A special thanks to ladies from the reception, the great bartender lady on the main bar (with red lipstick), and Alexis from the à la carte restaurants, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. In fact, the entire staff was incredible—everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. It’s safe to say we received the best treatment we’ve ever experienced at a hotel.
Also food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that felt like home. Each meal was delicious, well-prepared, and comforting—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to quality.
Overall, our stay at Mitsis Norida was nothing short of perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommended ❤️🥹

The A la carte dining was high quality ingredients cooked to perfection and even the other restaurants/buffets on site were also delicious. All fresh and great service to match.
Plenty on offer to do with excursions, entertainment. But you can cater to your own needs for your holiday.

Food was good. Plenty of options. Our personal view was the family village food was better.
Beach beds have been upgraded which is a nice upgrade.
Staff were fairly mixed. Some not as friendly and prob had enough of the high season.
Overall a lovely hotel and resort.
When you come here, you will realize that the quality is much higher than the price, the warmth that comes from the words of the service staff, from the smiling faces and from the cards that are often left to us individually, never fades from our hearts.
I would like to say a big thank you to the entire creative team, the service staff, all their managers for creating such an environment that you visit for the first time, but never the last, because when you go, you are already dreaming of when the next summer will come to see this lovely and warm-hearted service staff with this picturesque island. The location, has an amazing backdrop of mountains and spreads right down to the beach. It is vast and has been hugely upgraded since our last visit to Kos in 2020.
We were welcomed by really friendly guest services and despite the late hour we were checked in a directed to our room in no time.
Our room was spacious, clean and had everything you would expect from this hotel, stocked fridge, plenty of towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, comfortable beds, and a stunning view. Our room was actually larger than we expected!
The facilities....plenty of choice where to eat and the booking system for the restaurants was easy to use. The bars, really friendly staff and every single one we came into contact with during our stay had a smile for us.
Our children were made to feel special by the friendly waiters in all the restaurants and the food was spot on every night, SO many things to choose from and always service with a smile.
Entertainment was good for all ages.
The pools were always clean and I noted that the general facilities like the toilets were always spotless and being cleaned. We mixed our time between the pools and the beach and never struggled to get beds.
We had a wonderful stay here and didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back as this hotel has it all in our eyes.
Keep up the amazing service you are giving at this hotel, it's a real gem and a credit to the Mitsis chain. We can't wait to come back again.
