Well located hotel, comfy and clean rooms! The staff doesn’t speak much English, but they are friendly and nice so we managed to communicate with google translator

We had a good time here, the kids loved it. Friendly staff, rooms were very decent and the AC kept us cool. The pool outside, the sauna etc are all excellent and clean. Parking is plenty available. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walking, the beach about 10 minutes.

Perfect location, well furnished. From 3rd floor perfect view. Wellness is still ok. Kind personnel. Perfect place for hiding away in winter.

Third floor apt 32 is for 4 clean 55 + square space with balcony view of a lake. Check in is quick (late Sep.19) and Bernedette helped with advices what and where to see and eat. It has been a few times that I stayed here. A very nice hotel in Siófok. It’s very close to the train station and minutes away from the main walking street and the beach. The hotel is quiet, clean, safe and well maintained. Breakfast is somewhat okay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The price is reasonable and staff are very helpful. I totally recommend this hotel 100%!

I was in the room 12 and it was very confortable. The bed was amazing I fell asleep very fast and I woke up to bird sing. The staff was very helpful and food was tasty. The breakfast was varied. This hotel is situated near the center.

We were here only one night but received only positive emotions. The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16....

Good location, nice and cozy family owned hotel. Restaurant is right on the first floor, Balaton is very close if You want to have a nice swim or walk by. Free parking, friendly staff. Hostess speaks also english, which is very good actually as it is not so common in Hungary by my experience.

Come from England to enjoy the beautiful place that is the Balaton. Really recommend staying here the manager and all his staff made our stay as pleasant as possible. The food was delicious and he even allowed us to increase our stay with no notice. Thank you to everyone that works here and the service we received it made our stay very enjoyable. 😁

We stopped for lunch and the restaurant service was perfect, the stuff was kind and their local menus were delicious and so tasty.

Excelent location ,the hotel is surrounded by a pile of pines...quiet place for a glass of wine in the dusk...The room is big ,cosy even seems rather be a school camp with that specific smell of old furniture...the main issue is (like a lot of places were i was in this holliday) the poor internet signal in the room...practically you have wireless only at the entrance ,reception and in front of it...

Good but not good enough This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel). The rooms are smelly of humidity and else.

We had a great time staff were proffered and friendly and the atmosphere was awesome definitely looking forward to spend some more quality time there.

Very nice accomodation and a family-like atmosfere. Amenities include breakfast, parking, Air conditioning, TV, mini-refrigerator, etc. Host (Mrs.Agnes) is friendly and helpful, with insightful hints about restaurants or places to visit. Enjoy and have fun!!

Most of the employees speak English and are really corteous. The hotel is located quite close to the beach, the breakfast is delicious and you can choose between quite a few different things. We're young so it's really nice that right in front of it are some bars and a ferry wheel. In the evening it's a bit loud when you go to bed early but nevertheless you get a good night's sleep.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Modern, clean, air conditioned room that looks recently renovated. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the lake and also next to the parties/pubs/bars street. Even though it's right next to a relatively loud and busy area we had no problems at all with noise. The hotel also has access to what feels like a private part of the beach and our terrace had...

😎 Great little two-floor hotel. The room is just perfect size, bathroom is spacious. Clean rooms and shower, nice receptionist. The breakfast was good. The cleaning ladys are helpfull and nice. Went with a 2 year old no problem. They have a bicycle storage, bit aquard to lift up your bikes if not lightwaight.

Very nice, clean environment. Nice welcome, nice staff, you could always talk to them. A good point is that there is free parking directly behind the guesthouse. (It doesn't matter where we leave the car). Although Wellness is small, it is still quiet and peaceful, and it feels good to spend time there! Breakfast was always divine! The location is across from a private harbor and close to the beaches. It's an ok location. The hotel has plenty of parking. The room was not clean, the service was ok, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows, so many mosquitos around. We would recommend staying somewhere else. If you have to stay there don't eat dinner, it's just snacks and they could have been better. Breakfast was the best...

Not really a 4 star hotel. Many missing in room amenities. We had a room on 1st floor and had to carry up our luggage by stairs. Hotel had a musty smell. The room was large and spacious and there was a good variety for breakfast. The reception staff at front desk when we checked out was a pleasant and helpful lady. She answered many of our questions. Enough space for cars and free parking.

A bit run down rooms but clean. The staff is extremely nice and professional, never had that level of real hospitality in a hotel. Great breakfast, evening snacks, salads and sandwiches are surprisingly tasty and nicely presented. Staying here feels like beeeing on an island of peace.

Totally recommended, the place is full of amenities, the whole place is totally clean, 15 mnts walking distance to the lake, service and attention on the top, free parking, breakfast was delicious... For sure coming back to the same place next year!

We booked accommodation for the second time, close to the beach, barbecue facilities, perfect location for holding team-building events.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Bbq facilities in the garden. Cabins are also available at lower prices, and hotel rooms, higher comfort.

Hotel is about 12 min walk from the bus station. Few minutes walk to the lake Balaton and to the nearby shops. Rooms are good for the price. You have to come to the reception for anything you need. There is no elevator. Breakfast was very basic.

Nice place, but the receptionist wasn’t very kind to us 🙁 We stayed in the apartments outside the hotel and I don’t had Wi-Fi 😔 The hotel building looks amazing. That deserves 5⭐️
