A special thanks to ladies from the reception, the great bartender lady on the main bar (with red lipstick), and Alexis from the à la carte restaurants, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. In fact, the entire staff was incredible—everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. It’s safe to say we received the best treatment we’ve ever experienced at a hotel.
Also food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that felt like home. Each meal was delicious, well-prepared, and comforting—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to quality.
Overall, our stay at Mitsis Norida was nothing short of perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommended ❤️🥹

The A la carte dining was high quality ingredients cooked to perfection and even the other restaurants/buffets on site were also delicious. All fresh and great service to match.
Plenty on offer to do with excursions, entertainment. But you can cater to your own needs for your holiday.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality great value stay.

We had a mezzanine room which was very big, but the decor is very dated. It was lovely to have a bathroom each and plenty of space. The Aircon unit in our room dripped a lot a water onto the floor we did report it twice but it wasn't fixed and we would wake up with a puddle on the floor and a dripping noise. However, room was always restocked and cleaned everyday!
Pools are quite dirty, they have a build up of black/green algae or dirt, couldn't be sure?
Beach is lovely, plenty of beds available throughout the day. Bar service is quick, sometimes they didn't have the ingredients for drinks we wanted, but there was always and alternative.
The casablanca bar in the evening was great, staff were very attentive and really lovely.
We enjoyed the grill and fish restaurant.
The Ni Hao restaurant is aesthetically lovely. But the food is poor quality. The sushi is ok, but not fresh, definitely made off site and the bao bun was just basically a KFC burger. The chicken curry was very very bland and the sechuan beef was tasteless with very overcooked beef. The dessert was also very disappointing, the sorbet was like glue and the apple fritter was hard and like the texture was like chalk. I wouldn't recommen
