This was my second time staying at Mitsis Norida, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into paradise. The beautiful setting, impeccable service, and the welcoming atmosphere make it one of my absolute favorite places to stay. Every time we come here, we feel like we’re in paradise.
A special thanks to ladies from the reception, the great bartender lady on the main bar (with red lipstick), and Alexis from the à la carte restaurants, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. In fact, the entire staff was incredible—everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. It’s safe to say we received the best treatment we’ve ever experienced at a hotel.
Also food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that felt like home. Each meal was delicious, well-prepared, and comforting—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to quality.
Overall, our stay at Mitsis Norida was nothing short of perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommended ❤️🥹

The service at Mitsis Norida was exceptional. The staff was always attentive, polite, and ready to assist with any request. Whether at the restaurant or housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Highly impressed!

Luxurious hotel at a beautiful location. The service is top, you feel at ease and comfortable. Nothing is too much for the personal. Very high quality of the food.

Nice resort. The crepe restaurant was really nice and the asian restaurant was alright. I really enjoyed the pools as well but be careful the floor/sides are gritty like sandpaper can graze yourself very easily! The main restaurant buffet isn't bad but it isn't amazing none of the cooked meats were seasoned and food was always a little overcooked.
Overall I had a very nice holiday there and majority of the staff were very nice and super helpful!!!

Amazing holiday!!
I really can't speak highly enough of this place, all the staff made our stay incredible. The food, the service the cleanliness. All together is a success story for an amazing holiday..
The A la carte dining was high quality ingredients cooked to perfection and even the other restaurants/buffets on site were also delicious. All fresh and great service to match.
Plenty on offer to do with excursions, entertainment. But you can cater to your own needs for your holiday.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality great value stay.

Lovely room(massionette) plenty of space and clean.
Food was good. Plenty of options. Our personal view was the family village food was better.
Beach beds have been upgraded which is a nice upgrade.
Staff were fairly mixed. Some not as friendly and prob had enough of the high season.
Overall a lovely hotel and resort.

When I was planning where to go, I discovered Norida Beach, I was fascinated by its photos, videos, reviews written by vacationers, and I decided to come here. Along with the amazing views, the bluer sea than the sky and the facilities that the island has to offer, the staff are amazing - the best part is when everything is crystal clear, the rooms, the bathrooms. Everything oozes cleanliness, from the smallest details in the rooms to the largest details.
When you come here, you will realize that the quality is much higher than the price, the warmth that comes from the words of the service staff, from the smiling faces and from the cards that are often left to us individually, never fades from our hearts.
I would like to say a big thank you to the entire creative team, the service staff, all their managers for creating such an environment that you visit for the first time, but never the last, because when you go, you are already dreaming of when the next summer will come to see this lovely and warm-hearted service staff with this picturesque island. Thank you and thank you!

Loved staying at Mitsis Norida. Rooms were clean everyday, sun beds very comfortable, get up before 9am to secure one of the comfy pods. Spaces always available at beach if not. Good outside gym with barbells and plates. Preferred the food at the buffet to the restaurants, and make sure to book restaurants in advance if you’d like to experience. Amazing cocktail selection. Would definitely return!

You have to visit this hotel!
The location, has an amazing backdrop of mountains and spreads right down to the beach. It is vast and has been hugely upgraded since our last visit to Kos in 2020.
We were welcomed by really friendly guest services and despite the late hour we were checked in a directed to our room in no time.
Our room was spacious, clean and had everything you would expect from this hotel, stocked fridge, plenty of towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, comfortable beds, and a stunning view. Our room was actually larger than we expected!
The facilities....plenty of choice where to eat and the booking system for the restaurants was easy to use. The bars, really friendly staff and every single one we came into contact with during our stay had a smile for us.
Our children were made to feel special by the friendly waiters in all the restaurants and the food was spot on every night, SO many things to choose from and always service with a smile.
Entertainment was good for all ages.
The pools were always clean and I noted that the general facilities like the toilets were always spotless and being cleaned. We mixed our time between the pools and the beach and never struggled to get beds.
We had a wonderful stay here and didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back as this hotel has it all in our eyes.

I can't reccomend this hotel enough! I stayed here for 5 nights with some work colleagues. The hotel is spotless and the views of the beach are stunning. We had food and drinks included and there was a massive selection. The rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning and steamy showers. There was loads of things to do. The staff were really nice and friendly. I spent most my time during the day on the beach, sipping cocktails. I spent most my time at night in the 'Zone' bar, sipping cocktails.. What a holiday. I am going to be coming back with my fiance next year!
