New York Hotel

We had very very small room, with no balcony, no wardrobe. Bahroom is also very small. Overall, our room vas very bad.
Location: Hotel is not far from the beach, but also it is not close to the beach. So location is not ideal.
Breakfest: very very bad. 3 croassants, 3 very thin slices of cheap ham and 3 very thin slices of cheese. Also 3 butters, jam, honey and untasty coffeee.
Bar: Loud music vas very often so you may have difficult time regarding falling asleep.
Owner is okay, he was relatively friendly.

I didnt expect much for this price of hotel, but this is below my expectations.

Stayed for 8 nights and room was cleaned once. 1st day we had no hot water because the owner had the boiler turned off. The sliding door had no mesh to keep mosquitoes away: we were eaten by the mosquitoes. The sliding doors were banging on the tracks and kept us up all night until toilet paper was used to keep the door from banging. One night, a guest from a different room used their key to open our room. The owner the next day changed our lock. There is no parking unless you are lucky (which I was most nights). Breakfast consisted of 4 buns and 3-4 croissants and 3 slices of ham and cheese cut in half to form 6 triangle slices of each in addition to 3 butters, jam and honey and coffee. Last night the owner charged me 6€ for A/C per night despite being included in the price as described on Hotwire, Expedia, Bookings, etc. I was given the money back from Hotwire. Gets really noisy some nights as he operates a bar too within the hotel. Would I stay again? Absolutely not.

Extra charge of €6 per day to get the air-conditioning turned on.
No extra sheet or blanket or soap.
When you shower you must hold the shower head.
