Just excellent. We went here with our 1 year son, Big Baby. Nice aquapark and good view over sea. Also very nice food.

Very good stay Clean hotel, magnificent view close to a small town with sandy beach. The pools are sea water and a little small but pleasant. No entertainment which makes the atmosphere quiet

This is an excellent beach hotel!!!! Sea view is fantastic and the accommodation is very good! Rooms are very comfort and new! The food is also excellent, fresh drinks and beautiful pool bar!! Stuff is very polite and it can help you with anything you want!! Also the owners are very warm and friendly people!!

The quality of the food is also very good and selection of such is very good, something for everyone. Pools, Sauna, gym, aswell as the bars are available to all guests. Massages are a special service though

We had a very good and relaxing full body massage, aole vera packing and facial treatment by Anja and Eirini. After that we could use the SPA facilities. We loved it!!

There is a large indoor pool and several types of saunas. I also recommend getting a massage — I had one with Demetrius, and I really enjoyed it

If you’re on a diet and have a sweet tooth — do not come to this hotel 😄, because you simply won’t be able to resist the desserts! There were different desserts every lunch and dinner, and they were always very, very delicious

However, the breakfast is the same every day (hard boiled eggs, tomato salad, bread, butter, marmelade, cheese, ham, cereals, coffee and tea). The room had a nice side view of the sea but it was not very clean

The hotel is close to the beach, approximately 7-10 minutes of walking. It has a nice view from the terrace

The room was a little dusty and the bathroom had signs of mold

The food is excellent, we ate lunch here on four occasion's and each time the food was amazing. Ronnie will reserve your beds on the beach, take orders for lunch whilst you sunbathe and call you when its ready

A lunch visit is a "must"to this beautiful, quiet, relaxing oasis on the beach at Stalis. As always the food was spectacular. Peter definitely gives attention to detail. We visited 3 times in 7 days for lunch.

Highly recommend Talgo Suites. Excellent location,beautifully decorated ,spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast very tasty and snacks available during day in the beautiful beach garden setting

We arrived very late on the Sunday and were met by Peter who stayed up late to greet us, a nice touch indeed. This place is excellent in all ways , very well kept, very clean and very quiet

There are no regular restaurants around the hotel that can meet the quality of food presented here! The employees are all so friendly and kind, giving you the best service and completing the whole holiday experience at the Kalypso hotel!!! We will return here again and can recommend it without any doubts…

The Kalypso in Malia - Crete is a little gem. The hotel is quietly located and the city center (party mile) can be reached in just a 15-minute walk

Can go to the beach too which is owned by another hotel but that's fine. Some people say the pool towels cost extra but the first one is free and you're free to use it throughout the week

There's also a convienient laundry rack in the rooms. The food was fine, maybe needed some more salt at times. We arrived quite late and they even had a cold buffet waiting for us which we didn't expect!

Animation team are great, there's a small waterpark for the kids (just a couple of average sized pools and a splash area, but good for younger kids)

The kids klubb was lovely for my cousins. The entertainment was so nice and put in a lot of effort. My aunt went there last year and the hotel and entertainment has had a great improvement. Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. A 20-30min drive from Heraklion. Different pools to choose from and some water slides. Although the water was a bit on the colder side in October but we still swam

Location is great in terms of being right by the beach but there's not much in the immediate area. Would definitely visit again but maybe if it was just the two of us

Other stuff isn't overpriced either. Hotel buildings are 4 stories at max. Water slides offer average thrill. Only downsides are that heated pool was as cold as outside and massage jets don't work

Just back from a ten day stay at Grand Hotel. Super clean rooms and dining areas. Pool areas power hosed every morning and then mopped by the very hard working cleaners

Excellent choice of food in main restaurant and vegetarians catered for at all times. Desserts delicious and plenty of choice compared to many other all inclusive hotels that I’ve stayed in

A special mention to George in the restaurant who is just one of those welcoming and helpful people that makes your holiday very special. He’s worked there for 25 years and could not do enough for our family

- 4 pools (main, kids, relaxed, slides) with plenty beach chairs (saltwater like most pools on creta, slide pools is fresh water) -bars with coffee, branded softdrinks, ice cream and even fresh cocktails (fresh lime/lemon/mint) -you need to take a transit to the beach but it's not far and will transfer you every 15 mins or faster

An outstanding gentleman and a huge asset to Grand Hotel! Mary Ann and Hannah were also exceptional restaurant staff and so friendly and helpful

location good let's itself down with zero entertainment for the adults and the 2 pools not 3 are not large however the low-level large pool was great. could not have stayed here with a family of 4

not a hotel as 4 star would suggest. 4 folk living in such a small room is horrendous. cleaning good reception good pools good

plus when I said give me all inclusive as compensation you lost the plot we don't drink alcohol. 1 beer and 1 wine 3 local spirits that would have been shocking at 480 euro. all I wanted was post mix coca cola

could not understand at half board why I was ushered away from the bar too buy real bottles of cola at 2 euro you only wanted to sell post mix rubbish. dont let yourselves down doing that it's tacky

negative the positives I pointed out deflected the 1 member of staff that harassed us. plus covid could of shut you down. i was being helpful telling you. you went on that you never had a complaint

i don't want to criticise too much but I hope they read this and take on board there are much better around them and next time in malia stalls area we will be booking a proper 4 star Hotel

Wifi isn't included unless you pay extra. Free WiFi in the lobby, pool and surrounding area but you need to pay of you want WiFi in the rooms

A beautiful hotel , in a really nice quiet setting ! Food was amazing but the staff is what made the trip exceptional , so friendly and will do anything to make you feel welcome ! Eva and the rest of then service time i can't thank enough ! Would 100% recommend and return

We arrived after midnight and were offered food which really does not happen elsewhere- so kind of reception. Beach is 5mins walk so you dont get bored. 26 degrees all week at the end of October

Highly recommend if you are looking for relaxation and not the 'policing' type hotel

We have just come back yes the rooms are standard and not the same pictures as advertised but it was clean the cleaners in every day , the food was repetitive and not always hot but I must say Angelo amd his team worked very hard with the likes of marianna and eva and giannis always having a smile and must say Angelo

Also 3 different pool bars included with drinks and some snacks. The Water Park is right next door and has multiple pools for all ages. Some slides for and access to sunbeds in the park and on the beach are also included

The food is excellent and the selection is amazing! The area can be a bit windy since it’s up north, but there are plenty of other attractions to enjoy – lots of pools, fun water slides, kids’ corners, playgrounds, and more

We are On our last day at this hotel. Rooms are excellent, and cleaned every day. Lots of choice of food and drink. Places to eat all over the complex. Pools are a little cold, but everyone loved the new water slides

Great hotel for family vacation. Plenty of offers for children (pools, kids club, playgrounds). Mini Disxo for children on 6 of 7 days. 3 different restaurants (2 with breakfast and lunch) with all inclusive

The whole resort is quite spacious and access to everything is included in the price, even the sunbeds on the beach. It’s truly a paradise for children

But as I'm laying here at 21:05, and my hotel room is literally shaking from the sound of their ''entertainment'' which tonight is bingo night, they are screaming numbers and repeating them in German & French

Today we passed this beautiful hotel on a walk and thought it was a shame that it was deserted. With the umbrellas only the rods are left and the entire system is orphaned

We waited so long for our vacation! And finally!!!! I really liked the room, spacious, clean, modern and light design. The hotel has a swimming pool and I spent half of my vacation there

We were accommodated in a large good room /family room/. All the rooms in the hotel are good, modern and neat. The beach is wonderful and the sea is fabulous silky

What a stay! Family run business with George at the helm. Fantastic stay with a beautiful room, lovely pool area, good food and drink and good location to the local town

A couple of suggestions for improvement, though not criticisms: an investment in a high-quality coffee machine would be appreciated, as the coffee does not match the exceptional standard of the food and wine, and a bit more variety at breakfast would be welcome

I cannot say enough good things about Creta Blue and it's owner, George and staff. By far the most beautiful place I have stayed at. The suites are lovely, the food wonderful and the view from our balcony was stunning

Food was ok - a bit samey on a lot of days. The pool area is small with not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel (luckily we were there out of season!)

Modern service, pool and outside areas. Helpful , efficient and cheerful staff in al areas. Not really suitable for kids and meal times can be brisk. Food is generally good and plentiful for a three star rating

On arrival which was after midnight received a warm greeting at reception and was informed that after taking our cases to our room that a meal was waiting for us in the dining room

Rooms can be a little dated and basic, although the are clean an comfortable. It appears the hotel is gradually refurbishing thou this is not obvious and detrimental to your stay. Good value for money and very relaxing

Amazing hotel, fantastic service, prefect location and an incredible buffet. We only paid for breakfast yet, they offered us free dinner. Everybody here was very so nice and caring. The rooms however are satisfactory

There is a swimming pool on the top floor, and the view is very nice. We choose half-board (buffet). Breakfast was always excellent

We recently stayed at Creta Blue for the week. This hotel is beautiful and set high up with a lovely view. The room was immaculate and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful

The sunbeds were so comfortable and the pool was great. The village of Koutouloufari had great options of restaurants and bars. We definitely plan on coming back!

Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and the private jacuzzi made it absolutely perfect for a relaxing holiday in April. The pool area is lovely and very well maintained, offering a great spot to unwind

Lovely pool, and sufficient beds for everyone. The clientele are a mix of young, mature and small families, most of whom appeared to be proffesional's which made it feel very comfortable

We had searched extensively for a hotel with a heated pool, and not only did Creta Blue deliver on that, but our suite also came with a private jacuzzi on the balcony

What an amazing place so friendly, immaculate, comfy beds, hot showers, delicious cocktails, beautiful decor the list is endless. Giannis & Illiana are so welcoming from the minute you arrive until you have to leave

Kichen and bathroom had everytning we needed. Room had 2 balconies with beautiful view, one with beach view and one with sea view. Swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed our time in it

The beach and a couple of restaurants are a short walk away and the old town is so nice with lovely restaurants, it’s about a 30 min walk and 10euros in a taxi back

Olympus also has a cafee/bar with amazing drinks :) Olympus studios is pet friendly place, there are two sweet dogs there which are super nice ! Overall i would rate my experience with Ilyana and Giannis 11/10 - we really enjoyed our time spent there, maybe some day we will come back 😃

The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool. I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable

-restaurant: Eating by the pool with sounds of violin and guitar during dinner was very nice. Great choice of food, never standing in line or waiting for a table

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days in July of 2024. Here is a short recap and a recommendation: -location: 3 minutes walking distance to the main street, 5 minutes from first beach, still always so quite and peaceful

Nice design, very clean, good view from the balcony. The stuff was amazing, waiters were polite and hardworking, guys from the reception were helpful and friendly. The cook working in the mornings was very nice

The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away

The pool space is great with plenty of sun loungers, bean bags etc for all. Staff are very welcoming shout out to Sofia in kids club

I had a massage it was so good I booked another one this was done by Michael …. Mautilus Spa what a great guy and so good at his job …. so don’t hesitate you must go and meet him and definitely book one

You absolutely must get a massage from Michael! You'll feel like your on a cloud of sunshine after really great massages I went twice! Lots of incredible restaurants within a 5 mins of the hotel

There is a lot of people in the village, but not as much as in the center of Hersonissos so it is more peaceful and quiet. Also, if you want to go to the city, you can always use the hotel bus to get there

The views were stunning, especially around sunset, and the location was perfect within walking distance to the charming villages of Old Hersonissos, Piskopiano, and Koutouloufari

We recently returned from a lovely stay at Amazones Village Suites and had a fantastic time! We booked a garden view suite, which was spacious, airy, and very comfortable

The pool was lovely and my only gripe would be the amount of sunbeds available for the amount of guests but there simply isn’t room for more. The breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choice

A quick tip -if you're booking through EasyJet, make sure you select a suite and not the annex to ensure you are staying in the main hotel! The pool area was great, and our kids absolutely loved it

Kalimera village is located in Piskopiano a small village above the busy chersonisos, where you find lovely traditional restaurants and nice local shops( they also have a private parking, which is a must in Piskopiano) Kostas is the best host, very attentive to all your needs, from amazing breakfast to great cocktails!! If you need to switch off this place is the one you are looking for, private, clean...

The apartment was not only very comfortable and spacious, but it also had an authentic, Greek style to complete the full Greek experience. In addition, everyone was so kind and friendly, making us feel welcome everywhere

We loved the fact that our apartment was in a nice location with a beautiful view. It was in a more village-style area, which we appreciated because we were not right in the midst of the loud, busy city area of the town

For a chilled and peaceful holiday lounging around our private pool, diamond village was what we needed - we wouldn’t stay in the other section and recommend going bed and breakfast but we came home much more relaxed than we arrived so that’s a winner!

The suites are attached onto a more basic hotel with the usual pool area. The breakfast was fine, the quality matches the hotel rather than the suites but certainly was acceptable

We stayed in one of Diamond village’s individual suites with private pool - these suites are beautiful, very well done out and the private pool area is an absolute dream

You should try their Greek salad, it’s much better than is some restaurants, so refreshing during hot day. I recommend to everyone - couples and families

I don’t understand some of the reviews for this place, we stayed for 2 weeks and not once did we have any arguments or anything bad happen other than paying for the air con (couldn’t pay card so had to give cash due to the added tax I think) Rooms clean and what you expect for a 3 star hotel

The cleaning team greeted us whenever they walked by. The staff at the pool bar were more than happy to book taxis or restaurants for us. It felt like there was always someone around to assist if needed

Staff were brilliant, the blonde woman on a morning is so friendly, the guy who comes early evening (we call him Mr Hat) very fine gentleman, looked after me and my partner

Pool area clean, pool bar had recognised drinks you would have at home plus some greek beer. It’s nothing big for the pool bar menu but it’s more of a snack bar than a restaurant. Which to be honest, was nice enough

We are back from a week staying here. also bins in room emptyevery other nothing else. the pool area is clean and lovely peaceful setting meau is basic as in no sides like chips. or sandwiches you have to have a main meal

Our first time in greece and staying at bellos was great, the staff were amazing and friendly. We spent most time down at the bottom pool and kostas was great. The food we had there was also good

When we arrived Thanos was there to greet us with a smile and a helpful hand and Maria and George in the dining room made our dining experience the best always with a smile and the best personal touch was they remembered which drinks we liked but all of the staff were amazing and made this holiday a one to remember

Colin and I had a wonderful time at Bellos apartments. Was gutted when we arrived late eve to see a huge hills to get down with a wheelchair. I actually booked in store and they could clearly see Colin uses a wheelchair

We also enjoyed the Greek night and liked the way everyone had tables reserved for their room. We were positioned so Colin could see all of it and I was allowed up first to get our food

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

I stayed for a week! Pros: • The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk

The lady who checked me in was super friendly and l liked that they actually took you to your room when you first check in that is a nice touch

I have enjoyed the pool time there. Room was always nice and tidy. The food and drinks really good and tasty. They dad all sorts of variety that could choose from. The staff was lovely and helpful at any time

The pool area is ok but definitely has the feel of it having once been a car park or something. Breakfast is just ok, food selection is broad but the quality is really quite poor

We had a two bedroom and small kitchen, right by the pool and a bar. On Friday night's they have a BBQ with music and Dancing, very authentic
