The location of the hotel itself is good, everything is very accessible. The room was big and comfortable, beds were nice. The coffee in the room is weird, a 3 in 1 sachet, which is no good if u want black or no sugar.
Breakfast is a total let down. The toaster takes ages to toast, and one isn't enough to accomodate all of the guests. Food isn't replenished quick enough and not much options for hot food at all. The staff at breakfast don't wear uniforms and look a bit scruffy, also found them to be quite rude and mardy.
It can sometimes take ages for the lift, we were on the top floor and had to walk a few times. The room was only made up once during our 4 night stay which seemed odd, we were left fresh towels once.

Overall a very good hotel, we didn’t experience the breakfast as bakery’s (Artizán) are nearby. But the location is spot on. Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. You can’t really ask more from the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our TV was not working and it was fixed on the same day. Twice our safe stopped working within reporting within 10 minutes they sent person and fixed.
For vegetarian, the breakfast was limited, but there was choices of pastries and bread and fruits.

Very friendly staff. Willing to let me check in at 9:00am because the room is available, which I really appreciate. Many hotels don’t let that even though they are not full. The room itself is a bit old, but it is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also very accessible from the train station. Really worth its value.

Booked a three night stay. Hotel was quiet, being just off a very busy road. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Our room was clean and the single beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the shower was excellent. There was refurbishment going on in the corridor but didn't impact on us. Breakfast was fine and one could have as much as one liked. Perfect location for us. Would happily stay again.

Hotel is very very outdated, the decor is old, carpets in the lifts are loose, some fixtutes on the corridor walls are damaged and not secured well.
Rooms are very outdated, air-conditioning is almost nonexistent, not great, with temps of 25+ during the evening.
Breakfastnot the best, and the bar is manned by reception and can take a considerable amount of time to get served.

Hotel is situated in an incredible location with easy access to nice restaurants, attractions and public transport.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. This is the highlight of this hotel.
The rooms are nice however they are quite dated.
Overall the hotel is clean and safe, you can’t ask for much more than that

The hotel is in a great location in the very center... the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is pleasant and professional. The rooms are a bit outdated, and specifically in room 304 the mattress on the bed was in a bad condition... but I believe this is not the case in all rooms.
If you decide to park in the hotel garage and if there is a free space, that service will cost you 25 euros per day (which is a good option). If you own a large car, think carefully about this option, considering that you enter the garage with an elevator, which is not large.
Certainly, if you are coming for a night or two, I think this is a decent option, considering that all the central sights are nearby.

Hotel was a little dated, but the rooms and facilities were all we needed. A great position in the city to walk to all the popular places around the city. Also a wonderful local restaurant just across the road. Great food reasonably priced. Budapest is a beautiful place to visit, friendly and clean .

Just returned from a solo 5 day trip to the City. Really good location of the hotel but being so close a main road and the tram, there is a lot of noise at night time (which can't be helped). Lovely staff on the front desk and no issues with cleaning staff. Breakfast I felt was quite limited but good to have a pastry and coffee and go about your day. Overall quite basic but meets your needs as not much time is spent in the hotel when you are exploring this wonderful city.
