Disappointing and not worth four stars

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing and definitely did not meet a four-star standard.

The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, with frequent disconnections and extremely slow speeds. The spa area was disorganized, especially regarding the availability of towels: sometimes they were there, sometimes not. When I tried to request an extra towel, it took over an hour to reach someone—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed level.

The cold plunge pool was in poor condition. The water looked dirty, and after it was changed, it wasn’t refilled for an entire day, making it unusable. Additionally, the sauna lacked essential oils, so the infusions were done with simple tap water, which greatly diminished the experience.

The jacuzzi was perhaps the worst part: there was so much chlorine in the water that my partner developed skin irritation. We smelled strongly of chlorine for two days afterward—something you don’t expect in a wellness area.

The breakfast was also disappointing and definitely not up to four-star standards. It was repetitive, with very little variation, and overall felt like a three-star setup at best.

On a positive note, the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms daily and was always friendly. The hotel’s location is excellent, but it doesn’t make up for the many downsides.

For the price we paid, the stay was definitely not worth it. In my opinion, the hotel’s stars are undeserved, and I cannot recommend this place.

First of all I was disappointed because the swimming pool is out of order which I was informed about a week before my arrival (I made a booking 3 months ahead, and the swimming pool was the main reason why choose your hotel) and as far as I found out, the pool is out of order since months, due to staff shortage. I’m disappointed because the air condition in room was not working and it was difficult to be there and especially to sleep. I am disappointed with the lack of amenities in the room, there was so no bottled water, there was no kettle (but there was a tea…), there was no coffee refill (but there was a coffee machine. The only way to reach the reception from the
room is the mobile app however no one response on the request so I really don’t understand what is the point?
When I approached the reception to make a request for an ice and coffee - because the app didn’t work I got only ice and was told that she will return with the coffee. After over an hour I went back to the reception and shared my concerns, I was told that: “the fact that I had a coffee on a fist day but not anymore is according to the policy” (?!)
Sooo just wondering why was I told that she will bring it up?! No policy I was never presented… when I started to point out
what doesn’t work in your hotel both receptionists just left to the back office while I was talking…very rude!
I’m super disappointed that no one from management approached me to clarify all this messy situation. That poor service I have never experienced before.
