Reviews
Positives are the staff throughout are friendly and efficient and helpful special mention for Cynthia, Raka and Ramona who run the bar area helpful and talkative shame on limited beer selection on a personal level.

I think this was the first hotel (of many) which had a stocked fridge, though you would pay thru the nose if you enjoyed anything. We did not, but I thought it interesting. The air conditioning is not great & not within your control, so I opened the window and in the center court someone was making a lot of noise at points during the evening / night.
It was OK --- it worked out.
Probably better options to be honest, although breakfast was v good to be fair.
The only positive was they provided us with an OK room and a breakfast.
But what is even the point of having a bed when you cannot sleep in it because you either have to choose between sleeping with a closed window in May or having to listen to loud traffic noises from the nearby street. The staff declined to turn on the A/C that was installed in our room so we had to chose between the first or the latter.
The location of the hotel as I mentioned before is not great either, lots of sketchy guys hanging around the area, the overall vibe of the surrounding streets is very eerie, only positive is that it's very close to a major public transport link.
The breakfast included in the price was fine, the only thing we couldn't complain about.
Overall, there are many better options around the same price, so avoid this hotel unless you have no other choice.
The room wasn't great or very comfortable especially the bath which you'd need a ladder for, I'm young and I still struggled to climb into it. This is a huge health and safety concern! I'd worry if an elderly person or someone with mobility issues might slip!!
The bed needs to be higher for comfort, not good enough for posture and we found hair on a pillowcase the first day as well as a string of hair coming from one of the hair dryers, otherwise the room was clean enough.
Towels need to be bigger for showers and not a big fan of a see through bathroom for a family holiday...lucky there was a blind...
The view from our room isn't the best, we could only see weeds in the garden and the window was dirty.
Rooms aren't soundproof at all as we could hear neighbours in the AM talking very loudly...
To conclude, for 200 odd quid for 4 nights the location wasn't bad and we were only in the hotel to sleep. If you're young adults on a budget it would be a good option to stay here, older folk however, would not recommend sorry :/
