was really moldy

We were contacted zenhotels by email and once they answered and promised to be in touch with the hotel. After that we didn't hear from zenhotels

The paint on the wall is peeling off and the toilet is really moldy. The walls and the shower curtain are completely covered in mold

But it didn’t hinder the experience we had! The staff at the hotel are incredible and will help you with anything you need

What an amazing first trip to Greece and Rhodes, not a 4 star hotel but great value for money in a good location! All the staff especially the nightshift reception guy Paris was so welcoming and friendly

The hotel is still in renovation. However the room was cleaned every day, the receptionists were amazing. The breakfast was good and varied. The room was small and between the bed and the table the space was very narrow.

The pool has no view but why go there when in 3 minutes you can take a bath in the wonderful blue sea? It is not a 4 star hotel more of a 3 star but for my and my wife it was perfect

The location is absolutely perfect as it’s close to the old town and also a Beach right across it. We didn’t swim at the beach across as we spent more time travelling around the island

I really enjoyed my stay here for a week but I am not pretentious at all, all I need is a bed and a shower. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful

We both absolutely loved our stay here, the room was clean, spacious and comfy, we opted for a 'side sea view' and still had a beautiful view of the old windmills and the sunset over the sea each night

The wonderful breakfast selection gave us both a fantastic start to the day. DINNER: The evening meal, buffet style, was a different theme each night - but the quality and flavour remained perfect

So you can do your morning stroll in the sun next to the crashing waves. About a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. So you can visit it as often as you like for shopping or to get some lunch

LOCATION: The hotel is roughly a 10-15 minute easy walk from the Old Town, 30 seconds from the beach, and it is on a road with plenty of shops and bars if you don't want to venture too far

Had a couple issues with the room, which the staff quickly fixed with no further problems x Breakfast served daily, and a mini fridge in the room. The lady who cooked the eggs and pancakes every morning is a superstar! X

We spent our honeymoon in Rhodes, and we chose this hotel and it was a very good decision, because we had everything we needed. The beach was very close, so we could visit it every day, but we also used the hotel pool

The rooms were perfect, we had enough space, we really did have a sea view, the cleaning was daily, and the breakfast was amazing

The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they smiled a lot, which is also very important. All in all it was a great experience, we were really satisfied

Great small hotel within easy walking distance of Rhodes walled centre. Standard rooms a little small but staff really friendly and helpful. We were bed and breakfast so didn't take evening meal

Too many restaurants to tempt you out

I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel only because of these 2 guys alone, really great people, plus the rest of the staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful, it was a very pleasant stay for me and my friends

He helped us feel at home and served us the best way possible. Also his brother Rafael is super nice and also served us well. Both of them really made our experience at the hotel better

The hotel is well located there is a supermarket just across the street and a lot of bar and restaurants nearby. As for the rooms the beds are not very comfortable the need to fix that issue

A tired hotel just behind the beachfront that is at least a cheap place to lay your head and has helpful and English speaking staff. Hotel has I think 6 floors but only two tiny lifts that took an age to arrive

comfy room nice bathroom cool balcony good air con. Bathroom is cosy but you get what you pay for. Staff are fantastic and incredibly helpful and friendly

5 minute walk to the old town and lots of good restaurants nearby

The food was of a really high standard and much more imaginative and interesting than we expected. We had three evening meals at the hotel which is unusual as normally we like to go to different restaurants each night

We stayed for a week in October. We would highly recommend the hotel. It was in a good location for walking to the old town. Our room was spotlessly clean, a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable

The double glazing cut out any noise from the street and the air conditioning was effective. Always bright cheerful helpful and efficient. The manager was around regularly keeping an eye on things

We had a lovely stay at Rodos Park. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was excellent. The breakfast was faultless as was the pool area

Wonderful little hotel thats walkable to old town. Has Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. The rooms are unique in their layout, which we are guessing due to renovation of old buildings.

It was our wedding and we booked the Bouganvillea suite for myself to get dressed on the day and the Ibiscus to stay for another 4 days with my husband. Everything was so well-organised and beautifully decorated

Great hotel! Basic rooms but has a fridge and crockery. The pool area is lovely but get there early to ensure you get a bed. Very good location for the new town and the beach. 15 minute walk to the old town

If you don’t like loud music request a quiet room as the strip is right below you. Beautiful sea view from our room

Do not buy the bracelets they sell wich grant you access to discounts and special "happenings", it's not worth it at all. Pretty good budget option if you are on a party vacation

Maria from reservations was fantastic and moved our booking here and we are very happy! Big room for a hotel (2 full size bedrooms), location is amazing with 2 beaches within 200m (one is windy and waves, the other protected), 10min walk to the centre

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast is delicious serve in your private veranda. Bed and pillows are very, very comfortable. We received as a compliment wine bottle and fruits. Definitely recommend the hotel

This hotel was incredible from start to finish. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms paid homage to the Old Town of Rhodes. The hotel was also right in the center of everything Rhodes has to offer

I would like to say that 6 stars would be necessary. The hospitality as well as the service and the hotel by itself are amazing. The best possible accommodation even without the City.

The room was very fun! The staff and ammendities are amazing! The front desk is willing to help with anything you ask for! We would love to come back here and stay!

There are no words to describe the experience we had. One great feature was the electric car that took us to and from the port free of charge

Breakfast - very good selection and it varied from day to day. But it was a bit competitive - use your elbows! And don't wait to be seated. Just walk in and find a table - leave something on the table to bag it

Beds are unfortunatelly really uncomfortable and firm. Glass doors to the bathroom are really bad choice - forget any privacy. Sound insulation doesn't exist

Pool nice and clean - a bit odd as chained off until 10am - actually a bit after. And locked up with a chain dead on 6pm

Renovation required in the rooms and the updated furniture. The food in the restaurant delicious, the staff is helpful. The location is good.

Michalis is the star of the hotel, but the girls at the reception are also special. I can't say much good about the waiters, they don't even smile. The cleaning staff is also nice, especially the greek girl
